This hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Roppongi. If you're a business person traveling in the area or someone who likes The nightlife, this hotel is a little out of the way, but it is right near everything you needed to be when I say out of the way. It's a little confusing to get there, but once you're there and understand the location it provides everything you need. The customer service as always in Japan is amazing. The rooms are a tad bit small but that's what these types and this brand of hotel is all about effective space. Everything in this hotel room had a place and there's no empty space. Everything is where it needs to be. I would say they need to upgrade their televisions because not everyone speaks Japanese and they do not have Smart TVs in their rooms. This is the third hotel I've stayed in of this brand and none of them have Smart TVs.

The property offers decent facilities, including an onsen. It's only a 5-minute walk to the nearest Donki, but it takes almost 10 minutes to walk to nearby subway stations. While the hotel is relatively clean, cleaning was only done every 3rd day of your stay, yet cleaning was not thorough like the Japanese standard--a layer of dust on the headboard and desk has built up on the 4th day, he did not refill the tissue box, and forgot to replenish the coffee/tea drawer. I noticed a small piece of garbage (was a watch band pin) on the hallway floor for several days and began to wonder if the floors were ever vacuumed.

First time staying in APA hotels, but it's like more like a Super 8 Motel. Room is small, bathroom is small. Lobby looks fancy, and location is convenient. You're also limited to how much you can adjust the AC/heat in the room, since it's centrally controlled. Good for couples a on budget, but I wouldn't recommend it to families.

As with most APA hotels the service is friendly and helpful and the rooms are a bit small but well equipped. Usually my first choice.

So you have to understand what you're signing up for. The rooms are tiny, but that's par for the course in Tokyo. Given that, the room was great. We had no issues whatsoever. Everything was clean and well maintained. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and understood enough English that we never had any communication issues. We did not try the restaurant. There's is a family Mart right across the street, and we enjoyed trying all the different onigiri. Overall very happy with our stay, and we highly recommend this location.

This was my Dad and my first time in Tokyo. I talked with folks that have traveled to Tokyo before and they suggested we get a hotel in Roppongi. Our room type was Deluxe Twin Room on the 15th floor. We loved it. Only complaint was the bed pillows. They were not that comfortable. When we arrived in our room, the TV stated our room would be cleaned on the third day. When we woke up after night one, there was a bag on our door with new towels and robes. However, no wash clothes (I brought my own). A bag was on our door each morning with fresh towels and robes. After night two I asked the front desk if someone could empty the trash in our rooms. The front desk employee stated for us to leave the trash can in front of our hotel room door and it will get empty. I wish there would have been a sign in the room explaining this but I appreciate the front desk employee for letting me know. We ate breakfast at the hotel restaurant 3 days and enjoyed the food.

The shower is terrible. Nowhere to hold the shower head in place for a head to toe shower. Nothing to recommend about this hotel except from location and cleanliness. Using the top shower hook will make the head sprays water everywhere because it is just straight without any angle. Water is sprayed to the wall, not to the body. Please review your facility before reply.

I travel for business and chose this hotel due to close proximity to my office. It was a long stay for 10 days and I had stayed in APA hotels before so I know not to expect too much. Location is great with huge variety of food and shopping lined up the streets. They provide cleaning on every third day but new towel every day. The room is cozy but highly functional, wish it could be slightly bigger so I have more space to do simple stretching and exercises without having to leave the room. What I most dissatisfied is the room cleanliness. Layer of dust can be visibly seen on the table, bed headrest, door handle and toilet surface. I informed the front desk on the first day but returned from work to the same room with the same problem. I waited for the next cleaning cycle and it was unchanged. I went down once more, translated my request into Japanese and gave the guy room number. End of the day there still no change. The vacumming obviously missing a few spot which was the same from day 1. Fed up, I just used wet wipe to take care of the dust myself and can see huge improvement. Having seen other reviews the cleanliness is a repeated issue that has not been taken seriously despite hotel management kept on promising to improve. They should come here and stay for a night to understand the problems from customer perspective. Showing here a few photos just after 'cleaning day'

Yelp
My wife and I booked this hotel very last minute...a day before our 5-day trip to Tokyo. Surprisingly, we were able to book at a great rate through Booking.com, despite the last minute reservation. I was very concerned prior to my stay due to a lot of reviews mentioning that the rooms were small, but this hotel exceeded my expectations with the location, cleanliness, and great service. The hotel room was small as described in reviews. However, there was enough space to accommodate my wife and I comfortably during our trip. Regardless, we were out exploring Tokyo everyday and basically spent time in our room to shower and get some sleep. The room was clean which makes it comfortable and the maid service was spectacular, while providing you with fresh towels, shavers, pajama robes, and toothbrushes. If you are looking for a hotel with a GREAT LOCATION during your stay in Roppongi, I would highly recommend this hotel. It is nearby everything you want to be close to, including great places to eat at the train stations...not to mention Starbucks, Don Quijote, and Family Mart. There is also a 24-hour sushi spot called Sushi Zanmai which also serves delicious sushi. Lastly, this hotel provides option for daily breakfast for $14-$16 USD. The breakfast options are great and also very satisfying. I didn't realize something as simple as an omelet could taste so good. I have to say it was the best tasting omelette I ever ate, as it was so fluffy and tasty! This hotel will be my first option if I ever plan to stay in Roppongi again.

Yelp
Low budget stay for a date night with an endless amount of restaurants and bars in walking distance. The room is small but we are familiar with that in local hotels. The bed is very low and soft and did my back no favors.

Yelp
Typical (meaning small rooms and few amenities) but brand new APA hotel in Roppongi. Pros: fresh new carpet smell, comfy beds, good curtains to darken the room for sleeping, and close to metro, bars and restaurants. Cons: no coin laundry (unlike many other newer APA hotels) and only one elevator for the 15 story hotel - be prepared to wait when things get busy.

Yelp
Yes, the room is tiny, but that's to be expected in Tokyo. I found the bed to be very comfortable and the service great. I loved all the small items they give you daily in the hotel like bath sponges, dental kits, hairbrushes, and even bottle water. The location is amazing. It's right by the Roppongi train station and so close to so many amazing places to eat & drink. I only had 2 complaints. One was the blanket was pretty heavy making it very warm in the middle of the night. I would constantly have to remove it from me to sleep in the middle of the night. The other was that the TV only had BBC World as their English speaking channel and even that was dubbed in Japanese half the time so you couldn't understand it.

Yelp
the hotel is in a good location close to metro station room is extremely small even for Japan standards staff is pleasant but not very helpful; also travelled to Kyoto and Kanazawa where the rooms where night and day better than the room in Tokyo for comparable price
