Apart Hotel Ñusta

This is the best place we have seen so far, after 3 weeks in Chile and Argentina. The newly built guesthouses are very completely furnished, with a nice style due to the adobe type of construction. They can host a party of 3 like ours or up to 5, considering the number of beds. The owner gives a very warm welcome, is multilingual (at least French, English and Spanish to our knowledge). He is very helpful and informed, so he could indicate to us the better restaurants in town. And his pick was right on cue... A great value for price by any standard!!

We had booked into a hostel near by (El Balcon). The hostel let us down and we decided not to stay. So we found Nusta! ||||The lady at the reception was very friendly, helpful and gave us a good price for the night. The room was clean and cosy. There was an area to hang out just outside our bedroom door, and breakfast was served there the next morning. Very convenient! ||||Location is very good, really close to the main square. And they offer parking!

The owner is very warm and helpful, eager to share tips&hints about the area. The room we had was rather spacious and very clean. Breakfast ok. Location - 5 min walk from main square.||There is also a car par available if you're renting a car. Overally, it was a very pleasant stay.

Nice hostal, just a few blocks from the central placa of Cafayate. ||||I think we had the same room (nr 6) as the former reviewer: really really small with 2 separate beds- the room was simply too small to put them together. 200 pesos per night was also a bit overrated in our opinion. Though the room was clean, the owners were friendly, the hostal has some nice chairs outside where you can sit down and read a book and it offers free internet on a laptop in the lobby. ||||Overall a good place to stay, just ask for another room than number 6!

I found this hotel by chance and was really happy about it. The owner made me a good price and the room was small but comfy and had heating/air con, nice staff, nice and quiet, good for relaxing and a very nice view from the first floor. I recommend it highly.

This hotel is run by a very friendly French-Argentine couple, eager to chat and share tips about the area. However, the room (including the bathroom) was very small and we expected a bit more for 200 pesos.||Strongly recommended for the attention and service, not as much for the rooms themselves.

A clean and friendly apartment style (with kitchen) accommodation near the main square in Cafayate. Recommend this place as a base to explore the town, Rio Colorado and the vineyards.
