This is the worse hotel to stay at. We had nothing but problems from day 1 of arriving in Ibiza. The staff were very rude. Also the room we stayed in wasn’t cleaned when we arrived. And took them from day 3 to finally clean our room. And we wasn’t given any fresh towels until the last 2 days of the holiday. Also the swimming pool smelt like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks due to there was mould in the pool. And when we were taking a shower there was ants in the bathroom. Am also not happy with the attitude I got from the members of staff working there including the management. Such a bad experience and ruined my holiday.

What a beautiful discovery! Staff is friendly and helpful, young and always smiling. They helped us with restaurant, tickets and lots more. They also give free beach umbrella and towels. They clean the apartments every day and bring out garbage. Air conditioning was good, the apartment was minimal but well designed and very clean. Definitely recommend it also for the good prices!

Me and my friend stayed here for 4 nights in October. The apartments were clean, we had a one bedroom apartment for the both of us and there was tonnes of space! The apartment came with free air con and WiFi is free around the hotel area and in the room. The cleaners came mid afternoon every day and we always received clean towels and came back to a clean room. |There is a tv but the only channels we could get in English was Disney Channel and a music radio station but nevertheless we don’t come away to watch tv. |The downside to the location of this place is there isn’t many places to eat for lunch during the day unless you walk down into the port. |Great staff, always willing to help. On an evening they lock the main reception door but give you a key and there is a number displayed to contact the manager if there are any problems. I locked myself out and lost my phone down the headboard on the wall and the manager came to help, along with the maintenance guy. They’re both serious eye candy :D |The pool area is nice, but right near the main road which can be loud with bikes passing and the pool itself is like jumping into an ice bath but quite refreshing if you’re hot. |Lovely place and everyone was so friendly! We’ve had a great stay!

I was really pleased with the accommodation offer at this aparthotel. It’s clean, modern, with spacious rooms which have a well stocked kitchenette, well designed bathroom and great balcony. The location in Sant Antoni, a pretty seaside town, is perfect and a good base from which to explore the island by car. The swimming pool, parking facilities, helpful staff and reasonable price really prompted me to give this place full marks !

Stayed here with 26 other ladies, friends and family celebrating my daughters hen party!||The staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble! The apartments are a good standard, immaculate and cleaned everyday, fresh towels and sheets if you require!||Pool towels free of charge, pool spotless and whole area cleaned every day.||Far enough away from the town that you’re not in noise but close enough to walk everywhere!||Only negative was when 27 of us went down to breakfast together was a bit too much for the kitchen as only a small hotel! Food was great though.

Great stay overall, absolutely recommended. We arrived late during the night, still we could easily check in and get into the room. Despite the fact that the A/C suddenly broke and technicians were not available, the hotel made up the inconvenience with alternatives and gifts. Many thanks especially to Juan, who is a great Hotel Manager, he was not only very nice but also gave tips and recommendations for locations to go, made dinner reservations even when fully booked and made one feel number one priority throughout the stay.

Staff are friendly, 2nd time used these apartments has everything u need, kept clean and just enough out the way from main strip. Lads holiday use these apartments save money and more for spending on drink.

Stayed in an apartment for 4 people. Clean, quite spacious and great location. Only minor negatives is that the road outside can be a bit noisy if you're a light sleeper and a couple of light bulbs didn't work in our apartment. Apartment was cleaned and fresh towels supplied daily. Would stay there again.
