— there was no shampoo and only one towel. — the room is dead. It is clear that many people lived there. the chairs are worn, the furniture, the floor. — the sink is designed for children in size, actually. you have to bend down hard to wash your face, and when the water runs down to the floor, you have to wipe with toilet paper. also, the glass holder above the sink is broken. why is it there if its useless?🥲 — there are no stands for personal hygiene items in the shower stall. you have to put them on the faucet and hope they don't fall off. — there is also no minibar. there is no place to store food. — the receptionist seemed to have forgotten what it feels like to smile. besides, I checked in — a very pleasant-looking, charismatic guy. or was she holding back? once again, I was convinced that it is not worth saving on your comfort 🥹

Terrible, not recommended||Liked · The only one good point: the placement was good, near the Warsaw East station||Disliked · There was a rude woman at the reception who spoke angrily and impolitely during check-in. She didn't inform me where I could get the Wi-Fi password (I found it by myself in the morning), and during check-out, she didn't speak to me at all. I was exhausted and wanted to rest, but I felt really unsafe in the hotel and remained just as exhausted after check-out.|There was no refrigerator in the room. Although there was a kettle, its lid was broken, it didn't turn off automatically, and it was overheating. There was no mirror in the room and there was only one towel.|About the common bathroom:|No shampoo or shower gel was provided. The soap bottle had water inside it. Additionally, the common bathroom had the toilet and shower together in the same room, it's ok when a bathroom is inside the number, but not convenient when a bathroom is common.|In conclusion: I wouldn't pay much attention to all the mentioned downsides if I had been treated at least humanely in this hotel.

Room 5 is not recommended; it's right next to the streets, and the noise from passing cars is quite loud. The room lacked basic amenities like shampoo, body soap, and even a tissue box. The minimal offerings include just a bed and water for showering. No room slippers were provided, making it uncomfortable to walk around, and there was nowhere to place personal toiletries in the toilet. Additionally, only one towel per person was given, and there was no floor mat. The shower/toilet/handwash all in one was exceptionally small, measuring just 1 meter by 1 meter for everything, creating an inconvenient experience. The room felt empty and lacked thoughtful considerations for guests. Communication with the staff was challenging due to language barriers, but they were generally friendly. Booking a "double or twin room" didn't meet expectations for a place claiming to be 2-star; it's advisable to consider alternatives for a more satisfactory experience. The noisy environment, particularly from passing cars, made for a restless night, impacting the overall stay negatively. Consider choosing a different place for a more comfortable and restful evening.

Good room for its price . Very small sink, everything splashing around. Breakfast was a joke - the worst I’ve had so far. Neither there was someone at the reception to ask a refund for it. 18 euros waste.

Absolutely never again! 👎 This "hotel" was a nightmare for several reasons: 1. The hotel shares the same building with a pizzeria, and there's no clear indication that it's actually a hotel. There are no external signs, making it a challenge to find. 2. Forget about the luxury of a private toilet and bathroom in your room; instead, you get to enjoy a minuscule shared bathroom for all your needs. 3. Checking in before the seemingly arbitrary time of 3:00 p.m. is as impossible as receiving a warm welcome. They wouldn't even allow us to leave our luggage before this time. 4. The so-called "reception" is nothing more than a makeshift bar counter inside the pizzeria. 5. The receptionist doesn't understand English, making any communication nearly impossible. The lady only gave us one card for one room when we had booked two separate rooms. We had to prove her that we had reservations for two rooms. 6. Early check-out before 6:00 a.m. is not allowed, which is inconvenient for those with early departure plans. 7.The hotel's information on booking.com doesn't match reality. I don’t recommend this "hotel" at all. It doesn't even deserve 2 stars. It was the worst experience I've ever had.

I've had a pizza and a pasta dish here whilst staying for a week, both meals have been so so tasty, I would highly recommend for a midweek dinner out. It is quiet currently, but once you taste the food you won't care 😊

Comfortable bed, clean and spacious room. The bathroom is small but still functional. Electric kettle and teacups available in the room. Coat hanger and place to store clothes. 👌 I really like the decor! I also quite enjoyed breakfast: toast, jam, cheese and ham, basil, tea, coffee...simple and delightful. The receptionist was nice and effective.

Sorry, but never again! The entrance is totally unclear. It locates in the same building with a pizza restaurant, the same door, but NO any sign that this hostel located there. I've got crazy before I found it. And nobody cares. An old lady in that pizza rest told me, that she has no clue, where the ApartHostel is...although it was at the first floor there and she works there! It's insane Reservation time only from 15:00....it's horribly inconvenient! And you can't move in earlier. Check out is till 11:00...4 hours to prepare a room for new guests...too much. The behavior of administrators...just really weird. Rooms: no any shampoo or shower gel. No drink water. No AC. Broken mirror shelf. Bed experience. The only advantage is location - 10 min on foot from the Warsaw east station
