My previous review got cancelled, so I'm writing it again. Very rude and disrespectful staff
( especially the bald security guy from the swimming pool) who yelled at me at checkout and was aggressive and physically threatening against me cause I was a woman on my own. Horrible treatment if a paying guest, never happened in my whole life.
Edit: I'm happy to see other reviews which confirmed the same problem that I had with this horrible employee (and yes, that's the correct address, paseo de martiricos 30, the two skyscrapers). And your reply confirmed how little you care about hospitality and guests and only care for profit. No, it's not a guest responsability to deal with that, if you rent your holiday apartament to PAYING guests who are treated very rudely by the staff who works in the building it's up to you to solve the problem, unless you want more bad reviews coming (I've already seen more of them for other apartments too). And tell people to go "enjoy their lives" is quite unprofessional 😂 people want to enjoy their holiday, for which they paid for, not be treated like scum by a rude security guy who doesn't know how to behave properly with customers, anywhere else something like this would not be tolerated.
