Apartamentos Oasis Benidorm

Stayed mid-November with Booking.com and wrote a review but didn't go through.|Really pleased with the location and the apartment. Arrived early and were allowed to check-in, unpack and start our holiday.|We were on the 20th floor and had a great view over the bay. The kitchen was well equipped but we only used the kettle as we mostly ate out. The beds were comfy and there was loads of storage space. We stayed at the end of the Festival and apart from hearing furniture being moved one evening, the apartment was very quiet. We stayed 6 days and the towels were changed on the 3rd day.|We had a late flight home and again the staff member we spoke with was very accommodating and stored our luggage until the the transfer bus arrived.|The apartment exceeded our expectations and was great value. Would definitely stay again, thanks!

😊: View was good location good. Big apartment. Basic functional and clean tho. Kind of place you’d stay with your pals. Had everything you needed in kitchen.. 😢: No air con for summer so I def wouldn’t stay in summer months and one tiny radiator for winter not ideal. Hot water was limited . Could do with some decoration. The fob to get out of car park is on the outside so have to go out the entrance to open the gate not ideal if your alone and your car is on other side of the gate. I’ve certaintly stayed in worse but could have had a lot better for not much more. Know for next time.

😊: This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed here! Location is fabulous. Apartments are clean and equipped with everything you need. 24 hour reception.. 😢: There is nothing I don’t like but on this occasion the doors leading to the beach entrance were locked. Wasn’t a big problem as it’s a few minutes walk around from the other entrance but I was disappointed oasis beach bar was closed, though understandable for the time of year..

Avoid pull out bed. My hubby and I stayed in the main bedroom all week until the last night we decided to pull the pull out bed to lay and watch a bit tv, woke up after an hour or so then find I’d been bitten to bits. Literally body covered in bites. Apartment has everything you need though just needs updating a little. Best thing about it was beach location and the amazing view.

😊: I liked that it was close to beach, the room was clean, tidy and bed comfortable. 😢: I didn’t like having to leave my passport with them til the following day when staff were on duty through day. I realised it was cos I hadn’t paid at that point but because the staff English not good, they couldn’t tell me. Once paid we got them back.

Stayed here for 5 days in November. Great location in the ‘new’ town, on the main avenue. A stones throw from the beach. Staff friendly and helpful.|Apartment a bit dated, but everything we needed. Heater provided. Very clean. Would definitely stay again!

😊: Position ideal, views of the sea with armchair or balcony Position. Fully equipped kitchen .. could have done with another big mug.. No English tv but could be a bonus. 😢: Tv in Spainish.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. From the moment I arrived, it was nothing but disappointment. There was no air conditioning, which made the stay unbearable in the heat. The sheets were not clean, and to make matters worse, our towels had actual stains on them—completely unacceptable. There was nobody at reception to help with any issues, and when we did manage to speak to staff, they were extremely rude and brushed us off with “no English” instead of addressing our concerns. The pool area was unsafe and dirty—the tiles are coming off, somebody had cut their foot coming out of the pool and in the entire 8 days we stayed, it wasn’t cleaned once. On top of that, a balcony chair broke when sat on, causing a head injury. Clearly, maintenance and safety are not a priority here. The lift in the apartment block is extremely small and we would have to take turns going up, it was noisy and felt overall unsafe. Inside the apartment, things were no better: the bathroom door didn’t close properly, and the doors from the hall to the living area were broken. The kitchen sink pipe had a leak in it, I had to place a bowl under the pipe so the water wouldn’t leak on the floor. Overall, the whole place felt neglected and uncared for. This was honestly the worst accommodation I’ve ever stayed in. Do not book here. 0/10.
