our visit was very nice. We had to change apartments because the one on the first floor was old and the ac wasn't good. The next day they gave us one on the second floor and it was a lot newer and everything was working fine. The two bedrooms were very confortable, 5 beds in all. We didn't like the idea of having to go to the lobby to use internet... because we have small kids... We also couldn't make calls, it made our planning and getting information a bit hard. Most of the apartments are ocupied on a permanent basis... the restaurant is average. It's not in the zona colonial, it's a block or two away and the surroundings are not that great to go out walking in that direction. We enjoyed going out all day and then we would come back to a nice fresh apartment. The price is quite good for what you get.

I stayed here for one night only because I couldn't get my money back. The TV was on no remote. I told a worker she was sitting on the floor with 3 others talking. I said I don't have WiFi it doesn't reach my room. She told the others and they all laugh. That says much. I had to go back down stairs and tell the receptionist. It took over one hour to get a remote for my tv. The room has one lamp. No bulb. Yet it's a 55.00 usd.room but only because it's bigger. Itsunami not worth it. A sorry rotten cab driver advise me it was a nice place. Not! By the way I am in room 15, 3 floor. Even though she connect me to the WiFi down the hallway it's still poor. Stay away for that price. The photo is the card and address of the motel.

this hotel is a big trick. it has a great location, but the service(housekeeper, front desk, security) none of those employees make anything about to resolve the customer's complain. not manager or supervisor availables and any moment. the owner (she) never appear. the electricity is horrible and the generator's hotel never was working during my stayed. 2 days without water and the room. early in the morning(730am) the employees make noise in the corridor close to my room (N-260). the parking guard don't allow the taxy going into the hotel, because 2 taxy belong the hotel, pay it. the prices in the restaurant are very expensive compare with the others restar\urants close to hotels. and the room service is the worst.

this is one where my modus operandi of exclusively seeking out cheap hotels backfired on me. while i can say some kind things about the staff. they were pleasant enough. of course, there's no excuse for not being so. the lobby was nice. the restaurant was nice. the rooms were on a par with most wino flophouses to be found in the mission district of san francisco. to add to the general atmosphere of bottom crawling, the street outside was heaped with trash that looked like it had been there from new year's eve 1973 and if you ever wondered what a dysfunctional sewer system looked or smelled like, there were plenty of manhole covers missing and holes in the street to gape at. it destroyed my faith in cheap. spread the largesse elsewhere, my friend, i know i will.

Arrived in a Santo Domingo suffering the effects of tropical storm Isaac, so no street lights and not much operating, including wifi. Hotel room was clean and freshly decorated. However I only discovered that the hot water was not running the following morning when it was too late to get it sorted before leaving. Location for me was perfect as it is on the edge of the colonial town and quiet while still in walking distance to main attractions.

This hotel is dangerous and dirty! So unprofessional and unsanitary. The owner doesn't even have insurance on this place will get shut down soon. They robbed many things from our room. This hotel is dangerous!! The owner doesn't even have insurance onthis place so it will get shut down soon. They robbed many things from our room and another woman aswell as she told me. We reported it and ofcourse believe it has to be some of the employees. We got robbed many valuables and money. Do NOT COME HERE!!! This is not over and this place will get shut down.

We were looking for a place to spend the night to explore the city in the AM. I am not sure how did I let my husband convince me to stay after seeing the quality of the rooms. Let me start by saying that rooms were extremely dirty. Disgusting. I would not stay here even if is for free. Floor, bathtub dirty filthy. no fridge on their famous suite hotel, mold around ac, ceiling falling down, like seriously I am not sure how in the world I allowed my husband to convince me. Pictures speak for themselves.

I was assaulted gun point at the hotel parking lot the same night I arrived.||They stoled money and documents. There was no visible security at the moment, because he was unarmed and hiding. The administration does not take responsibility for their employees, because when we came back to investigate about the case and why there was not armed security personnel and why he didn't call for help, they say that they had no knowledge of it. The detective asked them for his name and address, they only new the first name. Can you imagine employers that don't know the names of their employees. Not nice. :/
