First impressions of the staff were not great as When we arrived at the Playamar we discovered that a member of our party had lost or had stolen a large amount of money and this caused some problems for the reception staff||member in regards to the deposit for the room that has to be made when checking in this was sorted, we did get it sorted but the receptionist was not helpful at all.||We had booked this holiday in January and had email exchanges with the apartments and had requested that we were given apartments on the same floor as we were there for 1 month, this was not the case.The receptionist insisted that they could not be changed as all apartments were taken.||We spoke with our Jet 2 rep and the following day this was changed and we were given apartments on the same floor.||The initial member of staff was unhelpful and this could have put us off but luckily she went on holiday for a couple of weeks and the other team members were fantastic.||The apartments are great large living room with balcony overlooking the pool area.||Bedroom has 2 single beds that are very comfortable with plenty of clean bedding offered alternate days.||Bathroom is a good size with large Walkin shower with loads of hot water and great pressure, has a sink and bidet towels changed alternating days to bedding, toilet rolls provided plus hairdryer.||Kitchen is a good size with a 2 ring electric hob, microwave, fridge and plenty of utensils and equipment for making simple meals.||The apartment block has 2 apartments per floor with lifts to all floors.||Communal area is kept spotlessly clean and is a credit to the staff.||The pool area is very pleasant and kept clean and tidy with plenty of sun beds and table and chairs for guests a good stocked bar is on hand.||This was our second holiday with the company click Benidorm and we will definitely be using this company again we will definitely be booking the Playamar again it’s a great location close to all the amenities Benidorm has to offer.||
