Ao Phang Nga National Park is an amazing and protected marine area in Phang Nga Province of Thailand. You can visit Ko Panyi floating village, the iconic James Bond Island, and mangrove forest. It is located in the Andaman Sea.This park features limestone karst islands, sea caves, hidden lagoons etc. This popular destination is good for boat tours, kayaking, and cultural experiences at the Ko Panyi muslim village.
Highly recommended to visit this place.

Would highly recommend a visit to Samet Nangshe Viewpoint to catch the sunrise then head to one of the piers to hire a long tail boat - this costs 1200 bhat for 3-4 hrs cruise and can seat about 10 people. Stopping off at James bond island for 45 mins has a park entry fee of 300 bhat pp & stopping of to canoe around the caves costs 300 bhat pp. Stunningly beautiful would highly recommend. Drone users: shooting is permitted over the mangrove forest and within the park (i wasn't required to obtain a permit, a park ranger confirmed this) but drone use in and around james bond island is prohibited.

This place is beautiful and probably one of the top 3 parks in Thailand. You can essentially see the majority of it in a day. Staying longer is also fine as the area is beautiful due to how sparsely it is populated.

An absolute great place to visit for nature lovers and travellers in the Phangnga area , great deals for boat tours too. The very well known James Bond Island is just few minutes away with a longtail boat, I recommend the tour.

Took an organised boat trip out for the day, AMAZING, the scenery and area is breathtaking. You just can’t see anywhere else in the world like it.
If you’re visiting or near to here make a day of it.

We enjoyed exploring James Bond Island and the floating village in Ao Phang Nga National Park. It was indeed an eye-opening experience! Lora a local tour guide, and Khaolak organised this and other trips during our visit and highly recommended her to ebeyrinr.

Really a great spot, James Bond island is overcrowded but the rest is really nice. Take a boat ride thru the mangrove forest. Also you can see some ancient cliff paintings

This park was such an amazing experience! I highly recommend taking one of the kayaks with a local guy through some of caves and mangrove trees. The floating village was also really beautiful and unique. I wish you were able to explore it more since you can't walk through much of it but they are people's homes so I understand. James Bond Island is cool but honestly not the highlight for me. I really loved all of the interesting rock formations that had fewer people in front of them.
