4 of us stayed here for a 2 week holiday. Reception staff were friendly enough and you are asked to pay a deposit of €100 however they allowed us to pay using british pounds and costed us £90 So check in was all ok, lifts were not great at all, very shaky and takes you to random floors the odd time. We walk into the rooms and they were a good size for 4 people, there is 2 single beds in the bedroom and a pull out bed under the sofa. Beds are comfortable enough and the sheets were fresh clean. The bathroom ceiling had some paint hanging off it where the bath/shower was which sort of put me off staying there because it seemed old. Balcony was a brilliant size, great view from the 10th floor!
Bar & Pool area:
The bar have some selection of meals and snacks on the menu, quite pricey for frozen food but it’s nice food. The pool area is also a great size, plenty of sun loungers, big walk-in pool with a small pool on the side. Water in the pool is not too cold or warm and it was clean. All the staff are friendly and the cleaners in the place are always so kind to bring you clean towels every 2-3 days.
Overall this place is a good place to stay but does really need a makeover. Quite secure as you need a key to enter the lift area. Reception closes quite early during the day and opens in the early hours of the morning. Rooms are clean and I can say I will come back to this place to stay when I come to Benidorm and recommend the Alpha apartments to older kids 14+ since there isn’t much kids facilities.
