Apartelle​ Hotel Bangkok

I would like to sincerely thank the staff here. After I accidentally fell and got injured outside, the staff provided timely and thoughtful help. They arranged the shuttle bus to take me to the nearest pharmacy and even recommended first-aid ointments that they personally use. This was clearly beyond their job responsibilities, yet they were always incredibly kind, friendly, and willing to help. In addition, the facilities here are excellent. The hair dryer works very well, and there are plenty of useful and fun hangers. There is even an ironing machine provided in the room — something I’ve never seen before, even in four-star hotels during my previous trips to Bangkok. There is also a self-service laundromat just a one-minute walk from the hotel, which is extremely convenient. I have visited Bangkok several times, and this stay truly stood out. I will definitely come back again on my next trip to Bangkok. Once again, thank you so much to all the wonderful staff.

We needed to take a bus from Mochit, and also get some groceries in Bangkok. This was the ideal stop! Comfortable and quiet room with all amenities we needed. Lovely and super friendly staff that helped us during the day and evening. Either take a Grab from the BTS/MRT station. Or for a shortcut, cut down the side of Lotus's and exit at the back out of the main car park gate. Turn left and you're pretty much there. So much quicker than following Google! If we visit the area again, we will stay.

Today Wednesday 31/12/2025, I received exceptional guest service from the receptionist working that day (called “Miho” if I got the name more or less right, apologies if u did not!) She was exceptionally helpful and welcoming to assist my query. She has been by far the most helpful and amazing staff from this Apartelle Jatujak Hotel. Amazing and distinctive thing about her is also her level of English speaking which is really perfect! Her guest service made my experience here most enjoyable and seamless!! 5+ star service!!

We would like to thank for the owner of this business for being attentive of the smallest detail and make the stay this comfortable for their guests. -The location is just so perfect, in a quiet street where Big C, Lotus and 7 Eleven is located. Walking distance you can do your groceries. Still Apartelle gives you the free shuttle back and forth service. - Two big malls are around the corner, less tourists, more local vibes which is absolutely great value if you don't want to see bunch of tourists around. - The 2nd floor of the hotel offers you a living room vibe setting that you can have your take aways in a cozy vibe, so you feel like home 💕. 24/7 open and the other side they offer you free noodles, tea, coffee and cookies for late time snacks. We absolutely loved this. - Rooms are clean, daily room service, bathrooms are wide so you're comfortable. - I'm shooting the most important note here, we stayed 2 weeks and guess what! No Roches around. This is probably our 5th visit to Bangkok and this was the only hotel we didn't see no Roches around. So a big thumbs up for this hotel. We will be back here again. I stayed at this hotel for 3 days and I was really happy with my choice. The hotel provides a free shuttle service to the MRT and the shopping mall, which made everything very convenient. The staff were amazing — very kind and helpful with everything I needed. Big thanks to them for their great service! For sure, next time I will stay at the same place again. Highly recommended!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Shuttle bus service from the hotel to the MRT!!!! Free Netflix!!!! Balcony in room!!! Cute koi fish!!!! Good service from the staff, nice decoration, and a very comfortable room with a 6-inch bed, good soundproofing, two hair dryers, and two wardrobes that was perfect! I was also surprised to find an iron and ironing board provided. The sofa in the common area is super soft, even softer than the bed, and made me want to sleep there! 😆 They also offer free snacks, instant noodles, and a coffee machine available anytime such a nice touch. They don’t provide breakfast, but that’s fine for me since I never wake up early anyway. I’d actually recommend travelers try local food in the morning instead of hotel breakfast.

Stayed at Executive modern room for 5 nights. Everything was great, staff were very friendly and helpful. Cleanliness wise can be improved though. Layout of the bathroom isn’t really user friendly. No shelf in the showers to put our toiletries. Water pressure was excellent though. Guests have 24 hrs access to the lounge at 2nd floor. You can always grab a coffee or snack, or do your work there. I think the hotel serves margarine croissants and small muffins during the weekends for breakfast. It’s complimentary. Very nice of them. There’s a laundry room inside the car park where you can do your laundry. There’s a free golf cart shuttle service to Tesco lotus and Union mall. You can walk to Central Ladprao shopping mall which is opposite Tesco lotus. There’s also a CJ minimart and mini Big C nearby.

Great Little hotel in a very good location, close to BTS Hayak Ladproa and MRT Phahonyothin. I normally stay in Sukhumvit area. I am delighted with their hospitality. The room is in good size although I travel on my own. I still have plenty of room to open my 2 big suitcases. There is a big fridge in the room and 2 big bottles provided free of charge, this is generous. The big balcony although there is no view to look at but this is useful to dry your clothes with the drying rack out there.The second floor have the kitchen, microwave. plates, spoons, forks, coffee, hot water, noodles cup and snacks provided 24 hours a day.|There is a golf cart to pick up and drop off to and from BTS or MRT station if you're not fancy walking. |There is a laundry service nearby,it's so convenient for long stay guests. |The receptionist, they are so sweet and polite. I stayed in many 4 or 5 star but I didn't receive such a warm welcome like this hotel.|I had a great stay and no doubt I am highly recommended this hotel.
