Apartaments Benimar - SABESA

Just stayed here for a few days with my 2 young kids (6&8) absolute bargain of a apartment. Everything you need is either inside or within walking distance. Staff were very friendly and helpful rooms were clean and tidy with plenty of extra blankets. I'll definitely be using again.

Stayed here last week room 8B 2nd time here and will be back later this year, room was clean with 2 balconys which is a bonus, cleaning staff are very helpful as we had water leak in bathroom and she arranged for it to be fixed the same day, reception staff are very polite and helpful as well, the apartments are well equipped with plenty of room they do take €150 deposit as you arrive and I agree with this. I would recommend these apartments

Today is our first day this hotel it took us Nealy 2 hours to check in at a different hotel !! is dirty no staff no kettle no air con and noone to speak to I'm trying to get a flight home! Bath taps floor microwave cups table was dirty no bedding if I could give a zero I would.

Just come back from here and will not be going back 😡 the system is a joke after travelling all morning getting dropped at a different hotel we had to search on Google maps to find this place . Finally found it went to reception no one there . Stood there for about 20 minutes when the handy man came and told us you had to go to another hotel to get your key which was a 10 minute walk .so we lugged are luggage to the hotel only to be Tod you had to put £150 as a deposit . Which isn’t in any paper work .then about 3 days in we found out the manager lives in the apartments whos is the rudest person I’ve ever met .never ever will I go back here again . We met people who have returned there and have told us they will not be going back .you have to wash your own towels buy your own toilet roll the rooms don’t get cleaned or the sheets don’t get changed very bad service the air con was rubbish . The rooms are fine which is a shame about the rest .

Fantastic stay once again at The Benimar Apartments, just come back after an 8 night stay over New Year and we loved it. The house keeper recognised us straight away from previous visits and was so warm and welcoming. Everything you need is in the apartment, you could live there, home comforts. Easy reach of Old Town, supermarket, bars and restaurants.

Good clean cheap..basics provided,nice friendly area also...only reason for 4 stars is the check in situation but it is only a 7 minute walk..also needs to be advertised more the check in situation i helped about 4 guests during my stay.

Location good clean but no clean change of towels in a week a nobody on reception to check you in pain trying to get in touch with the lady one lady stayed in our apartment as nobody to chck her in plus they want 150 euro deposit for the room.

Very good, very clean, but check in is only open from 10 AM to 12AM otherwise you have to go to the OLYMPIA hotel in the old town to get keys.
