The hotel is ok, with good facilities. Nice pools and ok food in the restaurants. But there is very much noise allover, especially in the main bar and in the restaurants. A lot of screaming children. The all inclusive system where you get a plasticcard, and must give it to the bartender, to get a glass, is ok, but it makes it very slow, especially when there only is one person in the bar, so we spent a lot of time waiting for a drink. |If you want to rent a parking spot, it is very expensive - 25 euro a day, , and some of them is very far from the hotel. |We got a very nice room with good view, bathtub, refrigirator and it was nice and clean.|The staff in the restaurants was very good, and quick, but the staff in the reception was not very service minded. We didnt get any information about what was happening in the hotel, we had to find out ourself. There could be more posters with programs etc. |If you want a quiet vacation, this is not the place to go. But if you have small children, they will enjoy the place.

We've just finished a 10 night stay at this hotel. We are a family of 5 aged 11, 8 and 5 years. We've had a great holiday and hotel staff were very accommodating , the kids loved the animation team and so many fun activities for them every day they never got bored. I was apprehensive about the food after reading the negative reviews on here before we arrived. We loved the food , so much choice for both breakfast and dinner including fresh salads, fresh fish, pasta, pizza, paella and much more. This morning they served cava at breakfasts and coffee always nice. We stayed in one of the suites and it was cleaned everyday and very spacious. So please ignore the negative reviews - animation team were so friendly and the different shows every night were varied from African themed to flamenco to circus themes. We've had a great holiday

Overall a lovely holiday. Travelled as a family of 5|Good points - great location, not too far from bars, shops and the beach but far enough away from the nightlife with young children. The hotel was lovely and clean. The rooms were basic but comfortable. Air con, small fridge and decent beds. Housekeeping changed the towels every day. |Food was of a good standard for an all inclusive hotel. We ate in little Italy in the evening and never struggled to feed our fussy children. Pool bars served decent snacks and all the bars had proper glass bottles of Fanta and coca cola which was surprising. Estrella on tap and a small selection of branded spirits and a few cocktails were also on offer. |The hotel grounds are quite steep but there is a lift to take you to the top. |Staff were friendly and helpful but few and far between. Often only one person serving at each bar meaning there were long waits to be served. Reception staff were great in helping to book water World and arranging a taxi to omni park.|Bad points - entertainment was karaoke 3 nights a week, dj music 2 nights and a professional show on friday and Saturday, both of which were enjoyable. Not a lot going on as far as I could see for children. There appeared to be very few activities during the day, water polo once which was taken over by adults and the ref ended up in the water playing - chaos that drove the kids out of the pool. Half of the lights in the room didn't work leaving it quite dingey. The pools are mostly very deep. The small pool at the bottom was the most suitable for us with children one of which not a great swimmer had a small shallow end. One lift broke down and was left out of order for 2 days. Hand rail on the stairs fell off and was just left. One Pool table out of order. The hotel needs maintenance but it didn't take away from an enjoyable stay.

