This place is a perfect mix of value and luxury. What you would expect at a 5 star beach hotel. Super clean, planned out and maintained. We were very surprised how clean and well kept it was. Our room was amazing, even had a private pool to ourselves (located on our terrace). Central spot just a 2 minute walk to the beach without beach front prices. The front desk staff were above exceptional! The young-man who assisted us was so professional and a true expert at what he does. The hotel should be so proud at the face of their business. The breakfast buffet had great options and often left us full until dinner. The staff at the buffet though sometimes made us feel a little uneasy by being right on top of us while we were in there. Not sure why they have to watch the guests so closely but it was the only thing that bothered us. Overall, would highly recommend this hotel for its location, staff and cleanliness!

Check in- it was easy, we were able to check in our hotel an hr early. Rooms- nice. It had your basics. Key to the room came with a huge weight to carry around with you lol bed was comfy. Great view from the balcony. Room was clean and inviting. Hotel feel/decor- this hotel was very pretty inside and looked expensive. Everything was white with the blue pools, really went with the look of Santorini. Hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Food- breakfast was included. Each day they did have a different variety for the buffet. Food wasn't the best but there were options I could eat. Most of the food was cold, warmers not work? The juices were way too concentrated, needed to add almost 2 whole glasses of water to one cup. Location- great location, super close to the beach, shops, bars, restaurants. They were all within walking distance. Beautiful mountains behind the hotel were amazing. Service- most of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. They gave us discounts to a couple places. They also called a taxi for us on a couple occasions. Check out- easy quick process. Staff was very friendly and make the process smooth. It would have been nice for this hotel to be all inclusive. There also wasn't a gym in property. Overall, I felt very safe and comfortable the entire time.

This hotel was the best, it is very clean and everyone was very friendly. Starting off with the breakfast, the food was lovely and had a range of different food which was lovely, and the service was very good. ||Secondly the staff were the loveliest people we have met! they were very helpful and when we unsure of something we’d ask them and they’d give us help. We went to the bar every evening and the drinks and cocktails made by the bartender (Thanos) was amazing and he was very professional and i had the best cocktails ever. The music was relaxing too and the bar wasn’t too noisy which was nice to chill.||This holiday has been the best and would definitely recommend coming to this lovely hotel. All staff were lovely, especially Thanos who was very helpful and had great service and was a very friendly guy, which we would like to thank him very much for making our holiday even better from the service. ||Only thing I would have to say is that the jetted tub and the pool was cold but when it was warm it was very refreshing to get into, so this didn’t bother us.

Whilst the hotel was situated in a great location, and our room was superb as a result of the plunge pool option, our experience was marred by the poor customer service by some who were rude and unhelpful. |No atmosphere around the pool or in the bar..it was soulless!! |We were spoken to at times like naughty school children for bringing shop bought produce into the pool area, and deigning to try and fix a pool parasol. The limited availability of bottled water was appalling and short sighted and the ridiculous prices sought from the reception ordered taxi’s a disgrace. We requested a taxi to Fira and were quoted a price, another couple also booked separately and were charged a similar fee… my view,..one taxi, the fare should have been shared. Not a view shared by the taxi driver. Needless to say he had no repeat business from us. |In short a lovely hotel but let down by the service and archaic rules.. We won’t be back!!

This is advertised as 5 star and pictures are great but at best, this is a 4 star property. |We paid for a jetted tub/dip pool room and were disappointed that we were positioned on a main footway with no privacy for the tub and with the position of the room and buildings, we never got any sunlight which made the water in the pool freezing cold and unusable. I raised this with reception and asked for a change but they applied no effort and told me we could move rooms but at a cost of €100 per night (€800 for us!). I asked to speak to a manager and I'm still waiting...nobody ever came to discuss the matter and find any way of appeasing me. There was this general arrogance from the receptionist that "it is what it is, deal with it". |Our room also lacked natural light and the window we did have was on footpath looking into the bar so it was very much a case of keeping shutters closed and lights on. See pic. |Breakfast was OK, nothing special, lacked variety for a week, same basic selection. |Water...! We were given 1 bottle on arrival and told that they won't supply any more but welcome to buy our own. We did that and then got a row at the pool on 3 or 4 occasions that we had water not purchased on property and due to "tax laws" we had to either hide the water in bags or drink at our room- see above point of not having a great space to enjoy refreshments. |The bar was super expensive, €28 for a whisky and rum/apple juice. |The physical hotel is beautiful and this place has so much potential but it feels like management are penny pinching and not training staff correctly. My top recommendations would be; |- provide a bottle of water each day to each room. This is standard 5 star practice and the cost to guest satisfaction returns would be significant |- lower bar costs, so prohibitive that it was rare to see people using the bar at all which meant staff were constantly just standing around doing nothing |- train staff to go around the pool and offer drinks, snacks etc. We literally sat by the pool for 7 days and were never asked once if we wanted anything. The money the hotel is leaving on the table is incredible! More reasonable priced drinks, plus staff trying to engage with customers is a recipe for lots of money for the hotel! |- train staff- more smiles, more engagement. It felt more like we were staying in a self catered apartment than 5 star hotel. ||Would I stay again...not based on this experience however with improvements then yes.

