Anzani is, without a doubt, one of Cebu’s finest dining experiences.
We had the four-course menu, and every dish was executed with elegance and intention. The smoked duck breast over coriander couscous was subtle and fragrant, and the mushroom risotto—creamy and deeply flavorful—was comfort at its most refined. We tried both mains: the herb-crusted seabass was light and beautifully balanced, while the butcher’s steak with truffle mash and peppercorn sauce was rich, perfectly grilled, and satisfying.
Dessert was a standout—an amaretto soufflé with custard cream that was airy, warm, and unforgettable.
Service was impeccable. Paolo, though a trainee, was exceptional—gracious and confident. Donna welcomed us with such warmth and handled our reservation beautifully.
Yes, it’s on the higher end for Cebu, but for the quality, ambiance, and care in every detail—it’s worth every peso. A perfect place to celebrate something special.
