Apartamentos Magic Atrium Plaza

Stayed here with a few friends and we couldn't have asked for anymore. We stayed in a 4 bed apartment, which included an ensuite and another bathroom. The lounge and dining area were spacious and perfect to rest and chill in after a long day out or at the beach. The location of the apartments was also great, in a relatively quiet area, but only a few minutes walk from the beaches and the main streets. Would definitely recommend

Apartments were very spacious and well located. Bins just outside to empty recycling. Overlooks a beautiful park with everything you need nearby. Some plates, cutlery etc was available but we had to buy some too which we left behind for next guests. There was little information about where to check in (nearby hotel up a very steep hill, with a 30 minute queue for the reception!) perhaps a sign on the building door would help? We only found out from past reviews! Deposit is usually refunded upon an inspection at check out, and we were initially told we’d need to do it the day before due to early flight. but that turned out to be false and no staff were due to be available at our check out time, so we had to leave trusting that £450 would be refunded once inspection could be done. We had to return to the hotel numerous times for issues such as faulty wifi, stuck washing machine door, faulty aircon. Maybe an easier process for contacting the reception would help

Absolutely perfect, and full use of crystal park hotel, parking outside, big rooms, washer, dishwasher, full size oven, fridge freezer, beds absolutely amazing and very clean. Location is amazing for tram buses, beach

We were pleasantly surprised by these apartments. We were upgraded to a huge 3 bedroomed apartment with an ensuite and very well equipped kitchen. The balcony does overlook residential apartments but the view overlooking the park from the lounge and bedroom makes up for this..|The facilities at the magic crystal hotel (200m) away are excellent with a roof top pool, sun terrace bar and kiss play area.|Situated a quiet location within a 10 minute walk of both the old and new town and the beach.|Will definitely use again..

As a group of 10, you can imagine how difficult it could be to find a top hotel that can accommodate us all; look no further. The rooms were exceptionally clean and spacious and came fit with great air-con! Not to mention the incredible location as a 10minute walk and you are at the beach and clubs! Could not ask for anymore from a hotel, would 100% recommend and would stay again without a doubt.

Location was perfect.||Better advice on car parking would have saved us a lot of money.||Clearer check in location instructions would have been great.||Apartment was clean but there was no comfortable seating in the lounge just a futon bed. Kitchen equipment was basic i.e no scissors or bread, meat knife.||No cleaning materials were supplied not even a dish cloth or tea towel.||As in a previous review showering was an unpleasant experience - glad we were only there for 2 nights. You get what you pay for!

Our group of 10 massively enjoyed our stay at Atrium Plaza. The apartments are in a brilliant location, have self controlled air con, were very clean (were cleaned everyday by the time we got back) and all you could ask for from a self catered holiday apartment.

Apartments where clean and close to new town. Paid deposit incase of damages and having problems getting it back on my card . Not answering emails and phone service is automated. Left the apartment spotless
