Ignore the negative reviews we had a great holiday hotel is massive so we got lost on the first day lol food is decent always something to eat my daughter is fussy but never went hungry snack bar I’d say is better than evening meals hotel is spotlessly clean beds and towels changed everyday, the only thing I’d say is they need more staff for the evening bar as it’s quite busy, entertainment at night focuses more for young children which doesn’t bother me it’s their wee holiday aswell. Would definitely recommend and would go back again 10/10

All of the bars were not open, waiting long time to get drink, pools were ok. Food was nothing special. Most of the staff were rude apart from one or two. |No kettle in rooms. Bugs roaming about. Walls are thin you can hear everything so didn’t get much sleep. Didn’t feel very welcome by staff. |Hotel very dated. Definitely not 4 star!|The best thing about it is the location.

We went sep 20-27th , only 1 of 3 restaurants open. Spa was closed. Bars available were reduced to one at night , 2 in the day. Facilities and services were being reduced day by day during our stay. Which was a shame. I think in full swing the hotel would be good. Most* staff were pleasant, some areas could do with more TLC and cleaning throughout the day(staffing levels reduced?) Pools are great and food was varied in the Mediterranean restaurant although very busy. Snack bar was good as it is order as requested. Many close shops and short walk to beach. I didn't have issues with noise from our room..I just wished we had full hotel as advertised

we were really disappointed with our stay. We went all inclusive which was a total waste.of money. The restaurant meals were totally disgusting and was not up to temperature. tried both the Mediterranean and little itally for both breakfast and dinner and both times left after.hardly eating anything. Drink selection was also very poor quality and didn't appreciate having to drink out of a plastic cup during the evening. There was no entertainment other than a kids disco so not alot to do in the evenings. Rooms were very basic for a 4* and we even had a pay a 20 euro deposit just to have a kettle in our room. walls are paper thin so could hear everything from other rooms and maids come in early even with a do not disturb sign on the door.

We came during October half term and was very worried as read all the reviews. Upon arrival reception staff was lovely and told where rooms was. Rooms was very dates and not cleaned every day bedding never changed and had to ask for clean towels. Fridge had mould in it also. Bar staff was rude and was only one bar open and was a nightmare to get a drink at times. |Restaurant was ok breakfast same most days and cold and same goes for every dinner and tea food was stone cold even if you got there when it opened. We was a family 8 including a baby and they kept trying to split us up during meals times and restaurant management was extremely rude |Pools was freezing but think this is due to time of year |Location Hotel was really good and ideal |Only let down was the food if this was changed we would return but I dont think we will

Honest review we arrived late from a 4 hour delay the reception man was lovely.|Rooms are ok but we didt have are bedding changed once in 6 days but they was made and the room tidied round,I only new this as my son spilt bbq sauce on the bottom sheet and it stayed on for the full 6 days |We dropped something under the pull out bed and it was absolutely disgusting under it like it had not been cleaned under all summer.||Most of Bar staff are not very friendly they make you feel like your putting them out by asking them to get you things ||Pools are great and the slides are.|||The food in the canteen is cold (there is a microwave to warm food up) everyone was complaining about this we eat out so it was a waste going all inclusive.||Lovely location near everything||We was able to keep out Room on for a extra €40 with no issues ||We had a nice week but would not return to this hotel.||Not as bad as the reviews say but it’s clean but it’s a lot off money to then have to spend money eating out when we paid for all inclusive.||If it was a cheap getaway then would of not complained but it was not a cheap |Holiday.

This is a true review.the room is fine,clean,fridge etc.The bathroom was clean but very run down,the toilet seat had been there a long time,I have never seen a seat that the white has worn off and showing the black base,just looked so bad.The chome and stainless steel fittings where rusty or very dull because of age.skirting boards and door bottoms where rotten and warped.The hotel itself was the same,rotten wood fittings and warping.The food was ok but cold.Because we where British we where not dropped off at the hotel door as eveyone else was,the drivers did'nt help with cases on the shuttle bus,French ,German,and Spanish Where all dropped at the door.we had a hotel tax of £18 pound odd,to pay on arrival,so beware of that.We still enjoyed our holiday,however will not stop here again.Probably wont go to Spain again,we arent really welcome.Hotel badly needs updating,a total refurb is needed.

Ignore the negative reviews We are here now and what a brilliant hotel 7 pools plenty of food snack bar does Lovley food only thing that let’s it down is the entertainment at night it’s a bit boring but all in all 10/10 and will definitely return
