I stayed at the Costa Encantada with my husband and 2 boys, aged 7 and 3, from 1st June 2024.|This is a brilliant family hotel.||We were in block C on the fifth floor. We were originally placed on the ground floor but asked to be moved, and they did this without hesitation.||The rooms are standard of what you get in most Spanish hotels. Comfortable and beautifully clean with ample storage.||We stayed on an all-inclusive basis and were very pleased. The food was good, we always found something for everyone to eat. The drinks were good. Beer and wine were great.|The children used the snack bar a lot and always found something to eat.||The pool is great. The kids loved the splash park. It is very safe with diligent life guards on hand.||The hotel feels very safe with security always about||We used the kids' club once, and the kids enjoyed it.||Evening entertainment starts a little late, but we really enjoyed it when we could keep the kids awake.||Staff are all friendly from reception, to dining, to bars, to the cleaning crew. All friendly and polite.||Location wise, we didn't go out loads as the kids were enjoying the pool too much.|Fenals Beach is a short walk away.|The beach is very fine stones so those little rubber shoes would have helped. The sea does drop steeply, and it goes deep, so be careful with little ones.||Lloret De Mar town is walkable, but with little legs, we took a taxi, and this cost about £8 each way. Highly recommend a trip to Lloret. It is beautiful.|I highly recommend this hotel for families||

We had a brilliant stay at this hotel. We stayed for 7 nights as a family of 5. We had a room overlooking the water park pool on the 3rd floor. We couldn’t fault the room one bit, Cleaned every single day, new towels every day too. ||The pool areas were very clean and tidy and plenty of sun beds for everyone. The pool bar also well stocked and had a buffet style area also if you went all inclusive. ||The restaurant had a food for everyone, from the very basic of eaters to the none fussy. We all have different food interests and we didn’t have a problem once. ||Children’s entertainment was a bit slip pickings. The have an evening disco thing from 6-7 for kids the next entertainment isn’t until 8:30/9. Not a great deal happening in the day either they do a pool aerobics for 20/30 mins around 12 then not much the rest of the day. ||They do have a kids club where the kids can go inside and draw, play etc if wanted. ||Overall the hotel gave us everything we needed and wanted. I gave a 4/5 rating because the kids entertainment could be better. The rest I could t really fault. ||We did have a couple of days of rain so the indoor pool definitely helped break the day up for the kids.

Firstly, we found all the staff friendly and approachable, the reception team were fantastic and the hotel should be proud of them. We arrived late after 10pm but they had prepared some food in restaurant for us. We went all inclusive and found plenty of choice at meal times, my daughter (8) loved the freedom to choose her food. Both our kids (8&3) loved the kids clubs and went daily the staff were fantastic with plenty for the kids to do. Room clean and tidy (cleaners visited daily) The pool bar food was adequate nothing to special and kids enjoyed it.|Yes at times had wait short time at bar but more often that not visited bar just 1/2 ahead of you ! Small park for kids to use was good for evenings ! Would have liked to have had music around pool area more, maybe and some daytime activities around pool- apart from water aerobics once day and the kids club talent show my daughter loved that not a great deal around the pool during the day. Never had issue with getting sunbed around pool maybe because it’s June ? Overall very good holiday kids had a great time. |Staff 10/10 |Clean tidy hotel 10/10 |Food plenty of choice (loved breakfast the most) 8/10|Pool areas were great, kept kids happy all week- well looked after and had life guards throughout the day too daughter loved the slides 10/10|Easy walk to nearest beach(15 mins with a 3&8 year old or £10 euros taxi to Lloret De Mar (market was nice on Tuesday) reception booked taxis with no issues and provided map to area as well. |Tv channel 1 gives you the guide of what’s on each day for kids and evening entertainment.

Just (today!) back from a week's stay at the Encantada, and thoroughly enjoyed it!||The hotel; clean throughout, each floor/room easily accessible via stairs or lifts, restaurant and bar both a good-size and, again, clean...||The rooms; the room we had was a good-size, clean throughout, plenty of space, plenty of wardrobe/storage for us (2A, 1C), balcony with view over the pool and towards the town, sea/distance. ||The food; when we arrived, someone who had been there warned us "the food is poor" and they'd eaten out for 3 nights of their stay. Well, we found it quite the opposite. Good choice and variation, and our three year old child ate every single evening without fuss. Breakfast or tea, we all filled plates of good food that we demolished! Absolutely zero complaints about any of the food. ||The pools; good sized pools, kids pool has a choice of small, medium and large slides. Other pools are used for general swimming or pool games such as water volleyball or polo. Be warned, even in the sun, they're cold! ||Location; good location, out away from the main rowdy stretch, but close enough to walk to the town centre (15 mins tops), the beach (10 mins). Plenty of stores, shops, restaurants, cafes, beach huts with ice creams all in a short walking distance. ||The beach; the main beach you get to in Lloret is a stoney/shingly beach, though is spotlessly clean and well worth a visit. Don't get mixed up with the nearby naturist beach mind! There are nearby walks along the promenade and up around both hillsides and castle - well worth a look up, but be prepared for the steps up and down! ||Overall, we loved our holiday - albeit it fell on a week of freakish weather and had two days of rain. Didn't put us off though, still got out and about and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Would definitely go back again!||The Davis Family.

I could find literally nothing to complain about with this hotel. No problems at all. OK the rooms we re cheep n cheerful and the self service bit looked 1970's but there were no problems (we didnt need to use it)||Staff were all very friendly. Breakfast was very good for us B&B'ers||You are actually only about 10 mins walk from Fennals beach which is quieter than LDM but and good range of stuff to do on the water.||Take the coastal path over the top of the cliff which is really nice and make sure you stop in the cliff bar about half way then down into LDM. Prob 30 mins walk. Really enjoyable.||Then back for a swim in the hotel pool.||Would use this hotel 100% again.

Pros…. Room 503 was fantastic. Children’s pirate slides are fantastic. Plenty of parking which is secure. Free EV charging BUT bring your own cables & converter for Spanish plug socket. Staff are great and very helpful especially the Scottish lady on reception who is a credit to the hotel. Cons…. Food choice is terrible for all meals but especially dinner, thankfully a burger king next door so if we stay again I will just do bed and breakfast and not eat in the hotel

One of the best 4 star hotels we has a family has stayed In. The rooms were very clean, Along with the foyer. The restaurant provided a good choice with show cooking, the food Was not repetitive, which is normally the case for All Inclusive, if you take that option. Show cooking was provided each day. 10 people in our party including 2 x 9 year old and two teenagers. The outdoor pool was expansive with water slides. Fun for all the kids. At times you had to queue for the pool bar depending on the time of day. It is set in a quiet area of Lloret with limited shops and bars, however you have the option Of visiting Lloret de Mar about 20 minutes away. We did not view the entertainment. Would recommend the hotel. Regards H

Just returned home from a fantastic stay at Costa Encantada. We were a large booking of 17 incl 6 children. This hotel is one of the very best. We stayed all inclusive and it was superb. All of the staff were very friendly. Would definitely like to return in the future. Some highlights of the trip incl comfortable beds and spacious rooms with a small kitchen and fridge. Very little sound on an evening when trying to sleep which was such a bonus! Staff happy to hear my limited Spanish. Beautiful walk to the beach and around the cliff edge to the town. Food was great with good selection. Kids club was a nice bonus for a nice child free hour or two. Overall would be happy to return. Gracias Costa Encantada.
