Great location Able to walk 80 yds inside to free ski locker underneath gondola. Large unit We like solid wood furniture. Classic or dated is an opinion. Very helpful reception Restaurant not open in evenings but many alternatives nearby all of which are good value by ski resort standards. Did not use breakfast but not needed with fully equipped kitchen. Skiing is good

This is a 3star hotel with a 5 star price tag. The rooms are spacious & clean with a rustic feel. The hotel is all about the location. You won’t get a better one. The lift from the convenient locker room a short 1 minute walk away takes you directly to the main cable car for the slopes. Walk out the front door and you are in the main square. |Breakfast is included but the choice & quality were poor and the hot food provided was less than average. Fried eggs dripping in oil and sausages and bacon that had seen better days. |In summary, if price is not a consideration and you want to be right next to the ski lifts, this place will not disappoint. Just don’t expect any luxury.

We stayed here for 4 nights (Monday through Thursday evenings) and the experience was fantastic. The room was spacious and well stocked, and we had plenty of hot water. Super close to the slopes, it was maybe a 10 minute walk in gear to get on the lifts with small children in tow. We also were able to rent a locker through the hotel to store our gear which made things much easier. The in house café had a good breakfast and AMAZING snacks and sandwiches in the evening as a nice alternative if you didn't want to brave the dinner crowds at the nearby restaurants (had to pay separately, was not included with room). The price was good for the location, definitely will book here again.

Nice hotel, really good size rooms, hot water a plenty, cleaners daily, no kettle but just use a pan! Not bad hair dryer in the bathroom. Hard pillows and beds but you can ask for a softer pillows. Excellent location for accessing the slopes. We didn’t have any issues with the boot room but was dry the whole time we were there so our clothes weren’t damp. Helpful English speaking staff. Would return

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights whilst skiing. The hotel is centrally located, a short walk to restaurants, shops, and the ski lifts. The hotel can be accessed directly from the main car park on level -2, very convenient. On the same level are complimentary lockers to store ski gear which is also very convenient. Our room was fairly large, clean, and the radiators warm the room quickly. Actually from our experience the radiators heated the room to much so I would advise setting at say 3 or 4, but not at the maximum of 5. Plenty of hot water for a long shower or bath after a day of skiing. Our only complaint is that the kitchen was not properly cleaned and the bathroom was not resupplied with soap and shampoo. Reception staff speak good English and are very polite, friendly, and helpful.

Stayed for 5 nights in early February, skiing was great. Accommodation was great for us, we had several rooms within a large family group and no major complaints to shout about. Only small complaint was the boot room, lack of any heating made it very wet and uncomfortable putting on cold,wet,ski gear the next day. I did mention this to hotel manager, who said this had never been brought to their attention before !! PLEASE try and get some heating into the boot room, and reduce heating in the hotel corridors. It’s fabulous, absolutely everything except occasional strange noise like a washing machine on spin! So much room, clean, great breakfast, fabulous staff! Parking underneath!!!!

This apartment was lovely with expansive views of the ski slopes of Sierra Nevada. After the heat wave this was a welcome relief with the temperatures a good 10 degrees cooler. The location is excellent right in the middle of town with lots of restaurants all around the square, and a supermarket 2 mins walk away. The underground public parking was free with direct access straight into the resort by walking on the same level which was convenient with luggage. We would highly recommend this resort for a nice quiet holiday high up in the mountains, it was awesome.
