Fantastic location, 5 mins walk to the strip but far enough away to be quiet. Apartment (22,B) was dated but absolutely spotless with a lovely view. Check in was easy enough, this was after being told our apartment wasn't available on the first night, so they booked us into the Servigroup Pueblo on a bed and breakfast basis. The dark haired check in lady at the office next door wasn't overly friendly and never really smiled. Agree about the pool's lack of chairs or sunbeds, this made us not go to the pool as there was no where to sit and chill, other than the floor. Overall, I'd definitely go again.

Cheap self catering hotel with reception right next door basic clean and all you need for a self catering holiday with a pool but no sun loungers close to the main strip but far enough away so its quiet if your not a party animal

Very disappointed to find that there are no sunloungers or chairs provided around the pool areas. Not even available for hire there either. Some music around the pool area would have been nice. It was so quiet.

The location was fantastic, offering easy access to Lavent beach and the main strip for the Benidorm fiesta bars , restaurants, and the beach. The apartment itself was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable space to relax after a day of exploring.||The kitchen was small but adequately equipped for basic cooking, The bed was comfortable for a good night's sleep. ( The sofa bed in our apartment needs upgrading but was very comfortable )||Great view from the balcony it had a table and chairs for 4 people provided a lovely spot to enjoy morning coffee, pre drinks in the evening if in group with a view of the surroundings. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was friendly, offering helpful tips about the area.||In conclusion, this apartment in Spain offered a pleasant and convenient base for my vacation, and I would consider staying here again in the future.

Excellent place to stay in ! I spent my winter holidays there ! It was amazing. No noise, very safe and comfortable installations.

Good location.. you need to walk 10 minutes to get to the beach. A lot of activity in the neighborhood. Activity like pubs restaurants and lots of fast food places. The only negative point for us is the water.. you can't take a shower with 4 people.. the water is cold after the second person. So prepare yourself 😉

Just spent a week in these appartments in benidorm and was pleasantly surprised not very pleasing on he eye from outside but fabulous inside really large with a full kitchen and washing machine !!did all my laundry before coming home !!in perfect spot near the nightlife but peaceful on a night !!I would definitely stay again

These appointments should be shut down. Absolutely disgusting. Noise all the time from women up above in heels. Told the staff but did not agree to move us until 2 days before we where due home . They must have had lot's of complaining because there where brush handles marks on the ceiling. Dont go the appointments where falling apart dirty furniture loose plug sockets. We had no sleep for 8 days of
