Aparthotel Goldey

What I can say about this apartment. The location is fantastic. The technology used to do check-in and out through application is fascinating. The staff is so friendly and the room is spacious and modern. The nessasry items and groceries are available in the lobby and also the coffee machine. The parking is available with fee. I will repeat the visit again.

The most beautiful place I have stayed many times in Switzerland, but unfortunately they no longer have breakfast And the room service workers were a tall man and a short woman. They entered to the apartment very early in the morning without any permission from us. We did not ask for any cleaning or changing of towels and we were sleeping. Luckily I was awake and did not let them enter inside. The situation was strange and scary, but this behavior is not good. Entering the hotel guests without permission while we are sleeping!!

Good base if staying at Interlaken, just away from centre of town so it's quite peaceful and right by the lovely river. Breakfast options are limited and being served a whole plate of ham/cheese could lead to food waste. Mountain views from breakfast room are stunning! Rooms a little dated but comfy enough.

We had a wonderful stay at Aparthotel Goldey. It was an excellent home base for us. Just a short walk from the center of town and the train station; we loved the walk to and from every morning and evening. Our suite was well-appointed and had a lovely view of the river. We loved sitting on the patio and watching the paragliders every morning. Front desk service ends at 7pm, but was very friendly and helpful. Having laundry facilities available was fantastic. The owner is lovely and told us of her plans for a complete renovation in the near future and we wish her every success.

It is located near the lake and the view is sooo beautiful plus with complete cooking utensils. staffs are so nice and accommodating.. They will do renovations to accommodate people's demand... But for me, we don't need aircons but fresh air :)

We stayed here recenyfor 3 nights and had quite a good experience. The owners are very warm and welcoming. They are always available to help via Whatsapp which is great if you are a tourist in the area! And of course, the views of the Jungfrau from the apartment was breathtaking and picturesque that we didn't even try going to top of Europe!! Few things to be aware of (not show stoppers): - these are basically like airbnb's with full breakfast available at a price - we have to clean the kitchen, run the dishwasher, throw the trash, etc (plus be charged for a cleaning fee like Airbnb) - there is no central air circulation unless we keep the windows open (occasional moths may fly in for the lights but no mosquitoes thankfully). The apartments do come with table/ pedestal fans in each room - so that was super useful end of May. Even at 64/65 F outside ,the apartment was very warm/ hot. - same goes for the bathroom. No exhaust either - while TV's are available in every room, the cable connection is not consistent. I took away 1 star because the previous occupant in our apartment had apparently flooded the bathroom but we were stuck with wet carpet at the entrance to one of the bathrooms - when we raised this to the owner, the cleaners just put towels on the wet area - this was inconvenient and not to mention lack of air circulation and damp towels don't make the best combination. Since we weren't given a clean apartment, I would have expected them to not charge us the cleaning fee when we left but no such accomodation/ offer was made. Also when the cleaners came in to look at the wet area, they knocked but didn't wait for us to open the door - they just used their master key and walked in. I found this a bit odd but maybe that's how it is in Switzerland. The prices were comparable to a high-end hotel but the service/ offering was like an Airbnb.

Easily one of the best apartments I ever stayed in. I arrived late but the instruction to check in was easy enough to follow with needing to contact anybody. The apartment was clean and well prepared for arrival with everything you need. Everything in the kitchen was sparkling clean and there's a fridge with mini freezer inside. There's also a dishwasher available to use. The view is the killer: get a room with the river view you will be staring at the Jungfra mountains and you may also watch the sun rise behind it. Laundry room is located at the ground floor and is free to use with laundry pod provided for free. There are two washing machines and two dryers. Parking is free with about 20 spaces. Interlaken West station is about 20 mins walk and Interlaken OST is a bit further but still walkable. Interlaken is a completely walkable town and you can easily walk around it from the apartment, the stroll along the riverside behind the apartment is unbeatable.

We stay here on May, highly recommended place to stay in Interlaken. Worth of value, great hospitality, Well manage, 👍👍 Goldey-Team. Close to center and Interlaken West train station. Awesome river view. Free laundry. Complete kitchen set.
