A disaster. The location is central but the road the hotel is in has a weird vibe. I got greeted by a cockroach while getting dressed, rooms have stains all over and the child sized sinks have no working drainage. On top of it all nobody bothers to get you a timely refund its been almost a month now.

Amazing stay! Really peacefully area and absolutely awesome and friendly staff. A special thank you to Sipho for welcoming us and showing us where everything was. One downside was parking, I guess we just weren't fast enough to get one of them. Overall really good stay!

When we arrived they had some "younger" guests however once they left the place improved. There was a problem with toilet in our room and shower door in room used by family travelling with us. Also for some reason no TV remotes in either room. Our rooms were close to kitchen. That said the staff were outstanding and super helpful. Sara who was doing the cooking did exceptionally good breakfasts and dinners. Sima was great at addressing our concerns. The team do make up for the niggles with the property and a great asset to the hotel.

Fortunately we only stayed one night - could not have done more! The hotel is very presentable on arrival and downstairs areas are airy and modern. Room at the back of the hotel could basically just fit the double bed - a lot smaller than any of the photos lead you to believe. The aircon wasn’t working and on asking if they could sort it out the answer was that the previous guests must have broken it and the technician might only be able to look at it the next day. We also had all the smells from the kitchen come into the room - not ideal! Definitely won’t recommend as there are better places in the area.

I would not recommend staying here. First I should say cash was stolen from my luggage in my room when I was away for the day. When reported to the hotel manager (and with a filed police report), they said they opened an investigation but after several months of follow up they did not provide me with any answers or resolution. The rooms also look better in photos online, but upon closer inspection they are not as new or nice as they seem and proper cleaning is lacking.

Best value for money when traveling for business. Close to Waterfront, Promenade, Greenpoint. In-house restaurant serves excellent food.

I would not recommend this hotel. I had money stolen from my luggage inside my room while I was out for the day. I reported the theft to management and filed a police report at the station nearby. Hotel management said they would open an investigation and take the matter seriously. I followed up by email for over two months and the manager said the investigation was ongoing, but later never responded with any answers or resolutions. ||||I chose this hotel based on ratings and location, but would not trust the numeric ratings and should have read more closely into the reviews. Additionally, the rooms were not cleaned well upon check-in or daily. The photos online made the property look nicer and bigger than in reality.
