Anugerah Surf and Dive Resort

Perfect location, the rooms are very basic but definitely have everything you need, they cleaned our room daily (which we loved), and the staff is super helpful and friendly. My friend and I had the best time there definitely want to go back asap :) The only downside is that the WiFi is very weak and slow, so reconsider if you are looking for a place to work from.

Bad: * No night blinds. It's best not to sleep past 5 or 6 a.m. * There’s air conditioning, but the windows right next to it don't have window glazing (but at least they're covered with mosquito nets and wooden boards). Not very energy-efficient. * Loud music from a nearby party or event venue, several days a week, until 2:30 a.m., made worse by the non-closable windows. * No Wi-Fi in the room (but good Telkomsel reception). Only one router in the middle of the resort, slow and with limited range. * Only 6 loungers by the small and often dirty pool. No cushions and very uncomfortable to lie on. No pool towels; bring your own. No umbrellas. * Guests use the pool to clean off sand and salt after surfing. They jump in with full gear. * Power sometimes goes out. Water is available about twice a day. *Lots of dogs on the premises, begging for food in the restaurant during mealtimes. Good * Friendly and helpful staff * Cheaper than the hotels in the area

I’ve never leaved a bad review in my whole life, but with all the time and energy I lost contacting them this is deserved. Don’t try to book with them they’ll never answer to your whatssap or email, and if they do after push them so hard, it’s just to make you go around and around stupidly for days without really telling you anything. Crazy that I’m the one chasing you to book while it’s your business. Service 0

I had a pleasant 3 days stay with my family in Anugerah resort. This place is perfect because it connects to the beach, great view (you can enjoy breathtaking sunset from the beach) and beautiful swimming pool. Thank God, I got a room with AC. The room was only for 2 persons and if you want to add extra beds, for one person they’ll charge 100.000 rupiah. The room was nice and clean. The house keeping will clean it regularly, it was great. But, they didn’t provide bath soap, shampoo, and toothpaste, so you’ll have to equipped yourself. No wifi. ||||My fav thing is the price you pay for one night includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The food was so good. They served few kinds of meals and I think the portion is big enough and just enough for the guests. They also have desert served on dinner☺️ It’s super cool cause then you won’t have to go around to have lunch or dinner. However, you can always rent a car or motorcycle in the resort to go around. ||||The staff were all really nice and helpful. I met the owner’s son too i think, Lio. He’s super cute and friendly:”). Will definitely go back!!

I can't say enough good things about our stay here last week. The accommodations, where not fancy, were good for our group. The staff was inviting, hard working and kind. The communal meals were tasty and the boats to T Land were just a short and enjoyable walk from the resort. Mike and his crew did a great job making us feel at home and well taken care of. However, the best characteristic about Anugerah was the laid back and friendly vibe. From Mike to his staff to all the other guests. Everyone was from all over the world, easy going, down to earth and just plain friendly. The place just made me smile and I can't wait to go back.

We are currently on our journey home from Rote after spending 12 nights at Anugerah and I have to say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The team are so friendly and knowledgeable, and they’re more than happy to go the extra mile to make your stay memorable. They made our transit hassle free, organising all of our transport and tickets for us from Kupang to Rote and back. Special shout out to Ivan, our trip wouldn’t have been the same without his local knowledge, awesome suggestions and his great company. Until next time!

The resort located in the pristine beach. We can see both sunset and sunrise from its beach. The staffs are helpfull and always smiling. We were 5 people for vacation in Rote Island for 2 nights and 3 days. The room is clean and spacious, with AC. Worth value of money among the resorts in Numberela area which are more expensive than Anugerah. The package is including breakfast and dinner.||Dinner is delicious. It was 4 kind of meal and serve on time. Breakfast is healthy with papaya and fresh avocado. Love it. (Usually is difficult to find fruits in small island).||The resort location is near many pristine beach, it is only 10 minutes drive from Lifulada beach, and 30 minutes drive from Femok beach. It is the right place for beach tour exploring.||Enjoy the hospitality from Anugerah Surf and Dive. Thanks for upgrading our room. Certainly will recommend this resort to our friends.
