The only good thing about our apartment was the view..beautiful. The apartment itself at first glance was clean..however on closer inspection the bathroom was filthy around the bottom of the toilet 🤮 all the corners needed a good clean too..nasty. It’s says self catering..the hobs worked but the oven didn’t.. towels and bed linen was just ok not great quality. Pool and bar weren’t open as it was February last year. Plenty of places to eat locally. Big question would I stay here again? Absolutely not..

We stayed here 18th to 21st May on a stag do, I was a little apprehensive after reading some of the reviews, but to be fair, it’s not that bad. Positives. Price is the biggest, the hotel is very competitive priced for the area. The beds were comfortable, bedding was clean as were the living space and bathroom. Staff are friendly and helpful, Maggie was great and took good care of us and was always on hand to assist. The beach is close, there’s a bar at the bottom of the drive who do a great breakfast. Negatives. The hotel is dated, everything looks like it needs replacing/updating, but everything we needed worked. There is no air conditioning but for us in May we didn’t need it, but i suspect may be difficult in warmer months. The location is away from the new town strip, be prepared to either walk (about an hour) or take a taxi (€10-15). Old town is about halfway. Things to note. There is a €200 euro deposit CASH per room required on check in, love holiday didn’t tell us so it was an inconvenience, but returned on checkout so we had some money for last day/airport. The pool doesn’t open until June, but it looks lovely and clean. The reception is not always manned, so be sure to make contact if you check in late. There is no bar, but like I mentioned, one just at the bottom of the drive.

Rooms were very clean & relatively modern, quite a shock from when we first arrived. Unfortunately the pool was closed which we weren't informed of before arriving but is apparently common in this area for April. The €200 euro per room deposit in cash surprised us also as not all of us took enough cash with us for this expecting most places to accept card now but we all got this back on checkout. Apart from those 2 we had no other issues, rooms were fine & staff were lovely. €10 taxi to get into town but plenty nice restaurants & bars nearby for the nights we fancied something quieter & only a 2 minute walk from a gorgeous beach

There were a load of us sharing rooms and I normally prefer my own room. It's nothing classy but absolute great value for money. It was nice being out by the pool there's a cafe on the doorstep does an English breakfast. It was clean comfortable the staff seemed alright I would definitely stay there again.

Basic apartment block. Pool ok, but only a few loungers. The rooms are basic but clean, the kitchen has 2 hobs but no oven, but please consider the fact that there is no air con in this place- I had to go to Leroy Merlin down the road and buy a standing fan for the bedroom so we could sleep at night. The main plus is the location, a quiet area with bars and restaurants and only 2 minutes to the beach. Don’t stay here if you want to go to Benidorm every day, because if you do don’t forget your walking boots.

Be warned that you’ll possibly have to pay a €200 deposit that you get back when checking out. Got a decent balcony room view on 4th floor, however the bathroom sink was believe to be blocked so no water was going through. Also the floor was filthy. The apartment staff are friendly and helpful however I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless it’s absolutely necessary.

Loved the apartment. The reception area was being refurbished when we first got there but without any inconvenience. I would recommend to anyone.
