The apartment hotel in Benidorm was amazing: very clean, with very friendly and welcoming staff. The pool is nice and perfect for relaxing, and the beach is very close. We could even see it from our balcony. The location is perfect to enjoy both the sea and the city’s activities. We were picked up from the airport, which made our arrival flawless. I highly recommend this place !

Fantastic place Fantastic staff great location. Josè the chap at the pool bar Fantastic man great fun. Drink at pool bar quite a good price for pool bar and food good aswell. Bar closes at 8 no evening bar . Could do with a few more sunbeds at the pool and the lift is very slow but look you can't have it all will be back.

ABSOLUTELY APPALLED. I booked a holiday through ‘Love Holidays’ months ago. I get a message only 20 days before i trip to say this hotel has cancelled our booking because we are a group. We have 13 people in our booking and were allowed initially to book up to 15 people max. We were quoted through Love Holidays for 13 people and therefore we booked. Bearing in mind we have 3 guests in our party over the age of 60+, love holidays assured the hotel we are not a stag due or hen due, we are just a family going on holiday. I’m going with my siblings, parents, uncle and partners. The Hotel did not care and cancelled our booking! Just beware incase they do this to you! I would not trust them. We now have to find alternative accommodation for 13 people in 20 days and prices have sky rocketed and Love Holidays wont refund us the flights money. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND APPALLING TREATMENT.

I was very excited about this holiday because of all the great reviews! HOWEVER,||||There’s no denying that the grounds and hotel are lovely , but I have NEVER experienced staff like it, upon arrival we were told to come back at 2 pm , which is fine and expected. HOWEVER, the male on reception was having issues with other people’s bookings and was quite stressed and busy , so I waited to **POLITELY** ask if our room was ready , to which he aggressively STOOD OVER ME , POINTED IN MY FACE and shouted “LISTEN” and said he didn’t know when it would be ready and started going mad because he was busy… there wasn’t a face inside the reception and outside around the pool that didn’t drop in absolute shock and it has been the talk of the hotel ever since and we have been approached by pretty much everyone saying how disgusted they was. ||||We hoped it was just one member of staff having a bad day , however the man at the bar was exactly the same, just not as aggressive, but rude and annoyed because it’s busy and just pure impolite.||||It’s just ruined the holiday to be honest , nobody wants to experience that from the minute of arriving , but more frustratingly experiencing the rudeness and misery of all the staff every single day of their holiday, so many frustrating guests. Just avoid , unless you’re only going there to sleep.

Great hotel apartments.||Travelled with a couple of other families.||Staff were pleasant.||Rooms are very clean and spacious. ||The washing machine is a massive bonus as we only went home with travelling clothes to wash. ||Plenty of lovely thick fresh towels.||Great location to the beach (only a couple of streets away) and a few bars and cafes/restaurants (recommend the Million Dollar bar for drinks, music and entertainment, and the Rovers Return for drinks and food)|In-between the old town and new town so was perfect for us.||Free WiFi with good connection. ||Entry to the hotel is via a key card gate and there's plenty of security cameras so we all felt very safe during our stay.||There is a pool but this wasn't open as it isn't maintained during winter.||Would definitely return.

Anyone else really struggling to get there deposit back? |Went in march with a few couples they all got their deposit back before leaving.||I have contacted the hotel numerous times through email and WhatsApp number provided and no response.|All rooms were left in brilliant condition even put everything in the washing machine etc.||Does anyone know another way of getting in contact with them. Thanks.

Clean, quiet and friendly. Nice pool area and easy access to new and old town. Reception manned 24 hours a day.

Absolutely loved the apartments , clean and spacious.|Massive balcony and great views.|Lovely little pool and always got a sunbed .|Jose the snack bar man is so nice and friendly as are all the reception staff .|Nothing is a bother and we all loved ot so much .|Literally a 3 min walk to levante beach and 10 mins to old town .Near the strip if you like that kind of holiday but far enough away to not bother you.|This was a much needed holiday for my family and well worth the wait .|Book it now you won't be disappointed.
