Aparthotel Fotinov - Burgas

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location is perfect – very close to the main promenade and the sea. The rooms are clean, have air conditioning, and come with a balcony, which was a nice bonus. Each room is equipped with a kettle, and on the floor there is an ironing board available for guests. Breakfasts were sufficient and tasty. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. Our room was cleaned every day, which made the stay even more comfortable. I definitely recommend this place!

My trip to Burgas was work related and I stayed here, on the top floor, for a week. I was embraced by the hospitality and immediately felt like visiting old friends. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and it had all the necessary amenities. The location could not have been better, right next to everything essential in Burgas. Definitely will stay here again.

Location, location, location... The service is excellent. The rooms are tastefully decorated, the bed and pillows are super comfy. The coffee is delicious. Overall, this establishment is a fabulous value in all respect and a true gem. I actually had made another reservation to stay again for one week this time. You will not regret your decision to stay here. You will be quite pleased. The owner is wonderful as well as the amasing staff. There are also rooms with lovely balconies that also overlook the square and is most pleasing to sit out and enjoy one's self.

Fotinov guesthouse is a small, 4-story building with 3 average-sized rooms on each floor, no elevator. The guesthouse is located right in the center of the city, just steps away from the main pedestrian streets and about 10-15 minutes stroll to the beach. There is parking available for the guests at the nearby hotel Fors, which is located a block away, so a short walk is required. The breakfast is also served there. Nearby are so many different places to eat and get coffee so the lack of restaurant is not an issue at all. ||||Rooms are cleaned daily. Most of the rooms have access to a small balcony with couple of chairs to sit and enjoy the summer mornings or evenings. The linens are clean and the towels are replaced often. Each room has a separate air conditioner.||||The staff is very friendly and accommodating and they will help if there is an issue.|| ||The street noise level is fine, especially if you are facing south or southwest. Not sure about the east side which is right above the street. Of course, there are the seagulls and other birds that create a unique morning sound picture but this is one of the charms of the city of Burgas. ||||The hotel offers free WiFi (you have to ask the receptionist for the password) and a small fridge and TV in each room. There is also a fridge in the lobby where you can buy a soft drink.

To visitors of Bourgas, ||I found myself at the Guest House Fotinov purely by chance. I spent four nights there and can highly recommend it. The rooms are clean and bright with good ventilation. The bathrooms are fresh and clean. The location is fantastic, just off the main pedestrian street which leads to the sea garden and has many cafes and restaurants. But mostly I was impressed with the staff, they were genuinely interested in making my stay comfortable, offering advice and directions on things to see and do in the city. I found them all to be very sincere and helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommended

I really enjoyed my stay in this little hotel. My room was on the top floor with a beautiful view to the main pedestrian street. Everything was walkable restaurants shops and beach! Staff members were so friendly and helpful. One morning somebody knocked my door: I was brought strawberries. You have to dry the bathroom with a spatula because there is not a curtain for a shower but the floor gets dry very quickly. There is no lift.

We booked the family rooms on the top floor for 3 of us. The rooms were fantastic and the balconies were an added bonus. Comfy beds, good facilities and felt secure/safe there. Staff friendly (FYI: the night staff didn't speak English) and had a pleasant stay. ||Snacks and hot drinks provided in the morning, but there wasn't milk for tea/coffee and the 'snacks' were just gingerbread biscuits, so don't count on eating breakfast there.

This little hotel is very centrally located with great balconies. Ask the penthouse if you do not need a lift. Staff was really helpful and they knew enough English for my needs. Fridge and coffee=tea facilities were available in the room.
