A group of my friends and I were visiting NYC and stopped by St. Marks. We needed a quick and affordable fix so we decided to try Anytime Street. It was a no frills, fast and casual eatery. We’ve never tried a cupbop and was eager to try. Adding dumplings and one of their refreshing drinks was the perfect trio. Since we had 7 people, we basically ordered everything off the menu and it was delicious!

Uvy was amazing and because of her I’ve came back at least 6 times within two weeks and if I could I would come back again. Don’t walk run here it’s so worth it. The quality of the food, the portion sizes and their drinks are priceless. I hope this eatery makes you feeling as happy as it made me🥹

Google
i always get the chicken teriyaki cupbop. it’s really delicious, filled to the brim, and pretty filling for $8.99! i recommend paying with cash because you get a discount, you also don’t have to pay tip since you grab your tray yourself. seating is kind of limited, there’s 2 tables beside the entrance, and on front of the cashier there’s a row of high chairs. other than that, i highly recommend this place!!

Cheap eat spot in Manhattan! Their cupbop ranges from $8.99 to $10.99, or $11.99 if you want to make it half and half. Students can enjoy extra 10% off. Although the rice bowl portion size is relatively small than a regular korean rice bowl, it’s totally enough for me and my friend. They load up our bowls with meat, kimchi and salad so it is more filling than we thought. The fried dishes are also made to order. I can see myself coming back for affordable meals. *Bulgogi & Pork Katsu Cupbop *Spicy Pork & Popcorn Chicken Cupbop** We agreed their sweet and spicy sauce is really good, meaning you can’t go wrong with their spicy food. The rice is seasoned with seaweed, mayo, and we can taste a hint of yuzu flavor from the salad dressing. Spicy pork and popcorn chicken are our favorite protein toppings. *Regular Chicken Mandu *Sweet and Spicy Chicken Mandu** WOW the deep fried mandu is so delicious! The regular one comes with a sweet soy sauce to dip into, while the sweet and spicy one is coated with a shiny glazed sauce, giving it a richer flavor profile. Each mandu is stuffed with chicken so it’s very filling.

Google
Great location right on st marks! The staff was so friendly and the store is very clean with AC on the porch for when you’re eating. I love their options. Most popular is chicken katsu bowl or popcorn chicken bowl. They also have a half and half combo if you can’t decide. I came here because many dishes have kimchi and I absolutely love kimchi!!!! It was a really great and filling meal and a good price too. I’m going to try one of their fun drinks for $5.99 as well :) Enjoy!

Google
This is such a cute little place on Saint Marks. The food is absolutely delicious everything comes conveniently in little cups but it’s packed with so much flavor and the topping choices are endless. The drinks they have that you can pair are super refreshing as well and come in so many fruity flavors.

Google
This was a good spot for quick lunch! I came to New York for business trip and we were running a little late for a meeting. So I found this place on yelp and decided to try with my coworkers. I got fried shrimp cupbop and I thought the price and quality was pretty reasonable. I would come back to try other cupbobs if I lived in New York! But if you are looking for quick bite with reasonable price, then this is the place!

Google
Delicious, cheap Korean meal. Had the half & half (Popcorn chicken & Chicken Catsu) big portion for the price ($13.47) could not finish bowl. Will definitely visit again.

Yelp
Giving 5 stars for what this place is - a casual quick bite kind of spot. I was mostly surprised by the chicken teriyaki bowl which I know sounds super basic but hear me out. The rice was cooked perfectly, the chicken was tender, and everything had this savory, bright, sweet, a little sour sauce over that I don't know what it is - is it yuzu? Whatever it was, it worked and I would go back if I was craving asian food in the area. Sometimes, I want to have a food adventure/moment but not spend too much or have something too heavy and this place is the perfect place for that. Their spicy fried mandu were standard, hit the spot. Their fizzy drinks I've tried are not too sweet and complement the meal well. I have gone back a few times and have liked it each time. Again, perfect for a quick cheap bite that satisfies your taste buds and not too heavy!

