Apartamentos Buenos Aires by MC

It's a very good place to stay. It's in a quiet spot with no loud music but only a 10 minute stroll to the start of levante. The apartment was clean, spacious and the views were fantastic. Excellent value too

DO NOT RECOMMEND. On arrival for our booking of 5x guests, I was horrified to find the state of the 5th bed (which we knew was a pull-out bed) that wasn’t the issue. Please see the photo attached. When I went to ask at Reception, I was met with a particularly rude member of staff who was “off shift” who swiftly threw some sheets at me to replace them myself. The apartment was not clean and there was no air conditioning in the rooms. We desperately tried to find somewhere else to stay but couldn’t at short notice, thankfully we found somewhere else the next morning. When i went down to check out, the manager was also exceptionally rude and advised that we were offered an alternative room the night before (which we weren’t).|I’ll jump on the bandwagon with the hill being an issue which it would be if we had stayed!

|Unfortunately, our stay at Buenos Aires Apartamentos by Mc was very disappointing. There was loud partying in the neighboring apartments almost all night, making it impossible to sleep. It didn’t seem like the staff made any effort to handle the noise.||The apartment itself was in poor condition: the air conditioning barely worked, the rooms were unbearably hot, and the beds were hard and uncomfortable. On top of that, the apartment was worn and full of ants—both in the living room and kitchen—which is unacceptable.||We ended up cutting our stay short and moved to another hotel. We contacted Hotels.com to request a refund, but our request was denied, despite the experience not matching the description at all.||I would not recommend this place, and I hope others avoid going through the same experience.|

NOT a hotel for people with Disabilities as lots of steps and up a big hill. Big apartment better than expected, great views from balcony. Do not try to book in between 2pm and 4pm as staff are none existent ( nowhere to be found)

I was there a group of 12 of us for my henny and it was great me my 2 friends are returning in September this year as we loved it only bits was could be more lighting outside the gate and we took a while to find it as no sign for it and the light only goes so far so carding the cases was a bit of a pain but that did not damping our time there. The man was excellent at reception and took time with us all.

Amazing apartment , clean, equip, and comfortable. Def recommend Buenos Aires apartment if you looking for a relaxing, and scenic holiday.

The location isn’t great my daughter is a full time wheelchair user and the hotel is on top of a hill and the is stairs aswell but the staff were amazing and helped me carry the wheelchair they were so kind the rooms were clean and it was a lovely place to stay |X

Negative first. It’s up a hill. Even with the back entrance you still have to walk up a steep hill. |You have the best views. The apartments are large and spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped, everything you need is there. Both bathrooms are modern with walk in showers. The living room is large and well lite. You have 3 balconies and can catch rays all day long! |The staff are wonderful. I had a problem with washing machine (think it was me), they sorted it. A plug was loose, they sorted it. In both cases, within minutes. |So if you are okay with the hill, this is a wonderful place to stay.
