Gym has a good equipment range, albeit old, and in need of occasional repair.
It's layout is okay, and Staff are on-hand during hours upon the same floor.
If you're intending to do an intensive workout to push yourself, then matters are different - the Airflow is going to be detrimental to your workout, especially if you're Cardio focused. A couple of wall/ceiling mounted fans would help, as has been done in other nearby AF gyms. And the smell from the toilets can, at times be off-putting....
English conversation is dependent upon one staff member, who is not always around, the rest do not speak anything but Japanese.
The gym has 2 upright cycle machines, and 2 reclined, and 6 running machines. All old style with iPod 1 style of connectors. It has free-WiFi (password required - which is written upon machines). All the machines have blue towels to wipe down sweat, as well as the usual clean-wipe tubs elsewhere within the Gym.
The Machines weights could be upped a bit.. I'm already max'd on several, without trying too hard.
Personal Trainers for Japanese speakers appears to be good though, in one case, I have observed results from a disabled person - which is great, though they like to be hands-on, so if you don't like that, just be aware.
