Aparthotel Adagio Basel City

Recently stayed at Adagio for 5 nights. Good location for exploring Basel and beyond. Staff were welcoming, friendly & helpful. Room was comfortable and useful having kitchenette. Recommmend this to others.

Couldn't ask for better. Centrally located and easy to walk to everything or grab local transport. Close to a good selection of bars and restaurants too. Room was very clean, comfy and quiet and makes for a great night stay. Also very good value. Would highly recommend.

We booked the non-refundable option for Adagio and unfortunately have gone through a very rough time with our family. I contacted them well ahead of time and shared what has happened. They showed zero compassion, would not even give us a partial refund, even though the booking is months away. Very disappointed, you would hope that a large business like this would show a bit of support in these situations.

Studio I had was big, close to the city center, beds are oke, kitchen is nice. What could be better, the temperature in the room is very hot. And you can only open 1 window, the other 2 are not possible to open. I had a idea there were some items missing in the kitchen equipment, also there was a coffee maker, but no coffee/thee etc. And the bad/showet is slippery and hard to get put. I m stil young but wouldnt suggest this kind of room for older people. I sure would come back if i stay in Basel again. There was a luggage room and you get the basel card for free transport.

Fantastic, compact, thoughtfully designed and run apartment hotel located centrally. We stayed 5 nights as a parent and two teens, the apartment had everything for a simple stay and was sensibly laid out with comfy beds and all the basics of a good quality. Clean, lovely staff both relaxed and efficient, perfect for self sufficient guests who want a base to explore the city. The "library" of free-to-borrow items is a nice touch, surrounding area is clean and safe. Very pleased with the warm welcome and peaceful but central feel.

The staff hotel was very friendly and the hotel was perfectly located. However, I could hear my neighbour too easily during the night, waking me up often. The sleep was then not good.

Great option for families on a budget. Apartments are clean and spacious, and with a balcony with city views if you're interested. Basel as a location was beautiful, particularly the old town. We really felt welcome.

My Friends from America booked this hotel and I visit them everytime the rooms is perfect for Family and has also a kitchen I think the price is ✅️ right and also it is accessible for trams and bus , supermarket, restaurants and in near in the City
