Apartamentos Benidorm Paraíso Centro

Location is good & Pepe is a lovely man to deal with. The tv has english channels for evenings in. The balcony is big & gets loads of sun. Very close to shops & supermarkets. There are 3 lifts and they are fast. The washing machine is really handy. The apartment is old, the tv is too small, the kitchen isn't clean, pots, pans, cutlery etc. The furniture groans with age. A deep clean & a lick of paint & updated furniture would make this an amazing place to stay.

We have stayed here twice now. Lovely pool and gardens. All communal areas are very clean and well maintained. Very quiet place to stay. Not far from beach or old town. Near lots of bars and restaurants but nothing close enough to cause a noise nuisance.

Just got home yesterday, the best apartments I`ve been to so far, very clean, staff really friendly and only 6 maximum at the pool area. I will definately book again.

Apartments are very clean and well equipped ,lovely large outdoor swimming pool with free sun loungers. The staff are very friendly and there was plenty of parking spaces. Would definitely stay here again.

Been there last summer. Appartment good. Nice location. Good pool. Appartment comfortable. Few minor things were that balcony door and bathroom door couldnt be closed well . A pity wi fi and airco wasnt free so we didnt used it. In walking distance of the beach. Close to old town the market and busstation. Next to avenida europa. Mercadona close to the appartment . And the guy working on the reception very friendly. Ah one other bad thing. Put a note on the gate how to contact the reception since all doors are locked you cant get into the building. Just back from our 3rd time here. June 2018 Stil good experience. The minor things are the people who dumb towels on the sunbeds and leave. Its extremely frustrating they do that in front of the garden guy and nobody stops it. If i wanted to swim in afternoon i could have no bed and the pool area was empty only filled with towels. The washingmachine didnt work properly. The rest things were ok. The sofa was new and looked way much better then the old. Also happy there were blankets. Last year they were missing. I sure want to go back.

The first day I needed sunbeds to use in the pool area, the first problem started. They have a delivery shedule at 10,12, and 16. At 16, I started waiting, there was nobody to give us the sunbed. I had to call the administration and only 35 minutes later someone came. For my surprise, he even expected me to pay 3€ a day for each sunbed, the problem is that there isn't ANY information about payment. I hoped at least for a different kind of approach from the administration.
