There are only 12 rooms available, but they are big enough to fit a small family. Each room comes equipped with it's own bbq place on the balcony. While the swimming pool is available, most guests tend to swim in the river that runs past the hotel. The staff are so nice and welcoming and greeted all the guests with the signature Argentine greeting - a kiss on the check. The staff are very friendly and willing to help where they can. The rooms come equipped with a kitchenette, microwave and mini fridge. as well as a sofa that's comfortable enough to act as a mini bed. The garden of the hotel is clean and spacious that a family picnic there seems inviting.||||We were extremely surprised at the cheap rate of the hotel, despite it being a huge room. Lots of families come here for a weekend retreat, so sometimes peace and quiet is not there for those looking for it. The breakfast spread is satisfactory. The friendly staff always made sure we were taken care of and made sure to make more coffee when we needed it (guests need to order the coffee/tea from the staff). The cleaning staff works while the guests are having their breakfast. So sometimes, we'd wait a few minutes after breakfast to allow the cleaning staff to finish their work. Since we came during a non peak time, the hotel only catered to the breakfast. But we were told that during peak seasons, the restaurant is also opened for lunch and dinner. Not a big deal for us, since there were many restaurants some walking distance away.||||One piece of advice: be prepared to deal with some water coming into the room if there is a storm. The balconies of the rooms can't handle too much water, so there was some minor water leaking into the room.

We reserved a room for two persons and were agreeably surprised upon our arrival. It is on the upper floor, a rather steep staircase lkeads up to it. It has a king size bed with good matress and linen, a big LED TV with a great choice of programs, an individual split air conditioning for heating and cooling, a sofa and even a small, well furnished kitchenette with refrigarator and microwave. A private balcony has two comforable chairs, a table and a barbecue, with charcoal and wood, ready to prepare a grilled meat (which we did not). Probably a more comfortable armchair would be welcome to be able to watch TV or read, as there are only three chairs and a small table in the room. Tha bathroom is well equipped and very ample. Two built in cupboards have a lot of room for your clothing, in one of them there is a small safe too for your valuables. Cars can be parked under roof, entering from the street through another access. Breakfast is excellent, freshly prssed orange jucie, double espresso coffee (you can ask for refills of both), ham, chese, pastries, variety of breads, although no possibility to ask for eggs any style. There is a beautiful pool with iacuzzi in the garden and a small door leads from there to a sandy beach on the river shore, which is public. Attention of the staff is very helpful. Altogether a very recommendable place to stay, it is specially priceworthy, even if you reserve a bigger suite for 4 persons on the ground floor, where 2 can stay at still reasonable prices . .

Great place to stay. It has a large and well maintained garden and the rooms are comfy and have all an apart requires to make for a pleasant stay. Breakfast is self-served allowing hosts to personalize the meal, picking snacks out from a big serving table. There’s a pool in the garden that even in early autumn was available to use. Prices are according to the service, and they make discounts for low-season stays.

This hotel is just a few blocks from the main drag in Mina Clavero. It has a pool and river access and easy walk to restaurants. The staff is very friendly and breakfast area quite nice. The rooms are comfortable and have small kitchens/fridge/bbq and balconies. If you want seclusion and nature, this is not the best place...I heard traffic on Saturday night from our room, but hardly any on Sunday. My husband didn't notice either night. But if you want to be close to the city and have comfortable accommodations, this is a great bet. Note: Wifi worked well, covered parking, No bathtubs.

We stayed for 5 days in Costa Serrana. A beautiful hotel close to the center of Mina Clavero. The rooms are spotless clean, nicely decorated, spacious and have their own bbq on the balcony. The breakfast is very good, also the personal is very helpfull and really friendly.||From the hotel we have visited several nice villages like Nono, but also we went to Merlo for 'el Camino de la Costa'. In Mina Clavero we did several nice walks.||We had a great stay! Thank you so much. Saludos Alex y Rijkje

A lovely accommodation set in a beautful garden that runs down to the river. Rooms are basic with comfortable bed, and super clean.||Easy walk into main streets.||Off street car parking.||Superb staff - so so friendly and helpful.||I just wish we could have stayed longer.
