Apartamentos Tramuntana

Do not stay here, I repeat DO NOT STAY HERE. From the moment we arrive our stay was a nightmare. We were greeted by the rudest reception staff, a man with no manners that seems to forgotten guests actually paid to stay there. This reception man goes even beyond and lies to us telling us he was the owner when we started to complain. The other staff (specially security) made us fell very unwelcome and always looking at us like we shouldn’t be there. We were a group of girls on a first trip to Ibiza and we didn’t fell safe leaving our belongings in this establishment. The room was acceptable for what you pay for but definitely could do with a cleaning as we found a broken phone case inside the fridge. The only thing that saves this place is the location, right in the center of San Antonio. Save yourself the trouble and stay somewhere else, this place is rubbish.

We spent three nights at the apartments and across our group we had three rooms. All the rooms were clean and we found the beds comfortable enough. The location is spot on and is close to the beach, the front strip with all the bars on and the west end. We were a little concerned about security after reading the reviews but we got a safe for and extra ten euros and you set the safe with your own code. There is also a little shop attached to the apartments which is convenient but the supermarket is only two minutes walk away. All in all the apartments represented good value for money.

My friend booked a two bedroom apartment for 4 of us and after reading some of the reviews, I was a bit sceptical about staying here. Thankfully I was wrong.||||To start it is basic but the apartment was very spacious and had everything you need. Two bedrooms, living room, large hallway, kitchen with everything you'd expect in a self-catering apartment and two good sized balconies. The building sits just off the west end far enough away so that you are able to get a few hours sleep in the morning when you get in. The staff are great and don't really bother you at all. There is a safe for around €20 for a week and air con is included at no extra charge. The pool that you use wasn't up to much but I would recommend using the roof top pool at the hotel Cassa Maria across the street. You pay around €2 for the day and the guy who runs the pool bar is very friendly and helpful. ||||I would definitely recommend any group of 4 looking to stay in the one place to book a room here. I'll be booking up next year no doubt!

Very friendly and helpful staff, location is perfect for the town, rooms basic but spacious clean and all you will need is in them. Towels changed an bins emptied during your stay if need more towels or beds changed early just ask and it will be done! Aircon played up mentioned at reception as we went out and was fixed when we got back! Our little boy left behind his comforter after our stay and we had great communication with apartments after trying to find it.

We stayed in these apartments on the 26th april 2018. They were very clean modern. The receptionist was nice he let us stay in our room long on our departure day but wasnt around all the time but left is number if you needed anything.The apartments were right in the centre of san Antonio which was great apart from there was hardly any shops or bars,restaurants open it was like a ghost town we struggled to find somewhere for breakfast. We did not see one supermarket open. Overall very relaxing but should of gone a few weeks later

Having read all of the reviews, was a bit wary of what we would find at the Apartmentos Tramuntana, but hugely impressed. Welcomed on arrival by the manager, (who is never supposed to be here!!), and personally taken to private parking area. The room is a good size, overlooking a beautiful square with a lovely white Spanish church (but no bells!!), clean and tidy and well equipped, heating worked perfectly, tv not great... but we are on holidays!!! Towels were tired and stained, and the bedding wasn't great, but comfy night's sleep, and awoke well rested and keen to explore!! Huge plus, apartment is pet friendly and our little doggy was allowed to stay with us!! All in all, an excellent experience!

On arrival couldn't check in @ check in time which was 2 pm they sniggered when we asked what time would it be! Didn't check in till 4pm & they didn't accommodate us one bit! Also got charged an extra €50 when checking in which we weren't told about! The key wouldn't work so took us about 10 mins every time to open the door! Sheets didn't get changed unless we asked & apartment wasn't cleaned once! To top every thing off on our last day we walked into our apt with the doors wide open to find one of the cleaners rummaging through one of suit cases! They tried justifying it by saying they were looking for towels! Customer service was appalling worst place ever to stay!

Stayed here with a group of 9 girls. Before arriving we had a lot of issues with the price increasing before we had paid. They said this was due to the pound to euro rate changing however they persisted to charge more on top of this until one of the group members managed to get the price back down. Reception area is very small however the staff there are lovely. The maids refused to clean our room and only decided to come in on the last days. Money went missing from the rooms on two separate occasions and on the same days that the maids decided to eventually visit, however we cannot prove whether it was them or not. Read reviews about the night porter before going and they are definitely true, we were woken up to him banging on our door saying he saw boys in our room forcing his way inside and would also find him following us up the stairs to our rooms at night.. |Apart from that it has a great location to the San Antonio strip. Doesn't have its own pool but you can use the local one which is a 2 min walk away.
