I went the 14th-18th February 2025 for my birthday, check in time is at 12 and check out is 10am it’s in the middle of everything 10minute walk to the beach, the old town, the strip etc. i could NOT fault the location at all. There is a lot work going on outside (which is expected due to it being out of season) but it wasn’t until the last day it was really loud and woke us up at 8am due to the windows being very thin to the point you can hear everything. Apart from this it was a lovely little apartment it gets cleaned every 4 days (we got new towels and toilet roll 2 days into our trip so on the Sunday) we had 2 bedrooms including 2 lots of single beds, the one room didn’t have a wardrobe it just had a few drawers for your clothing but we just put all our clothes in the other room. I would also recommend putting some yellow tape around the top steps because as soon as you walk out of the lift it is so easy to fall down the stairs. Overall i would come here again the location was exactly what we wanted especially being 2 young girls who didn’t want to get taxi everywhere which we didn’t need to do due to everything being in walking distance

I was very pleasantly surprised by the apartments, it was very reasonable price yet had everything we needed spacious apartment, big balcony, great location near to the old and new town. We stayed in mid May so just before the full season. The reception were very helpful and allowed us to use a shower room because we had a night flight and stored our suitcases until we left at 6pm.|The kitchen is well equipped and has plates, glasses, cups (cups are too small for a proper cuppa though) , pans, utensils a bottle opener cork screw, a toaster, kettle, microwave and two ring hob. There’s even a utility room to dry wet clothes! We stayed in the two bedroom apartment. The sofa was comfy (note it’s not a sofa bed) big flat screen TV table and four chairs too. |The pool area is small and well maintained with lovely plants and design. The pool was really quiet ;mexcept for our last sat when disappointedly a large group of lads (stag do group) took over the pool area playing loud music and everyone else was forced to go out which was really sad as it had been perfect up to this point. I’m not against young lads having fun but there’s plenty of loud bars and public areas in the new town they could go. It really spoilt our last day and it would be great if there was a “no large stag group” policy or at least a “no loud music by the pool” policy . We much appreciated the pool area and it provides plenty of sunbeds which are free to use. There are many different nationalities staying at the apartments including Spanish too, which we liked as Benidorm does seem rather British oriented so nice change to hear other languages and enjoyed this. There’s no bar, cafe or food offerings at the apartments or by the pool not even a vending machine however there is a small supermarket a hundred metres away. This is an overpriced supermarket so we found a better much better value one called “Consum” ten mins away from the apartment. There are two lifts that were very reliable and quick. We stayed lower down (out of preference (as I suffer with vertigo) in apartment 2C but I would imagined there would be great views higher up. I still loved sitting on our balcony watching the world go by and we had a great view over to the pool area too. The reception is not always manned and has a closed door but a buzzer you can then get a member of staff to come to you, if you need. We mostly never needed to bother the receptionist who must work all around the building but when we did he was very polite and helpful. The location for us was perfect it was quiet enough and close to the old town as well as the new town and beach. |The foyer area is really nice with lots of tables chairs and nice rattan style sofa and table too. Wi-Fi is reliable and we used it a lot in the apartment. |Small criticisms are there are toiletries provided but not replenished and not enough toilet roll so we bought at least two more packs ourselves while staying. No kitchen towel or cloth so we bought our own no washing up liquid provided, the towels are adequate and small bath size as well as hand towels, only one toilet in pool public area which would be way better if two as it was combined with shower so if someone needed to shower then the toilet was also occupied. None of the criticisms were a big issue at all though. We would absolutely definitely come back and would request the same apartment as we found it perfect for our needs and within our budget. It’s not the Ritz of course but it’s very good for a two star and I would class it as three star, for the money it was extremely good! The apartment is clean and bright and we loved it so much we looking forward to booking another week’s stay there soon.

Spacious rooms with good airconditioning and ok furniture and appliances, but absolutely terrible sound insulation. Very rowdy neighbors that make absurd amount of noise at all hours of the night. Have not had a full night of sleep in 10 days. One night we had a drunk guy walk into our kids room, because the security on the doors was disabled during the night, however the security is often enabled in the early morning, which is silly. Receptionist denied drunk people walking in, even though we clearly just said it happened. Advertised as a family friendly accommodation, but in reality it’s more for teenagers. Good things are the pool, which is clean, and the location, allowing you to reach the old town and the English drunk centre in around 10 minutes. If you have kids or value a good nights rest, do not come here.

We stay in these apartments on the last week in September. I booked the apartments on their own website and was given a 10% discount code.|We arrived at 1pm and were able to check in straight away. Key for the safe cost 14 euro for the week. They just used the card i paid with for my security deposit. Wifi code was provided and worked fine. We stayed in room B on the 5th floor. Apartments have everything you would need, fridge, toaster, microwave etc. Aircon is in the living room only but we already knew this. Nice pool area as well with enough loungers for everyone. Cleaner came once during our stay to replace towels and give the place a clean over although it didn't really need to be done. The apartments are situated 5 minutes from the hustle and bustle of the strip and a wee bit further to the old town. There's a large supermarket 500M to the left of the apartments. We didn't use the 1 across the road as it was far far more expensive. All in all these apartments were brilliant. I have already booked them again for the same time next year.

Don’t be put off by its ratings. It’s in a good location 10mins walk to the beach and 15mins to the main strip. You feel it’s a safe location too. 2 lifts to the 12 floors. A nice pool area too. We had a double|Twin room which has a great balcony, AC, kitchen and bathroom. The beds were comfy enough too.

We stayed in these apartments for 9 nights at beginning of August .|We had a 2 bedroom apartment. We were on floor 10 we had c apt which has a corner pool view.|I think B is larger floor plan .|There was 2 twin beds in each room.|Our room was ok , but the other bedroom was small for 2 twin beds.|There was a/c in the kitchen area but even when on fully it didn't really cool the smaller bedroom.|There was a big bathroom with a bath& shower ,& a room where you can hang wet swimwear .|Big balcony .|The kitchenette was well equipped with all you need , fridge, Kettle, etc plenty of Delph , cutlery & glasses .|Towels were changed every 3-4 days .|The bed linen changed once if needed.|The pool looks small but it's lovely, never ever crowded & no problem getting a sunbed.|There is a small supermarket across the road for essentials .|These apartments are about 10-12 mins walk to beach & good restaurants etc .|There is a safe but we never used it .|There is a shower room downstairs to use on day of departure.|Staff are friendly & helpful. No problem with noise from other apartments. We would stay here if we return.||

The apartments were fine for a weeks stay good it has a utility room I got a two bedroom apartment so bonus location good about 5 mins walk to beach unless you want to go right to the ends of Benidorm. Pool nice roads are bit noisy hardly seen anyone to be honest, bit disappointed as was told there’d be toiletries for use on first day but had none, also maybe an information pack would help took me a while to locate cutlery which was under oven, also crockery bit high to reach, shower curtain bit short for showering, the apartment was overall clean but looked like a blood mark on the wardrobe door and above bed. Had a shower to use for free if leaving late in the day, WiFi good and tv had Netflix and you tube to watch. Would stay again.

Very quiet place to stay even though the strip is 5min away. 2 bedroom Apartments a big plus. Safe 2 euro per day. Not 4 euro. Would be fabulous if they could heat the pool. I would definitely recommend and will stay here again.
