Aparthotel BCL Levante Lux

We’re on the last day of our holiday, and these apartments have been fantastic. They’re spacious, spotless, and it seems every balcony enjoys a pool view. What we loved most is that it’s a smaller complex with only 56 rooms, so it never feels overcrowded.||The pool area is lovely, with plenty of sunbeds available every day. All of the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A special mention to Andrea (I hope I’ve got her name right), the lovely receptionist who went above and beyond—helping us book attractions and taxis, recommending excellent restaurants, and always greeting us with a smile.||The apartments are set uphill from the beach and main strip, which we thought might be a challenge for my mum. However, the staff were brilliant in helping her arrange a mobility scooter, which made it so easy for her to get around.||As a family, we couldn’t have asked for more—we were delighted with the apartment, the complex, and the wonderful staff. We’d happily return and will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Upon arrival to the complex we were greeted by Andrea |Outstanding welcome and service from her from start to finish This girl deserves recognition or a pay rise ! |Check in was quick and easy. Apartment was immaculate and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Spacious rooms and lounge area along with a very large balcony. |Location wise they were great not too close to the noise etc. but walking distance to pubs bars and eateries. About 10 more mins gets you to the strip/beach. |I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. |The bar prices were reasonable and had snack options daily. The pool was very clean and plenty of sunbeds even in the afternoon.

Had a really lovely holiday, clean and spacious rooms with everything you need. Double bed was a little hard but still managed to sleep. Did notice a couple of groups of boys. They were above us and were loud at times but we was on holiday. Pool was spotless. Lovely staff. Close to beach . Would defo stay again . Also air con worked perfectly and controlled via our room .

Great hotel, very clean rooms, nice sized balcony with table and chairs. Pool area clean and plenty of sunbeds. Staff friendly and attentive. It was my partners 50th Birthday while we were there and on the day someone from the hotel turned up with a bottle of prosecco and chocolates for him which was a lovely touch. |Drinks were very reasonably priced €7 for a cocktail which was almost a pint and around €3 for a lager. The snack bar was good and again reasonably priced only downside was the snack bar was only available Thursday to Sunday. Would definitely recommend and return

We had a scare before flying out however the hotel were prompt in their communication and putting us at ease with the air con.||Myself and the family travelled out and we had no complaints about the hotel or the area. Close enough to every amenity, far enough away from all of the clubs also so no noise complaints.||The pool was the perfect size with every family member enjoying daily. Pleased to see the hotel staff enforcing no towel rule to reserve sunbeds. ||Staff very good.||Would come back to the hotel again.

We have just stayed here for a week and really enjoyed our stay. Apartments are very modern and well equipped. Free WiFi is brilliant even reaching really well to us on the 13th floor (hotel has 14 floors altogether). Quite a few English channels on the TV (bbc 1 and 2, some kids and some film channels) the pool area is lovely, spotless everywhere you go. The staff are brilliant and the drinks and food are really good from the bar, great prices too! I’d definitely return. Oh and air con in full working order no issues at all had a fab stay. Location is great a short walk from the beach, around 20-30 min walk to the old town or 5-10 mins in a taxi roughly €7-8 in a taxi x

Not long back from a holiday with my youngest son.|The Lux is in a great location,plenty of bars,shops etc nearby and only a short walk to the beach.|Two bed apartment was spacious,comfortable and a good sized balcony and we were very happy with that.|Staff always on hand,Andrea at the bar was very friendly.|The holiday was great on the whole,the only downside was some,not all, large groups of lad's who seemed it was ok to shout and scream at all hours on certain days. They just didnt care about the other guests. Cant blame the Lux for the guests behaviour but perhaps a stricter attitude to warning them when they check in could help. Some days it was impossible to relax by the pool.|That said,cant fault the quality of the apartment and would return.|Gracias!

Great hotel. Staff are very friendly and perfectly situated in the main town. Only thing that prevented this from being a 5 star was: 1 - The shower has been badly installed meaning the water actually flows onto bathroom floor. We had to ram spare towels just to keep it from flowing. 2 - Towels and general cleaning of rooms didn't happen for the 4 days we were there. So all the towels we used for above were never replenished. Had to use the same towel.