Arrived as a special birthday. Room backed on to a building site. 3 cement Lorrie’s arrived over 3 hours, then the smell of diesel whilst in our private pool. Spoke to the guy at reception who was so un helpful and couldn’t be bothered. Told us that this was out of his control? Offered us another room for £100 euros a night extra which was worst than the original room. One bottle of water for a week! What a joke. Should have had a bottle each day. No coffee in the room although a kettle?? Breakfast ok. All cold, coffee machine took about 5 min to fill your cup up, really poor. Had to set are own table up for breakfast whilst staff stood around. Felt really uncomfortable as a man just stood and watched over us the whole time we had breakfast each morning. Not able to have our own soft drinks or crisps by the pool. Food served at the hotel over priced and disgusting. Happy to return home. Please don’t bother with this hotel. Lots of better five star hotels around. Staff not really bothered to help regardless of complaining. Will definitely not be returning. Even asked to speak to the manager who we were told he’s gone home ?? Not even to be offered an alternative time to speak with him.

Generally a lovely place |Relaxing vibe , overall decent service . |We experienced good massages in the spa, a nice room , excellent cleaners , a nice room pool , frequently empty main pool - of course these are cold but alright once you are in 😀. ||So loses a point for - ||For a high end resort why not just add a large bottle of water per room per day . Saves the guests having to go out and buy it and you can stick the 7 euro on the weekly cost and no one will bat an eyelid. ||Breakfast - |Good choice but seems like there is a priority on keeping the fried eggs stocked as opposed essentials like cups, saucers, cutlery , glasses , bowls . There was not a day when I don’t have to ask for at least one item. This takes minutes and makes a smooth holiday for your guests. ||Coffee machine - |The slowest coffee machine known to man . |Modernise , get a decent one or 2 and your guests won’t be left waiting in the half a small cup your current machine gives out. ||Will highly recommend if they fix these things - I will be watching reviews to see if they do before 2026 booking .

Nice hotel located about a 5-minute walk from Perissa Beach. Free beach chairs are available at the hotel’s sister restaurant, Pergola, which also offers hotel guests a 10% discount on all purchases. The hotel is well maintained and very clean. Housekeeping service was exceptional.||Our room had a nicely sized plunge pool and patio. The main pool is quite nice; however, guests often place towels on the lounge chairs early in the morning to reserve them. The bar and dining area are small, with limited seating and a lack of comfortable lounge chairs.||Breakfast was included with our room. The buffet had a good selection of hot and cold items. Note: We were told that we could not consume outside food or water in the bar area or around the pool. I’ve never heard of anything so ridiculous. The water at the resort is not potable (do not drink the tap water). Our room included just one 1.5-liter bottle of water for our four-night stay. Water is a basic necessity. If the hotel cannot provide safe tap water, they should at least supply unlimited free drinking water. This is standard practice in Mexico, Cuba, the Dominican Republic, Jamaica, etc.||Bottled water can be purchased at the mini market for €1 (1.5 liters) or at the hotel for €3.50. For reference, unlimited water is available at the breakfast buffet (self-served from a machine to a small drinking glass).||Our room was clean and comfortable. It was located on the ground level and included an outdoor patio and a plunge pool. The room was spacious, featuring a queen-size bed, sofa, and television. The bathroom was small and could only accommodate one person at a time. There was also a basement level with an additional bedroom and bathroom. However, the basement was dark and uninviting—we couldn’t imagine anyone wanting to sleep down there.||The staff were very friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Raula at the reception desk—she was outstanding. Raula truly deserves a raise and/or a promotion.||Overall, the hotel is nice, but I would not classify it as a five-star property.||See video on our YouTube channel: nwaynesworld
