What literally felt like a venture into the jungle down a small road, Antonio’s Restaurant in Tagaytay City turns out to be a renowned fine-dining destination in the Philippines, celebrated for its exquisite cuisine, elegant ambiance, and is a short distance from Taal Volcano. Antonio’s is a fusion of Filipino, Spanish, and European flavors with an emphasis on high-quality, locally sourced ingredients. Set in a garden-style setting with lush greenery and open-air dining, Antonio’s is sophisticated yet relaxed atmosphere with impeccable service and attention to detail.

Dining at Antonio’s Restaurant was an unforgettable experience. We started with a Burrata Salad, Fresh Oysters, and Bone Marrow with Beef Tartare, all beautifully prepared. The house-made sourdough was a delightful touch. Our main courses came with a comforting chowder soup with lentils, followed by the exquisitely plated Black Cod with Caviar and the stunning Crab Capellini, served with two claws and the main dish inside a crab’s head—5 stars for presentation! For dessert, the Duck Fat Pecan Pie and Turtle Caramel Pie were the perfect sweet endings to a fantastic meal. Highly recommended!

From the moment you go inside the gates, you can already see part of the beautiful garden that surrounds the house where the restaurant stands. It’s rustic yet modern in style that offer every luxury the moment you step in. We ordered their dry aged steak course that came with appetizers and dessert. Each dish was prepared with care. The starters are a good gauge of how good the entire meal will go. The salads were vibrant and fresh. The meat was cooked perfectly and sauces perfectly complimented the steak depending on your preference. The desserts are absolutely delicious, light, not too sweet but subtle and satisfying. The service was excellent. Consistent through the times we’ve visited.
