Not for everyone only if you want a very quiet time near the beach and some lovely restaurants nearby. But it's a 40 minute walk into the Old Town .Rooms are very basic maid and towel service only every 4 days and you have to provide your own toilet paper!!! Plus side the guy on reception was excellent and very helpful When we was there in September we had the pool area to ourselves no fighting over sunbeds so if you like to sunbathing all day it's wonderful and only a 2 minute walk to the most beautiful beach in Benidorm!!!

The whole pool area was closed, despite the beaches being packed and the weather hot. No access to sunbeds, nothing. Reception is only open for parts of the day so you are told the lady at the bar will lock your bags away. It took us a while to communicate that this was what we wanted. When we were able to check in, we went back to her for our bags and she didn't appear to understand what we were asking for, like she had not seen us 20 minutes earlier. The bar, where you are supposed to be able to leave your bags, was closed all day one day with no explanation, so you would have had to sit in the tiny lobby and just wait for someone to turn up! It felt like they were operating on a shoestring with as few staff as possible. The guy who was mostly at reception, was outside smoking every time we saw him, looked stressed. We did like the location, but we are walkers so walked miles every day. We would not go back here

Spent a week here with family and my 4 year old son. Cannot fault it in the slightest. Very quiet are, had the pool to ourselves most days, staff are very friendly and the apartments were easily the best ones I've visited to date. It had absolutely every we needed in them just like a second home. They are super spacious with lovely big balconies, (we were on the third floor) all rooms have a pool view and we could see the beach too!! Beds were very comfy!! Each room has a cleaning pack and a washing machine too with toiletries and even a hair dryer! Will definitely be booking these again!!

Great location as a base, quiet and only 2 minutes from the beach.They take a 200 euro deposit so be aware and budget for this when you arrive,pay it back on room inspection on departure.Safe in the room is available at 2 euro per day.Kitchen has hob,microwave,fridge,toaster and kettle.There is also an iron and small ironing board and a washing machine in the apartment so that's a bonus, hairdryer is in the bathroom fixed to the wall.Aircon in the lounge area.Decent sized balcony with brush,mop and bucket and clothes airer. Towels changed every 4 days,had a problem with the toilet constantly running on the first day and was sorted by the time we came back later in the day.Bath and shower in the bathroom. We arrived late in the evening and the reception was closed at 9 pm so rang the number on the door and a lady gave us instructions for the key safe on the outside wall to collect our room keycards.We checked in fully the morning after. Beds are comfy and apartment was clean when we arrived.few local restaurants and shops within a few hundred meters,all quite reasonably priced.Good 40 minutes walk to the old town but only a few minutes walk on to the beach road to catch the number 3 bus to old,new town or the bus station. Big tourist market in benidorm on Wednesday and Sunday.caught bus to new town then walked the rest of the way it is situated right next to the hotel pueblo.Market on a Saturday in la cala, finestrat,about 25 mins walk. Centro la marina shopping centre worth a visit if the weather is not clever,got a taxi there 8 euro and caught the bus back right outside the main entrance. Onto the beach road and turn left,place called coffee madness,superb coffee and great for eggs Benedict at breakfast.choice of different things on the menu and the milkshakes are good.Keep going towards benidorm about 20 minutes walk there is the halfway house pub/restaurant,the food is superb great choice on the menu,decent sized portions and cocktails and beer are good. Would come back again as got more places to explore and not enough time

Lovely hotel staff are welcoming and helpful rooms have everything you need for a self catering holiday having a washer in the room was a bonus we never expected

Great apartment, not the most modern but well equipped. Large balcony and spacious lounge. Great location away from the party end 🥳👍3 minute walk from the beach and several bars and restaurants on the doorstep.

Wonderful apartments and great value for money! Fantastic views from the 20th floor. Couldn't fault the location either. Literally a 100m from the beach. More of a Spanish area which was lovely and quiet with wonderful welcoming people. Comfortable room ideal for 4 people. Angela on reception was fantastic and great with the kids. Only negative was the pool closed on the 3rd day without warning and the caretaker wasn't very approachable even though every day we greeted him in Spanish. Despite that id happily book again and again
