I stayed here for 3 nights during in the summer. It is a hotel with pretty standard/bare bones rooms with great access to the beach. My issue with it is that the breakfast is very lacking. Since there are not a lot of food options in the area, I think it is important to provide a good breakfast. There are no hot food items or super fresh fruit. The bananas looked aged. There are just a bunch of cookies and breads.

The minute we stepped through the front door into the reception area, we knew we would love our week+ here! The views are awesome! Wow! Leo, at the front desk checked us in & he was so helpful, friendly, enthusiastic & fun! The service here is outstanding & all the staff are very kind & helpful! Diego, Laura, Andrea, and Ignacio that we dealt with at the front desk are wonderful! The restaurant upstairs & the wine bar downstairs are separate concessions from the hotel. They are both very good! we loved the views from the upstairs restaurant & Marcelo the Mgr is pleasant & so helpful, as are all the servers. The food is very good and the prices are quite reasonable. We had two very fun nights downstairs at the wine bar! Diego, the wine sommelier, is so enthusiastic and so much fun! He made our two evenings there so memorable! The wines and tapas were delicious! The pool was so very warm (like 95f!) and I loved using it even on the very cool and windy days! I love that part of it is inside too. The hot tub was cooler than the pool the 10 days in April we were there at least. The rooms in the building we were in (the older one) definitely need some updating (like the old, faded pictures on the walls the very thin metal pots & pans, and old cheaper furniture, The bottom sheet kept sliding down and up as there is no elastic on the corners and it is too small but the bed was very comfortable and the pillows just right. To have 6 sleeping in the unit would be crowded unless you are all very close family. The two futon couches are not that comfortable to sit on but maybe they are comfortable to sleep on, we didn’t try. But they are in the living room. There is only one bathroom in these units so could be very inconvenient for 6 people. There is some minor maintenance that could be done, but it didn’t affect our stay and comfort. The views make up for any of it. The Wi-Fi is fine and that was good b/c my husband was working remotely during our stay. A taxi into downtown Bariloche was about 2500 pesos. We DID like going into town but taxi fares added up. They only take cash and the only atms that worked for us as non-members of the bank were the 3 at Santander bank in downtown on Mitre street, the main st. and we had to do multiple, separate transactions to get enough Argentine pesos out. The shopping, eating & sightseeing downtown are great. Also there is a v. good restaurant/brewery across from the hotel.Kunstmann. nice hiking trail behind the trees along the lake

Easy access to the city center of Bariloche as well as the many recreational areas of Nahuel Huapi. The views are also stunning. The pool is heated and the beach below is easy to get to. Breakfast is extra and could have used more protein options (all the had for meat was sliced ham) but sipping a warm coffee watching the sunrise over the lake was a highlight of every day.

I had an amazing stay at Apart del Lago. Amazing view of the lake and mountains, warm swimming pool, good restaurant but quite expensive. The room heating system works very well and the room is cozy.

A few miles from Bariloche city center, a very nice resort, upon the Nahuel Huapi lake, with an excellent view, a lakeshore to rest a whole day long, and a very kind attention. It includes a complete wine bar and restaurant, for those who do not want to cook in their own room.

We had wonderful days at this charming place. Congrats to the staff, they are so kind always. The best was the clean and confortable beds with great views to the lake.|The only negative thing about there was the wifi connection, please make it better.| Nice tip: they are some big birds that ask for food at the windows of the dinning room ❤

I booked this hotel through my timeshare and stayed for a week on honeymoon. The reason to stay here has got to be the views of the lake and surrounding mountains. The hotel itself is charming, and the staff is friendly and helpful. This is not a luxury hotel by any means, but is rather cozy. My husband and I had dinner a couple of times in the hotel restaurant, and were very pleased with the food and the service. The jacuzzi was closed during my stay, but the pool was warm and had more of those great views.||||There are a few things this hotel should fix to improve guest experience, as some things really got on my nerves as the week went on.||||1. New bedding and linens. The bed did not have a fitted sheet, so the mattress was exposed at the top and bottom. Not very sanitary. The pillows were also uncomfortable and old.||2. Let guests control the heating in their own rooms. The room was always too hot, and the strong wind made it impossible leave the windows open at night.||3. New tap handles. They were extremely difficult to get the water on and off.||4. Improve the locks. Every time I wanted to open the door from the inside, I needed to use the key. This is a safety hazard.||5. I did not notice a fire alarm anywhere in the room or in the hallway. With the doors needing keys to open, and wooden bars placed over the windows, a fire could be catastrophic.||||These things fixed, my review would have been 5 stars, because I really thought this was a charming place on Playa Bonita with a bus stop right out front, making it easy to get around town without a car.

The place has some amazing views and the vino was fantastic. The meal packages were well worth it and the bus stops right at location. It’s not too far from downtown but it is far from the USA. Took many planes, taxis and buses.
