Antwerp Harbour Hotel

Value for money. Nice but basic hotel with nice, clean hotel rooms and good bedding. Friendly staff. One star deduction: 1)the bathrooms could use an update 2) wifi is very very slow 3) breakfast is adequate, but suffers in quality due to "unloved" preparation. (Pale, hardly baked breads, sausages, tasteless egg, etc.). But, in the end, this hotel is an absolute winner in value for money. We had a nice stay.

The purpose of my stay at Antwerp Harbour Hotel was business. I left the hotel in the morning, after breakfast, and arrived late at night for a shower and sleep. Rooms are being cleaned every day, but the service quality could be better. Definitely, the bathroom was not the most higenyc and I couldn't trust the towels either. The breakfast: typical English, with mushrooms, tomatoes, scrambled eggs, bacon and cold cuts. A nice variety of pastry and fruit. The coffee machine though did not see a proper descaling in a very long time... Overall, if you don't have too many demands, for a working hotel is not that bad...

Nice and clean room, good bathroom and shower. Good beds, everything basic and proper. Good international and English breakfast included and friendly service. Good connection to the city centre with tram stop in front of the hotel and free parking.

Hotel, location, rooms, breakfast, quite good... Friendly staff. If you are traveling for work, it should be taken into account. I am a guy who adapts very easily, I have no negative comments to make, taking into account the fact that I stay at this hotel every month, I declare myself satisfied!

After I've read some of the reviews I get that probably things have changed there. We had a very nice experience of staying there. Staff aas very friendly and was prepared for our coming. Our room was clean and bedsheets were super clean, no smells and very soft. Bathroom was also very clean but an old version with simple white tiles. The only thing that bothered was the air that hangs there, probably because of the carpet that even though was clean you still smell it(but wasn't bothersome). The hotel lies close to a very busy area of trams and highway and our room was close to that side but we didn't find it a trouble. Without turning on the heater the room was itself warm enough. Breakfast was enough and I liked the fact that they think about food thrown away because everything was in small portions. Everything in general was neat and the location is perfect for Antwerpen. Parking is public and free and very close to every bus or tram station.

Great value, clean and comfortable rooms. 24hr free coffee was a great touch. Breakfast was generous and wholesome. Lovely staff. Although it's a bit out from the city, the trams are frequent and cheap, so no problems there.

I stayed in this hotel from 2nd to 5th October 2023. Hotel by itself has no charm. The bed was broken so they fixed it with a wooden board between the bed and an old mattress, making it not really comfortable to sleep. No cleaning was done during my 3 days stay. Most of the tv channels were not working. Pillow was dirty. In the closet, there was a cleaning sheet, that a previous customer started to fill. It was dated from September 2022, it says a lot about the level of care from the owner. And the area of the hotel has nothing to offer. Its only positive side is that it’s close from the kinepolis conference center. Better find a hotel in the city center and take the tram to get to kinepolis

Room was small and ventilation was not great the air-conditioning was hardly capable of keeping the room cool and it wasn't that warm outside. The location is great on the outskirts of the city and the room was clean. The breakfast was rather basic. For short stays this hotel will be fine for longer stays you might want something more from your hotel experience.
