Apartamentos Alpha

Our first time staying at these apartments and we have no complaints. Apartments are basic but we expected that, the Apartments are clean, had everything we needed. They are very spacious and balcony was really big. The pool area is lovely with lots of sun beds and areas to sit. The bar has loads of drink options and drink deals/offers and prices for drinks were cheap. The food is also lovely. We enjoyed the breakfast, 3€ for regular and it was lovely. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Location is fantastic, 10 min walk to strip, bit further to beach. In the middle between New Town and old town. We had a great holiday and would definitely stay at alpha apartments again.

Stayed here with my family ages between 75 years to a 3 year old. 6 of us in total. Great location, not far from the centre. 10minute walk to the beach. Staff great, clean apartment. would definitely recommend and stay here again. I'm a travel agent and this was the best value for self catering. If you want entertainment across the road at Rio park they have lots going on. They have specials on every night, chilli, chicken curry, fish and chips for like 7-8 euro. Very good value for money and will definitely be returning.

Stayed here for 7 days family of 5, apartment was clean had a balcony which looked out over Benidorm amazing view, staff were brilliant very friendly. You do have to pay for aircon which was strange it should be included in price but apart from that can’t fault it had a lovely stay

Just got back today and I'm missing it already met lovely people again and had a lovely time. I know it's self catering and not everyone's taste but I love to come and go as I won't and been so in the middle when sat on balcony you can hear loads of music

Second visit here. Yes its a basic apartment but clean, well stocked, friendly helpful staff and an excellent location ( big twice weekly market 5 min walk away ). Food is lovely and staff very helpful. The apartments a bit dated but at price was not expecting the Ritz. Though some people think they should get harvey nichols when they pay for primark lol. Love this place

4 of us stayed here for a 2 week holiday. Reception staff were friendly enough and you are asked to pay a deposit of €100 however they allowed us to pay using british pounds and costed us £90 So check in was all ok, lifts were not great at all, very shaky and takes you to random floors the odd time. We walk into the rooms and they were a good size for 4 people, there is 2 single beds in the bedroom and a pull out bed under the sofa. Beds are comfortable enough and the sheets were fresh clean. The bathroom ceiling had some paint hanging off it where the bath/shower was which sort of put me off staying there because it seemed old. Balcony was a brilliant size, great view from the 10th floor! Bar & Pool area: The bar have some selection of meals and snacks on the menu, quite pricey for frozen food but it’s nice food. The pool area is also a great size, plenty of sun loungers, big walk-in pool with a small pool on the side. Water in the pool is not too cold or warm and it was clean. All the staff are friendly and the cleaners in the place are always so kind to bring you clean towels every 2-3 days. Overall this place is a good place to stay but does really need a makeover. Quite secure as you need a key to enter the lift area. Reception closes quite early during the day and opens in the early hours of the morning. Rooms are clean and I can say I will come back to this place to stay when I come to Benidorm and recommend the Alpha apartments to older kids 14+ since there isn’t much kids facilities.

Alpha apartments Benidorm , good location, ideally placed around all the British type bars , within walking distance really to everywhere in Benidorm , Apartments are pretty basic but have everything you would expect from them. Staff are friendly , only thing is you have to pay for A/C , that’s a bit of a rip off ????

stayed at alpha apartments many times we were here in april and going back in june the apartments are basic but that's what you pay for the staff are so friendly we need a mobility scooter this time and i contacted the hotel about getting one and they have sorted it out for us like i said cannot fault alpha apartments