Yelp
Before heading home, we wanted to get a quick bite to eat. I noticed Anytime Street, looked like they would offer some fast options. In particular I wanted to eat here because I was interested in the Kimbop. I had to wait in a very slow moving line to then be told they were out of the kimbop. This was a let down. They should post a sign, indicating they were sold out, to avoid wasting people's time. I had to quickly order something else, because we had to go home, leaving me no time to look for other options. So I got the chicken mandu. These are essentially fried dumplings. This is not something I would typically get at all. They were five of them for $7.50. These were very greasy, the sauce was flavorful. These are okay in a rush, but they aren't my favorite.

Yelp
Starving and unsure of exactly what I was in the mood for, I stumbled upon the picture display of the menu outside the door. I vaguely remember the same display capturing my attention while passing by over the summer. The options seemed good and prices seemed reasonable, so in I went. I ordered the Tonkatsu Cup-Bop which took just a few minutes to prepare. Look, I can't remember the last time I reviewed a place on the very same day. Idk if it's cuz I was starving, but the food was amazing! Every single element was cohesive and yummy. The tonkatsu was perfectly crispy and the sauce was delish. The salad with yuzu dressing offers the brightness and freshness a dish like this needs. The seaweed gives the rice flavor and the kimchi is the cherry on top. I'm talking about this dish like it's from a Michelin restaurant lol. Seriously, give this place a try if you're in the area! The only thing I'll say is that the portion is kinda on the small side unless you have a dainty appetite. I would love to see them offer a large size for a few dollars more. All in all, great find!

Yelp
This is a great place to stop by if you want food quickly and filling. I got the chicken katsu cup Bob and my friend got the half half with the fried shrimp and spicy pork. All of them were really good and flavorful. I actually appreciated the "salad" on top too as it made the meal feel more balanced. There isn't that much seating but when I went there weren't that many customers so we were able to find a seat in the seating porch area.

Yelp
Very affordable casual Korean style rice bowls. Each rice bowl is around $10 depending on the protein. Food was generally good, portions are very decent (rice to topping ratio is excellent). Each bowl came with kimchi topping, nori mixed into rice, salad greens, your protein choice. I love the combination, keeps the meal interesting. Good service, a bit slow when it's busy, small menu. There are two small tables in a mostly-enclosed outdoor area with minimal AC. Be careful about the ledge (your chair can fall off if you scoot backwards a few inches!!!!!)There is no bathroom available (as far as I know). There also seems to be counter seating along a ledge inside the store. What we liked: - soy bibim rice cup - popcorn chicken cup (a bit over-fried to me personally) - drinks (watermelon, peach) I got the combo with fried shrimp and beef bulgogi. It was decent, but I didn't love the fried shrimp- it was a bit flavorless and the crust was more thickly packed than crispy. The spicy pork also have mixed reviews. It seemed like the more popular items were the popcorn chicken and katsu bowls. I would definitely return to try to katsu (pork or chicken) bowls for the amazing price. tl;dr affordable (~$10) Korean rice bowls, get the soy bibim or popcorn chicken, or try the katsu bowls, very limited "indoor" seating with minimal AC (2 small tables, be careful with the ledge), counter seating inside also minimal AC, no bathroom

Yelp
Grabbed a late bite with family and fiance --generous portions and very delicious. The staff is friendly. The signature fruity drinks were so good. The food was super satisfying and affordable in the heart of NYC.

Yelp
I got to try all of the cupbops, drinks, and their two dumpling options and everything is delicious and worth getting! The tonkatsu is so crispy and flavorful. The bulgogi was chewy and tender. The spicy pork was not too spicy. The soy bibimbap is a great vegan option. The dumplings are deep fried and filled with a good amount of meat! All the cupbop bowls come with kimchi, Japanese mayo, crushed seaweed, and some spring mix. The drinks are all refreshing as well. The drinks that say "bang" are basically like sparkling juice beverages, but my favorite was the Watermelon! It was so fresh and sweet. The servers who work behind the counter are amazing. The girl who took our order was kind throughout and she asked us how everything tasted after. There's some seating, but not a lot. It's a small spot; probably better for a grab and go, but I would come here to grab a small meal or on-the-go rice bowl!

