Antwerp International Airport

I'm giving at a four. It's a bit of a shed, but makes it very fast and low stress to get through security. Getting to it via public transport is a maze, but now I realise it only has one or two charter flights a day, I understand. Once past security there is plenty of seating, and little sandwich/drinks place to keep you supplied. Power points for charging are there at a bank of workbenches.

Great airport quick service showed up less than an hour for my flight to Malaga with suitcases and buggies. Very small waiting area as there were two flights leaving so no pace to sit but worth the convenice to have an airport a bike ride away! On the return super quick service.

Excellent airport. Very small so not a lot of flights operate from here but if you have a flight from this airport or would be very easy to shop the security and immegration add there is no que. We had been there to see the air show.

They denied us landing while we were only 30 min away from the airport on an international flight, although they accepted our flight plan a day before. It is highly unprofessional and they will receive a letter from my attorney.

Can’t really say anything about this airport as our flight to Alicante had to be transferred to Brussels’s airport due to the strong winds that didn’t allow our plane to land. The staff were friendly and helpfully told us about the inconvenience.

Small, convenient, calm airport. Close to city centre. Fast and friendly security check. Switft check in. Two bars (one before and one after security) with coffee, light snacks.

This might be the smallest, easiest airport in all of Europe!? It's certainly the easiest I've been to in my several years living and traveling here. With direct flights from London City, it's hard to go wrong! The reason for this being, of course, that Antwerp is located very close to Brussels and as such has access to their mega airport with all the international flights. So Antwerp's airport is small, very manageable and feels like a flashback to the 70's! Some quick tips: *City Jet check in opens 60 minutes before departure. *You'll actually just check in with the other airline desk -- which was confusing, but again it's not a big deal since there is no one at this airport. *There is one food/drink establishment BEFORE security. It's a bar/restaurant with coffee machines (average), but its fine. If you find yourself there very early, you should post up here with a paper for awhile - after security is very boring and there is nothing but chairs and a vending machine. *there is a toilet past security, but its small. Use the ones in the non-secure areas before entering. *upon arrival to Antwerp you can prebook a taxi but they kind of show up randomly at exactly the right time anyway so you probably won't need to. A taxi to the city centre runs about 22 euros. Very easy in and out of this airport. These are small planes as its a small airport, but it gets you into lovely Antwerp!

Airport Antwerp is extremely convenient. The parking is for free and as it is a small airport you can check in 20 min before departure! The two main destinations are London City (City Jet) and Manchester (BMI). I always choose for Airport Antwerp if I have to travel to those destinations.

Tiny airport 15 mins taxi ride from railway station. Check-in opens only 1 hour before departure. There is small bar after security check, which offers beer, coffee, sandwiches and other snacks. Security check is quick and efficient.
