Positive: Location was great for the town. Accommodation well maintained and very clean. Kitchen and balcony were really useful.. Negative: We were charged 50 euro for car parking for the time we were there. The 'car parking' icon was on your description of the accommodation on Booking.com site but it was not 'free' car parking. We considered this a poor representation of the principle of 'car parking' and quite frankly this is a misrepresentation to say there is 'car parking' but not saying you will have to pay for it !!! Also the actual car park is in a different and awkward place to the hotel !.

We booked this apartment online as we were attending a wedding and we were pleasantly surprised by the high standard and quality of our apartment. It was self contained, market was close by and we cooked ourselves most days. The service was good and parking was made available for us. Close by to the high street and local restaurants. Some of our friends have already booked to go there this year as they viewed it whilst they were there last year. Highly recommended.

Very nice big and clean apartments. Although the hotel has been open for 4 years, the rooms look completely new. Only minor problem is parking which is a bit away from the hotel and a challenge to get into if you are not used to tight spaces or have a big car (the streets are very narrow in the center of town).

Farinas 11 is a beautiful historical building in the heart of Sanlucar, very convenient for the town, restaurants etc. The apartments themselves are furnished in a modern, minimalist style, but very comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen, a kettle for boiling water would have been nice. Great outdoor terrace, couldn't enjoy it because the weather was very bad.||The bed was a bit hard, but comfortable. Some street noise from the balcony, the street is very narrow and a major throughfare.||This is not an apartment hotel, so reception is only open for a few hours every morning and is closed on Sundays. If you arrive outside these times, you have to give your exact arrival time - this wasn't clear to us, but the lady was quite nice about it.||Would definitely recommend booking the garage if you arrive by car, Sanlucar is a driver's nightmare with a confusing maze of tiny one-way streets. Take a map or satnav along, we lost our way several times.||Altogether an enjoyable stay, would definitely stay here again some time.

Beautiful restored apartments around a pristine, relaxing courtyard. Modern bathrooms. High ceilings. Thick old walls keep the apartment cool even in the heat of the day. Spacious. Comfortable, firm beds. Garage parking available about a bloc away. Also a block away from the Calle Ancha promenade. 15 min walk to the beach. Very friendly staff. One staff member speaks some English.

Large, well equipped (could do with an electric kettle). A short walk from the centre of the town with bars and restaurants. 15 minutes walk to the water front for more bars and restaurants. The 1st floor apartments are up a steep stair case and the access within to the upper floors are even more precipitous, would not suit those with mobility problems.

Positive: Apartment absolutely immaculate and very well equipped, including welcoming bits of food and milk - so useful when you're tired after a journey. Anna, the receptionist was kind and jolly and told us where things were in the town. Neither my Spanish, nor her English were very good but we managed to communicate..

The apartment is spacious and comfortable, the kitchen is well equiped and location is good for birdwatchers. The great problem is how to open the front doors? Locks are terrible to use, the first night we didn't manage to do it, had to call the receptionist. Finally a friendly inhabitant came to open the door. The second night I didn't manage to open, had to wait outside untill my husband arrived from the car-parking. Again he had many difficulties but finally we got in by ourselves. I recommend to change the locks to the Finnish Abloy-locks which are secure and easy to use! After the locks have been changed I would give all five stars.