Yelp
Decided to come by here instead of the other place I was on my way to, and I'm glad I did! So many great options to choose from when deciding what you want in your cupbop, and I want to say all of the options were around $10 which is honestly unbeatable. I ordered the popcorn chicken cupbop and waited around 15mins for my order. I was sitting in the small seating area they have, unable to hear them when they called my name (but when I walked in I saw them tap the glass window when someone else's order was up so I figured that's what they'd do for me). They were nice enough to bring my food to me. You get a really good amount of food for the price. Super generous with the chicken, and you have to dig a little to get to the rice and toppings, but it wasn't a huge deal. I think what I would have liked is for the popcorn chicken to be crispier and smaller so that it would be easier to eat with the rice. This had more of a sesame chicken feel to it. It tasted great; it just wasn't exactly what I was expecting. I'd absolutely come back to try more options, though!

Most popular is chicken katsu bowl or popcorn chicken bowl. They also have a half and half combo if you can't decide. I came here because many dishes have kimchi and I absolutely love kimchi!!!! It was a really great and filling meal and a good price too. To be honest, it was a bit too saucy and sweet and the kimchi was more of a sauce than I expected. I wasn't personally a big fan of this but I can see why many others like this place! I also tried one of their fun drinks for $5.99 as well and the kyschee was really refreshing just a bit sweet :) Enjoy!

Yelp
An inordinate amount of deliciously crispy chicken katsu for $12. The rice was soft and seasoned with nori (seaweed) and kimchi. It does get a little greasy/heavy after a while considering, so I advise asking for no mayo on the rice, then adding their gochujang mayo (on the counter) as needed! Although there is a seating area, it's quite small and filled with kitchen fumes, so it's better to find a place outside or take it to go.
google avatar

Sophia W.

Yelp
Lots of options for cupbop! Each cup comes with rice, kimchi, salad, and a protein. They are all around $10, but I think it was slightly overpriced for the portion size and quality. The food was good, but I think I would have liked the food to be more authentic. The bulgolgi was somewhat dry, and the rice was not super fresh. The service was good, and there are a few small tables to eat at.

Yelp
I was in the area and decided to stop in for a quick bite to eat. Since it was 6pm in St. Marks, I didn't expect to find any restaurant with available seating. This place, however, is a grab-and-go place, so most people don't necessarily sit down to eat, but the restaurant still had a sit-down area. There were about 8-10 items on the menu, which I can't really remember, but it was honestly the perfect number of choices with a good variation. I had a good bite to eat, it made me full and happy, and the total cost was only $12 after tax. 10/10 would come back here again.

Yelp
This is located in St. Marks, it is convenient, the food is delicious! The staff are friendly. There some tables and seats you can dine in or take the order to go. The price is reasonable. I ordered Chicken Teriyaki Cup-bop and Bulgogi Cup-bop. Both were delicious, it has kimchi and veggies. Would recommend eating here!
google avatar

Yelp
Things I've been skeptical about at times: St. Marks, bowls and any chicken without bones. I'm a changed man. Anytime Street St. Marks brings top-notch flavors with impressive convenience and reasonable prices. I got a combo bowl with spicy pork and popcorn chicken. The kimchi was good enough that I might even try the vegetarian option next time.
google avatar

Yusen L.

Yelp
Perfect place for a quick bite. The food is cheap and affordable and delicious. Me and my friends got the popcorn chicken, bulgogi, and teriyaki chicken bowl. Each bowl has their own unique flavor and all very delicious. My favorite is the popcorn chicken. The chicken was crispy and very well seasoned. The bowl portion is a little off for me. I personally thinks there's too much protein and not enough rice in bowl, but I guess that is a good thing. The place is causal, not a sit down and serve place. You order your food at the cashier and pick up when it is ready. The sitting are limited inside, but they do have a "outdoor" place with heater and AC. PS. they also give 15% student discounts.
google avatar

Ellen L.

Yelp
This place is a decent option if you're looking for something quick to pick up for a meal, but i also think there are other quick options nearby. I got the chicken teriyaki cup-bob and I asked for it to be spicy. There really wasn't much to it. They had the chicken that was already premade and dumped a bunch of hot sauce on top (it wasn't that spicy). Then added some huge lettuce leaves, rice, and pickled vegetables. However, it was really quick and was ready within a few minutes of me ordering. They have a few small tables and bar seating inside if you want to eat there, but it is mostly self service. I didn't like it enough to crave it again, but definitely worth stopping here if you're looking for a quick bite to eat and don't have many options.

