We booked with central reservations for 2 nights for 3 people paying 77€. The apartment was really really warm. The water was hot. The apartment was very dated but adequately clean for a ski stay. The kitchen had a hob microwave fridge freezer toaster and basic equipment.|The appartment has easy access to the chair lift down to the cable cars. There is free parking nearby aswell as a mini market bars and restaurants. |At 12.83€ a night per person this accommodation is excellent value.

We booked this apartment through booking.com and called on our way to Sierra Nevada in advance to check if it’s possible to check in earlier. A phone was answered by a man who could not check any information because “he was away from the computer” and said the check in time is after 16:00. When we called at around 17:30 we have been told that the keys must be collected at another place down the road. After we had to climb up the stairs with luggage and skiing equipment approximately 3 floors as there is no elevator that is a big “-“. The apartment costed 53 Eu per night for 3 people and had two bulk beds and a normal bed. We had 1 towel each and 2 small towels in the bathroom, there was a coffee machine , microwave, TV, 2 heaters, hangers, blankets and a lot of plates and cups. No deposit was asked from us as a guarantee for the room. Good value for this money but had its disadvantages. Was very noisy during the night with people running down the corridor and banging on the doors. Somebody even was knocking at our door but when we opened he disappeared :)). It had a beautiful view on the mountain and the village ( I will attach window view photos to this review ).

The room was dirty, on the floor, in the shower and on the furnitures. It was very clear that the apartment had been used a lot but not cared for so much. The beds were not fresh as it had stains of dirt and blood(?) on the pillows and mattresses and the blankets were not clean. In the hotel description when we booked the apartment (hotels.com) it said that it had ski in/ski out access which it didn't have. To get to the slopes and/or lift you had to walk, a shorter walk to a side lift and a longer walk down to the "main lifts". You also had to pick up the room key and check at another hotel a few hundred meters up the hill which would also had been nice to know about. The price was very good for this accommodation considering it's centrally located in Pradollano but it was not worth it.

Pros||||1) There are two rooms in the apartment with 3 beds and a well equipped kitchenette with micro oven, induction cooker, coffee maker and all utensils with a refrigerator. There were complimentary coffee sachets. The room had attached bath with amenities with a big water Gizer and two room heaters. It was extremely comfortable||||2) Since it is off season, there was nobody in the complex. But on calling in the number mentioned , somebody immediately came with the key of the apartment. ||||3) The room had a big open balcony and had an excellent view.||||4) I checked in at 10.30 am , stayed for 2 nights and since the only bus from this place to Granada was at 5.15 pm, I checked out at 4.30 pm... The owner accommodated the same and had no problem..||||5) The shopping complex / Bus stop Plaza de pradollano is around 600 m down.. takes only 15 minutes to reach there. ||||Cons||||1) The only flip side of the apartment is it does not have wifi..||||2) Since it was off season and the area was totally deserted, I had some difficulty in finding the apartment. Although there is a big signboard, there was nobody around in the building. However, on calling up the telephone, the key was immediately arranged.

We refused to stay!! The room stank of damp and general filth. The beds were not fit to be slept on by dogs. Clearly no maintenance or updating has taken place in many years. I have never seen such poor accommodation. We didn't expect much for the price but we didn't bank on a veritable health hazard. I would have taken some pics but didn't want to stay in the room any longer than necessary. When trying to find alternative accommodation we spoke to a letting agent who said he does let apartments within the block but he would never dream of putting a family in there. Maybe at a push I would say they would be ok for groups of friends on a very tight budget who intend to get very drunk before going to bed!

Good sized apartments but the condition of the one we stayed in is quite poor. It makes you feel like in a third world place. The towels had hair in them, no shower gel, no slippers, no soap, little toilet paper...

The apartment in itself was okay (you get less than what you pay for), it wasn't cleaned properly, and even though we stated we'd be five persons, there weren't enough kitchen amenities for even three of us. By arrival we found out that we would actually not be staying at Apartamentos Bulgaria, but at another location which I guess they rent? The building looked better from outside than the original at least. We were informed that we could pay 7€ per day for Wi-Fi, which we later found out was not possible as one staff member said that they don't have Wi-Fi in that particular building. Staff was extremely difficult to get hold of, their english is minimal (!) and their not afraid of being rude. It happened twice that the key to our apartment didn't work and we stood outside for 30 minutes trying every trick in the book before someone came. To be honest the only nice thing is the location, it is very central. Will never stay there again and won't recommend it to anyone.

This is by far the worst place I have ever slept in. The bed was broken (looks like they fixed it several times) it was not securely attached to the wall and the stairs fell. We obviously decided to stay elsewhere but they wouldn't accept to cancel our stay. I fell from the bed and hurt myself! I mean, kids sleep in those beds!! They moved us to another room where the bed was better ... But the wardrobe was broken
