Aparthotel BCL Levante Lux

Really lovely aparthotel. Very central, everything nearby that you need. Rooms very clean and spacious. We have a 2 bed apartment & the kitchen looks new. Great views of the sea. The pool is a nice quiet area with a bar within the reception too. Staff are very friendly. Would highly recommend staying here if you want the self catering option. Although we didn't cook, as so much choice locally locally & in the Old Town.

Came as a family with a 15 year old. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Helped us with taxis, local buses and excursions they had to offer. We didn’t experience any rude staff, though we did get a call to our room asking us to take our towels off the balcony!!! |The apartment was on the 5th floor with a pool view. Couldn’t fault it. Spacious & clean. Location great if you wanna walk into the main town - a 5 minute walk. Having said that we much preferred the old town as it was less chaotic & a little more relaxed. |15 minute walk to the Benidorm Palace - a must if you’re visiting Benidorm. Also the boat trip to Benidorm island is great fun. |Local buses are the cheapest way to get around. One set price regardless of how far you go.

We stayed for two weeks. I am lactose intolerant so I like to be able to cook my own dinner every now and again to minimize risk. The kitchen was very well equiped.|Unide supermarket is just around the corner. |We had an appartement on the 9th floormanager which meant We had sunlight on pur balcony from about 1400 until sunset.|The bed became a bit problematic for me (boxspring without topper so we took the matras from the foldable bed and used that as a topper. Co pletely solved the problem.|Towels were changed twice a week together with a quick swiffer of the appartement. Not quote dustfree but if you are a critic like I am than my advice would be to just sweep the appartement yourself every day.|Bed linnen is changed once a week.||The appartement was great for what we wanted to do. Benidorm itself is a party resort filled with partypeople from mainly the UK. Do not be surprised by how loud they get and how many of m do not know how to hold their drinks. |We slept through the night regardles but the halls are not built to be soundproof for this kind of partying. So don't expect that and just bring good earplugs.||We do not drink or enjoy that kind of party and we still had a very good stay in the appartement. We read books and were out at least half the day. The other hours we spend reading books in the sun on our balcony since the pool had loud party people and the water was too cold for a dive anyway (April). So if you do not like rowdy, loud party people you can still enjoy the sun and have a good time on your own balcony.||The staff is really nice and everything is close by the appartement. We loved our stay.

We stayed as four guys (2 apartments). Apartments were spotless, with everything needed for self catering although we ate out every day. Would definitely recommend if going self catering. Location excellent. Up a slight hill but within easy 5 minutes walk to the strip but far enough away not to be disturbed by any noise.

We had a week's break here, what a lovely place . The apartment was very clean , it had plenty of towels , bathroom shower products and bed linen was changed once during the week.|There were 4 saucepans , 2 frying pans , utensils and crockery to accommodate 4 guests. Also a washing up kit was supplied ( sponge, scourer, liquid, black bin liner and towel) |There were plenty of hangers and storage space, the sofa and bed were both comfortable and the TV had around 7 English channels. |There is a supermarket near the apartment, so that was a bonus ( found out there's a massive Lidl being built , 5 mins around the corner )|Staff were polite and always said hola whenever you met them. |Plenty of loungers free around the pool and the balcony gets the evening sun from around 4.45 til 7 ish . Great value and I highly recommend a stay here.

Here for a week with my husband, son and his girlfriend. Lovely hotel, staff very friendly, rooms are clean, tidy and spacious. Five minutes walk to the beach, plenty of bars and restaurants close by. Pool area really nice, no rushing for sunbeds. Great place to stay, we would definitely return.

Lovely spacious apartment, very clean, lovely friendly staff. Good location, very quiet but short walk to bars, sea front and strip. Would definitely stay there again. The only negative was the shower kept changing from hot to cold but that wouldn’t put us off staying again.

Very nice,clean,modern.spacious hotel. ||Stopped in a 2 bed apartment room. Room was spacious and modern. The bathroom had a large walk in shower. Beds were comfortable also. €100 deposit for the room to be paid at arrival. ||Pool area was clean and inviting. You must only drink drinks that are purchased from the hotel at the pool area. ||Staff were friendly and chatty. ||Only negatives if any is the location is slightly up a bank and 5-10 minutes walk from main centre. Which i guess would be slightly annoying if staying for any longer than a week.