Yelp
Food: 4/5 | Experience: 4/5 This hole in the wall fast food joint is very cheap (~$10 meals), but it has very limited seating (a couple of tables + stool seating inside). My order came out relatively quickly (~5 min). I ordered the donkatsu cupbop. The meat was freshly fried, so it was really crispy. The bowl was also doused in sauce (it did make some of it a little saltier than anticipated), and consisted of a complete meal with rice, protein, and salad greens. The portion is also pretty generous, especially the amount of pork. This place is great for a grab and go meal.

Yelp
Great food , great price, great service. Really hits the spot when you need rice, meat and veggies. the fried tofu is tasty as well! They're always nice, have a simple menu (it's rice bowls) and a decent vegetarian option! I recommend for a quick meal- lunch or a quick dinner before a night out or something. There's some seating in an indoor patio situation. I was able to sit down and eat there on a Friday night. People mostly go for takeout.

Yelp
This is a cute little cupbap place located in St Marks NYC. The sitting place is very limited but the price is affordable. The server is very nice and friendly! I loved their food. All the meats are well-marinated. My favorite was chicken katsu - very soft and crispy! This is my one of the fav spot in NYC! Chicken Katsu Cupbap (5/5): very soft chicken with perfect amount of sauce Popcorn Chicken Cupbap (5/5): well-marinated chicken Bulgogi/Spicy Pork Cupbap (4/5): meat is little tough but well-marinated Regular Chicken Madu (4/5): crispy

Yelp
Anytime Street has the best deal in the city. All the meals are under $10 bucks. They have a lot of protein option to choose from. It comes in a cup bop with rice, salad , protein and the kimchi which is my favorite. All the cup-bops are absolutely delicious and pack so much flavor. Don't forget to add the refreshing Fruity drinks. It was so good which got me addicted:) Highly recommend this hidden gem .

Yelp
The food is great along with a balance of greens . The rice is perfect with a dash of fish sauce . Must recommend i will be back for sure .

Yelp
Was walking and saw this little hole in the wall and decided to try it out! It looked like a new place and I asked but apparently they changed the name/menu a few months ago? Anyways, service was amazing and the girl working the that day was super nice and helpful! There's some seating inside and no restrooms. The sell cupbops and drinks. I got the spicy pork cupbop and for a little less than $10 all together I got a bowl with meat, rice, kimchi, and this little salad! Not too bad for the price! The meat was super flavorful and juicy (a little on the oily side) I didn't like the little salad it's was a bit bit bitter to me. Kimchi, they give you kind of a small amount. The meal was surprisingly filling. I would come again!

Yelp
The Cupbop was really delicious, flavorful and filling. Definitely try their mandu too! It's a good place to grab for quick meal or takeout. Their staffs are really friendly and we would come back again.

Yelp
Delicious and amazing portion for the price you pay! Kimchi added great flavor, and shrimp was fried nicely. I could've gone with less sauce, while I was eating, the blanket of sauce made the crispy shrimp less and less crispy, not to mention a little too salty. However, it was still overall a really positive experience. Note that the shop is fairly small, not a lot of seating areas except a row of stools.

Tanjim A.

Yelp
It's too good to be true for the price! It tastes delicious! So good. Ambiance is good too. It's a small place. Tiny. Service was good.

Yelp
One of the better options for food under 10 dollars in st marks. I ordered the pork Katsu and spicy teriyaki chicken cup bops. Both of them came with rice, salad, and some kimchi. Both the pork katsu and chicken teriyaki were tender but I would probably go for the pork katsu over the chicken teriyaki personally. I'm assuming chicken katsu is equally good. It was crispy and the fat to meat ratio was good. What I liked most about the cup bops is the rice that they add. They added some yuzu sauce on one side and a soy based sauce on the other side. I didn't really expect yuzu flavors coming from the rice but it was definitely a pleasant surprise and probably one of the key elements that will have me coming back to order here again. They also have a decent drink menu that I haven't had the chance to try yet but definitely a go to spot for something cheap and delicious.

Eileen D.

