Was unsure about staying here after reading some reviews. We stay in May for 4 nights. The apartment was basic but was clean and tidy. Staff were really friendly and helpful. We had a 0130 pickup for the airport and sorted the return of our deposit at 2200 before they shut at midnight. We kept the key to room until we left, just told to leave the key in the room. No A/C in the room. It was OK being May, but I wouldn't have coped later in the summer. No safe in the room, but you can rent a deposit box in the reception for €1.50 a day. The pool and bar area is nice. The location is good.

Came here with a stag do and we had a great time. Everyone was a little apprehensive about the hotel after reading the reviews but it wasn’t as bad as we thought it would be. It’s fine for stag/hen doos or as a base for a weekend of partying. If you’re bringing the family I would recommend somewhere else. Nice little bar downstairs that did a small selection of food. The staff were friendly and the pool was clean and tidy. Rooms were ok albeit a little dated but you get what you pay for I guess. Balcony was pretty big. 50 euro/pound deposit per person per room but we had not problem getting it back at the end of our stay. You do have to take your rubbish to the bins outside though and the lifts are tiny (holds 3 people) which makes it a bit of a pain if your 13 floors up like we were.

Just got back from a weekend at the luxmar for a stag doo and it was good fun. Read the reviews beforehand and was a bit nervous about staying there but we all had a good time. The staff were really friendly, rooms were ok, had 2 singles and then another room with sofa beds. It’s cheap and cheerful so you get what you pay for but we all had a great time. The pool area was nice, lovely pool and smaller one next to it, bar in the lobby and also pool table etc. close to some nice bars and restaurants as well as supermarkets. ||If you are going with your family or partner I’d say to stay elsewhere, but if you are going as a group of friends for a few days drinking in the sun then it’s absolutely fine. The walls are a bit thin so you can hear next door and the key was an actual key not a card which I didn’t like too much, other than this it was fine.

I read the reviews and so knew what I was getting. The decor of the apartment feels stuck in the late seventies, early eighties. That being said, the room was spacious and functional.||The temperature inside the apartment was cool considering there is no air-con in the rooms. The balcony space is massive, the best thing about the apartment by far. ||There was only one real gripe: the patio doors did not lock properly, which wasn’t a problem as there’s no way anyone could get from one balcony to another. ||One issue of bemusement was that the 6 person lift could only carry 3 people or would become stuck (see my photo).||The staff on reception were very polite and the bar area was really nice. ||I didn’t use the pool, which although small was bathed in sun most of the day. ||The location is great, in the old part of Benidorm, comfortable walking distance to bars, restaurants and the beach.

Saw the reviews and travelled with some concern. Staff were lovely. Location great for the strip - 10 min walk. Rooms tired but functional.|You get what you pay for. Somewhere to sleep/ shower; did the job.

Well I was pleasantly surprised after ready the recent review's||We stopped in room 205 and I cannot fault the room what so ever.. |beds were comfy, pillows fluffy ||Kitchen had everything you required including a kettle and |Cups||Shower worked and we were given fresh towels and toilet rolls ||Staff were super helpful as I had previously requested a lower floor, friendly and approachable ||Pool area nice and clean||Excellent location||As for updates well mate a lick or paint and fresh bedspreads but this didn’t bother me one bit ||Defo will stop again

Honestly the worst hotel/apartment building I’ve ever seen. -Extremely rude reception staff (Disgustingly Rude) • No air con, no fans -Bedding and decor is like a Soviet Russian apartment • They expect you to clean your room and you will lose your £50 deposit if not. (No maid service) -First thing they said to our group is we can’t use the pool because it’s for kids?! And if they get single noise complaint our whole group will be kicked out instantly DO NOT STAY HERE! I’m from Birmingham and I’d rather stay in small heath.
