Apartamentos & Hotel - Los Arces de Isla

We are staying in a separate apartment bloc operated by this hotel which is a separate review. This is a review of the service we received from the hotel. I am personally grateful for the welcome we received. We don't speak Spanish and the hotel host personally greeted us outside and welcomed us into the reception. We were then given an incredibly well thought out rundown of the apartments, along with some maps and personal recommendations of the local area for food, days trips, and family activities. As far as first impressions go, it gave us a very lasting and positive outlook for our stay.

Affordable large apartment, friendly team and a great location right next to the fantastic beaches and coves of Isla.

We are just home from a great 3 night stay at this hotel. The apartment was very spacious for a family of 4 and had good facilities in the room. There was ample parking at the hotel and it also has a restaurant, a pool and a play park for children. It is in a great location as it is walkable to beaches, shops and other restaurants within Isla. It was also a short drive from Santander airport. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others, and would stay again ☺️

Excellent option to enjoy Cantabrian coast. Roomy appartments, warmly decorated and usefully furnished. The kitchen had more utensils than the average Spanish appartment including on top of the usual: toaster, manual orange juicer and cutting desk among others (No electric kettle but that's completly normal in Spain) . The beds were extremely comfortable with a really good mattres, the sofas and armchairs were acceptable. The bathroom was fully renovated. The swimmingpools (one for adults and another for toddlers) were very clean and big enough. The private uncovered parking lot was wide and easy to park. The best: you can bring your dog!

Im very impressed by the new renovation and great food, service and atmosphere. Perfect place to stay close to the beach. Definitely coming back again!!

Fantastic location with great customer service provided at reception. The apartment is a little small but has a lovely bathroom with a shower I would be proud to have at home. Kitchen however could come with a kettle but apart that it's great

Nice hotel, friendly staff. We hoped the pool would be open, but in early June it wasn't. Really comfortable bed, good breakfast. Would stay here again. Good price, close to restaurants and bars, but nice and quiet.
