Second year in a row staying here now. Beautiful aparthotel right by the Sagrada Familia. Was perfect for myself, my wife, two teenage sons and elderly mother. Good space in the apartments. Decently supplied kitchen with supermarkets within a minute or two in any direction you walk and restaurants and takeaways galore. Reception staff are extremely helpful. Cleaning ladies lovely. Easily accessible for my mum in her wheelchair. Just an overall fantastic experience of an amazing place to stay in what has quickly become my favourite city.

Amazing staff! We arrived in the middle of the night looking for accommodation due to an issue with another apartment we had previously booked, and they were incredibly kind and patient in helping us out. Location is right next to Sagrada familia. Our appartment was great, spacious and they cleaned it daily.

The location was absolutely wonderful, just steps from the Sagrada Familia, and ​w​e felt very safe during ​o​ur time there.​ The apartment itself was comfortable and well-equipped with all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. Having a supermarket right at the entrance was also incredibly convenient.​ ​W​e especially want to commend ​t​he staff. Their courteousness and kindness made a significant difference to ​o​ur stay. They were always willing to provide excellent recommendations for local restaurants and activities, which ​w​e truly appreciated. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, ​and we highly recommend ​this place.

This is the second time our family of four stays in these apartments.|They are superb apartments with nearly four star-level of comfort. The rooms and the beds|in this hotel are extremely comfotable. The two-bedroom apartment was very quiet and the level|of service from Emanuel at frontdesk is excellent. They are well equipped and the air conditioning|was great. This is a fantastic location adjacent to Sagrada Familia square with lots of markets and supermarkets nearby. Our balcony had a view of the Sagrada Familia towers. The hotel now also has a very nice terrace on the sixth floor that is excellent for the views at night. We looked at many Airbnbs in Barcelona and I assure you this is a better deal and a better apartment than most Airbnbs.

I enjoyed my week-long family stay at this apartment hotel with an unbeatable view of Sagrada Familia from the balcony—perfect for morning coffee and fresh pastries. The 2-bedroom apartment features a living room with open kitchen, equipped with hob, microwave, coffee machine, and fridge. Conveniently located next to an artisanal food store and a larger supermarket just 10 meters away. Great dining options include a café across the street with excellent fresh pastries and numerous food choices near Sagrada Familia, ranging from chain restaurants to top-rated dining establishments. Ideally situated between Park Güell, the Old Town, and the seafront—all accessible by a 40-minute walk or 4-6 stops on the nearby metro. Love it!

This is was an excellent stay. Location is really perfect - next to the Sagrada familia, 20 min to the shopping area and tons of great restaurants nearby. Easy uber ride to the coast and they came to pick us up within 2-3 minutes. The check in was efficient, the apartment was very clean, had a balcony, wifi worked well and the view from the communal terrace is just spectacular, particularly at sunrise. we took tons of photos. One really great thing about it is also that there is supermarket just next door, so if you want to stock up on drinks and fresh fruit you do not need to walk long. All in all would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Recently booked this hotel for a weekend break with my wife and young children. We were so disappointed with our arrival experience that we had to arrange alternative accommodation. ||||Due to a delayed flight, we arrived at the hotel at 3am on Saturday morning. In the reception area, I noticed two women suspiciously entering the lift. We checked-in and proceeded to go up to the room. In the lift lobby on our floor, directly opposite our room, we could hear loud, aggressive noises of a sexual nature, as if a women was being strangled. I concluded that the two women I saw earlier were prostitues visiting a client. My young daughters were very scared and asking me what was happening. ||||We asked reception for alternative room and were advised none were available. The receptionist said he was sure the noise would stop soon. He was aware of what was happening in the room. ||||Although the noise did stop, my family didn't sleep at all that night and we felt dirty and very uncomfortable, knowing what had been taking place across the corridor.||||We moved to a different hotel in the morning and subsequently requested a refund for 2 cancelled nights. The front office manager in the morning said that the room where the sounds were coming from was showing as vacant which suggests that the room was being used without authorisation from the management, probably being booked on an hourly basis.||||The hotel management denied anything wrong had happened and are refusing a refund or any compensation. They said that the ladies were returning from a party and were very happy. This is clearly NOT a family hotel. It felt very dirty.

Fantastic location! We are a family of 6 and we're very comfortable in their 2 bed room suit. Front desk staff is amazing! Very helpful and always ready to give suggestions. Room large and nice. Housekeeping comes every day and the staff is delightful. Front desk speaks English and Spanish.... possibly other languages also.