Yelp
Got their spicy pork cupbop. Food came out quick and was delicious. Would definitely recommend.

Yelp
I chose to be a bit whimsical today and went to Anytime Street. While a bit limited in real estate, Anytime Street has amazing service that leads to an extremely home-y feel. I got the popcorn chicken bowl and the tonkatsu as a side. While I felt the popcorn chicken bowl was slightly too salty for my taste, the tonkatsu was amazing, especially with the combination of sauces they made. Lastly, the owner/manager is amazing and very righteous. I had originally ordered the chicken katsu and he had accidentally put in tonkatsu instead. When he realized the mistake, he offered to comp the tonkatsu and make an order of chicken katsu for me as well. I, needing to go home, said that it would be fine for me to just take the tonkatsu. He refused to let me leave without making it right, and he gave me two free drinks alongside my meal. Love the atmosphere and will be taking others here. Thank you.

Yelp
Was wandering around on a Sunday afternoon when I decided to pop in. The previous shop had Korean corn dogs, and I was surprised to see that they rebranded and now sell rice bowls & hot dogs. Everything here is super affordable - the rice bowls are about $8 and are packed with protein, veggies and kimchi! My friend and I tried two and were stuffed!! I also wanted to try to polish hotdog ($3) and was pretty surprised how filling that was as well. There aren't that many tables here, so it's ideal to grab & go, but everyone inside the shop was super nice and gave yummy recommendations!!
google avatar

Yelp
This place is a hidden gem of St. Marks! The have a wide variety of items to choose from and they average only $9 per bowl. You can get a delicious meal in a prime location at an affordable price. My favorite were the chicken katsu cupbop and fried shrimp cupbop. They were so cripsy and full of flavor! I like that salad is also included in the bowl so we have a balanced meal. Along with the cupbop, they have two soups: chicken noodle and shrimp and roasted corn chowder. They also serve bomb lemonade, which are freshly squeezed, tart, and packs a punch!
google avatar

Yelp
Simply delicious! You are not coming here for the ambience, you come here for the fantastic food. Tiny place with only 3 tables and a standing counter along the wall. Highly recommend!!!

Julia S.

Yelp
Anytime Street is a hidden gem right on Saint Mark's. Walked in with my wife and we had a great time. The staff are so nice and friendly. All the meals we had were amazing. And the best part was their fun colorful drink . It was so refreshing with fruity flavor. We will be back soon with more friends.

L S.

Yelp
Great place to go for a quick Korean eats. Food is very flavorful and the price is good for the portion given.

Yelp
The popcorn chicken bowl and dumplings were delicious! The chicken and dumplings have the same sauce, but I didn't mind. A good sauce is a good sauce! The lemonade was good too.

Dija Y.

Yelp
Just received the rudest and most unprofessional service I've experienced in months. I stopped by on my way to work to grab a quick bite and wasn't greeted or acknowledged when I came in. The girl in the front was busy making some drinks so I didn't think much of it until several minutes later when I still hadn't so much as been acknowledged. When I tried to ask if they took Apple Pay she cut me off before I could even finish my question and without even turning around. Took my order curtly without making eye contact once. I waited 15 minutes for my singular rice bowl which to be fair was excellent and only $10 total- the only reason this rating is 3 stars. Maybe they're not getting paid enough here or something because she definitely needed an attitude adjustment. Hope there's an option to order online so I can avoid dealing w this type of service again.

Yelp
I stumbled into this shop while most other restaurants were still closed on Saturday 11am. Got chicken teriyaki bowl and ice latte. Very stylish containers for both food and drink. Quantity was plentiful, tastes as good as any restaurants with very cheap price. Good service with smile as well:) Will def. go back!

Neil N.

Yelp
Sweet deal and food is always on point! The staff is nice too. Can't be this price in an overinflated New York Shitty!

Travis C.

Yelp
good food esp given it's cheap as fuck i like cupbop good job stay in new york please

Yelp
Good and drinks are tasty! Good, fast, and reliable service. A real jewel on colorful St. Mark's Place.

Jeett S.

Yelp
I had the Chicken teriyaki cup bop. It was flavorful and decent amount. Would recommend and will be back. It's only $ 7.99 plus tax.
