I have yet to dine in with Antonio's, I am mostly a door dash customer. I work in a restaurant, so the last thing I want to do at the end of the day is go into another restaurant. I have lived in Belmar for the last 8 months, and I order from here all the time because I know the quality of the food is amazing.
Unfortunately, I did have a mishap this evening with steak temperatures, & one of the managers did something I did not expect for a DD order. He reached out to me personally, and let me know how long the restaurant has been in business, and how important it is for them to strive to maintain good customer relationships.
Let me tell you, I am a DD girl, for reasons listed above. Not a single manager of any establishment has ever reached out to me, to find out why my experience wasn't satisfactory- for a take out order! These are the kind of businesses that deserve recognition, for actually caring about their customers. Even ones like me who may only ever be a take out customer.
Thank you for professionalism, kindness, & respect. No lost business here.
(Ps. You will never have better bread from anywhere else than from here: I'm Italian with home cook grandparents off the boat, but damn.)
