Apartamentos Galatino

We've stayed in Apartamentos Galatino for 5 days which were incredible. We especially liked the team of the Apartamentos , who from the very beginning were gentile and very helpful. We arrived early in the morning and we heartly welcomed by one of the team members. ||Rooms are big enough, clean, cozy. You have evrything to cook. Very nice view.||There is a parking place for the visitors. ||Busstop is just in front of the Apartments. ||Do recommend if you are with car.

We arrived during a blizzard and had to push the car up the last part of the mountain. We were freezing. The apartments do not have a name plate on so we weren't sure we were in the right place and had parked too high up the mountain. When we eventually found the apartments the Reception was un-manned, but we called the number shown and someone showed up within a few minutes. We didn't get his name but he was incredibly helpful. He helped my husband get the car back down to the apartments, helped carry the suitcases in and brought an extra heater too. Once warmed up the apartments were lovely and toasty, and were reasonably kitted out too. However, the downsides to these apartments are their location. It was too far to comfortably walk to the top of the Parador lift with ski-boots on. You couldn't ski to or from the apartments. There are no bars or supermarkets close by. There is a bus that goes round and down to the village, stopping just outside the apartment doors, but it gets busy or is unreliable when the weather is bad. On the second day we actually decided to drive down to the village and park in the large underground car park, which was much easier. All in all, I would recommend the apartments, however you need to have the whole picture in mind when booking.

Situated at the top of the village, long walk down to the centre and lots of stairs back up. Parking garage and the 2 main lifts.Clean nice rooms, good shower with enough hot water and water pressure, The staff were friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast.

We rented the apartment vis air bnb. The price was ok, but the place is far from the village centre , so anyway you have to drive to there. There weren't provided the essentials, we had to claim it, bed clothes, towels, toilet paper (not provided)... Not recommend.

Sin cortinas, ni persianas, 2 cucharillas de café, tres cucharas, ni un mantel, ni un paño de cocina... el termo soltando agua hasta mitad del salón, entre el plato de ducha y el suelo también un río. Sin toallas, las camas sin hacer, con las sábanas dobladas encima. El sofá cama, para dos plazas (90€/noche) hundido, con lamas rotas. La cama plegable (45€/noche) con una colchoneta de 5 cm. Las tapicerías llenas de manchas que daba asco sentarse, las sillas desvencijadas, que se "abren" al sentarse. Una auténtica vergüenza que se alquilen sitios en esas condiciones, a ningún precio y menos a 45€ persona/noche, contando con sofá cama y supletorias.||Tiene garaje incluido. Bien la calefacción. La persona que está a cargo es amable y no tiene la culpa de la vergüenza que tiene que gestionar. La entrada y salida se hacen en un edificio bastante distante, imposible aparcar en los alrededores. Quedaron en darme llaves a las 11, a las 2 me dieron una llave que no abría, entré a las 5.

Personal muy amable, pendiente de recibirme y subsanar cualquier problema. Los apartamentos estan es la parte alta de Pradollano, lo que en invierno puede ser un problema para el telesilla o la plaza principal, pero para quien quiera ir a la sierra es ideal, ya que se sale enseguida a la carretera de la Mora. Apartament individual muy limpio, auqnue con algun desperfecto del invierno aún por arreglar, con todo el menaje de cocina necesario, en muy buenas condiciones, televisión, Wifi muy rápida, y mobiliario en estupendas condiciones. Cama muy cómoda (aunque ya estaba tan cansado de las marchas que a lo mejor no soy ecuánime...)

Fuimos en total 7 personas 4 adultos y 3 niños y estuvimos cómodamente alojados en un apartamento de tres dormitorios con unas vistas preciosas sobre las pistas.||El apartamento no está a pie de pista, pero es preferible. Se gana en privacidad y tranquilidad nocturna.Cuenta con aparcamiento subterráneo y se puede bajar a las pistas en 5 minutos.||El personal es muy amable y servicial.||Contamos con todo el ajuar necesario para poder desayunar y cenar.||Hay agua caliente y calefacción más que suficiente en todas las estancias.||Una pega fue que no llegaba la señal de wifi al apartamento.

Estos apartamentos están sobrevalorados. Están ya algo envejecidos, la calefacción es insuficiente si hace bajo cero en el exterior y el precio algo caro. El parking subterráneo y su ubicación están a su favor. Para destacar, la limpieza y el trato personalizado tanto al llegar como al irnos, pero no nos dieron factura.