|Before our stay at Guitart Central Park Aqua Resort, we were honestly worried. The online reviews were overwhelmingly negative, and after booking we even considered canceling the trip. In the end, we decided to give it a chance—and we were pleasantly surprised.||First impressions: the hotel is very large, and the reception area was busy, but the check-in process went smoothly and quite fast. Our first small issue came with the room keys—our cards didn’t work, so we had to return to reception. Even after receiving a second set, one card still didn’t function, so we used only one during the stay.||The room itself was a positive surprise: spacious, comfortable, and suitable for a family of four. The walls are a bit thin, so you can hear noise from outside, but it wasn’t unbearable.||The pool area is one of the hotel’s highlights. There are seven pools in total plus a small water park for kids. As many reviews mention, there are a lot of stairs to navigate, but overall the pools are well designed and enjoyable. A big plus: you don’t need to queue for hours in the morning to reserve a sunbed. If you want a prime spot, you should still arrive early, but generally there’s enough space. Lifeguards are present throughout most of the day, which adds to the feeling of safety.||Pool bars are convenient, though without all-inclusive, food and drinks are on the expensive side, and some snacks weren’t served very hot. On the other hand, the staff were consistently friendly—special mention to Marta at the pool bar, who was professional and welcoming.||The entire complex is clean and well maintained, with staff clearly working hard to keep things in order. The restaurants were another pleasant surprise: food was varied, fresh, and delicious, with new options every day. Honestly, I don’t understand the negative comments online—compared to many other hotels, the quality here was very good. The staff in the dining areas were excellent too, especially Maria, who went above and beyond to look after guests.||The hotel has three themed restaurants, offering a wide selection of dishes. Even with half-board, you can move between them, which is a great system. Entertainment and activities are offered throughout the day, including fun animation programs and even a kids’ club where you can leave your child for a few hours.||The beds were fairly comfortable, though you do need to ask for extra pillows, as only one per person is provided. Location-wise, the hotel is right in the center of Lloret de Mar, with easy access to plenty of shops, restaurants, and nightlife.||All in all, despite our initial concerns, our stay was much better than expected. The hotel is a little dated in places, but it’s clean, lively, family-friendly, and offers good value for money. We’ve stayed in many hotels, and this one turned out to be a genuinely positive surprise. Not all the bad reviews are accurate—we enjoyed our holiday here and would recommend it.

Just back last night, never come back again! Didn't sleep normal for 8 nights, central location, noise from the street till 7am,because young people celebrate them holiday all night long. Unbelievable loud music noise till 12:30 outside, from Nautica hotel bar beside the pool. Tried to ring reception at night time ,never answer the phone, probably don't want to hear complaints. Hotel overcrowded with big groups of teenagers, mess in the pools, restaurants and hotel corridors even after midnight. Food very basic, drinks in the bars top price! Hotel staff not so friendly. Worst hotel experience I had in 30 years. Will not recommend for anyone.

I’m confused why this hotel gets such bad reviews! It nearly put me off staying here but I am so glad I still went! ||Just got home from a 5 day stay solo with my toddler.||The food was lovely and great selection and I didn’t see any queues everyone speaks of. Different food every meal and all very good with a huge selection of fresh fruit with every meal too! ||The room is standard however working air con and a bath. I found the rooms to be quite soundproof as the balcony could get a bit loud but as soon as you shut the door it was quiet enough for my light sleeping toddler to sleep.||The pools were all amazing, the stairs were a little hard to navigate as a solo parent with their 1 year old but oh so worth it! Pools nice and clean and the splash pad was amazing.||Unfortunately we didn’t attend any entertainment as my toddler goes to bed early however there was a kids disco and adult entertainment nightly. ||Finally the staff… Absolutely amazing and without them helping me retrieve my belongings from the locker I would have missed my flight that I made the transfer for through the skin of my teeth. Thankyou so much for such a lovely stay!

Nearly time to come home and thought I’d share my thoughts as I was very worried after reading reviews…..|It’s on a hill, setting is lovely but lots of stairs, there are lifts and very safe |Safe complex all locked apart from reception 5stars for than. |Rooms cleaned, fresh towels etc every day, cleaners out every morning, 5 stars also |Food is great, plenty fresh fruit every meal, plenty salads and mets, cheeses, dishes , set out lovely |It’s a busy hotel , it’s huge so we experienced small wait at mealtimes, again staff were polite and kind |Pools are clean and maintained hence the 10am opening….. slides great and lifeguard up there was lovely (guy with beard) |Plastic cups are good idea and have had this elsewhere… coffee nice and drinks good quality, staff at poolside bar again lovely ||We (my daughters) and I experienced a horrid member of staff in central bar, abrupt, said no red wine yet I saw some, threw my daughters plastic cup at them to the point they were scared. Her name was cami , I asked. I never complain but she upset me rest of night |Rooms are small and walls are quite thin but after reading review I brought my ear plugs |So well done Guitart, we will return and also will add evening entertainment, African guys, magic show, festival was brilliant
