Lovely place, basic apartment but really clean and comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay. The best thing about this place is the helpful caring happy and friendly staff. Sooo nice and nothing too much trouble. Perfect

Lovely spacious apartments lovely and clean and the balcony’s were spacious and lovely to site out on overlook the beach. Only a 10 min walk to the old town and 10 mins to the new town. Staff were very helpful and always smiling and cheerful. Would deffo go back

Can't fault this place at all. Helpful staff, great outside space, spacious rooms and spotlessly clean. The location is ideal for not having to climb hilly streets.

Was going to give 3 stars but downgraded to 2 due to the lack of service provided on our last full day. More of which later. The rooms are of a good size for an Aparthotel, with the balcony being a generous size spanning the full width of the bedroom and living area. The hotel is in a great location for access to both the Old Town and the newer livelier area. We booked the bed and breakfast option but we found the whole concept of breakfast a bit strange. One our first day, in the afternoon we asked a member of staff when breakfast would be in the morning, to which the reply was "9am, I think". We thought this a bit strange, so just to make sure we called reception in the morning asking what time breakfast finished just so we wouldn't miss it. Again we were told 9am, so we decided to get there for 8.30 but when we arrived we were told breakfast is at 9am; that being the only time! We were the only ones having breakfast, and were expecting a buffet style with choices of different foods. However, this was not the case; breakfast consisted of a cup of coffee or tea, one glass of orange, a toasted baguette with ham and cheese and a croissant. Obviously this became repetitive after a few days, so the bed and breakfast option is probably not the way to go. However, a special mention must go to Angela, the member of staff who provided breakfast for 3 or 4 days. She was very friendly, very professional and tried her best to make the breakfast as enjoyable as possible by providing something slightly different. Angela is a real credit to the hotel. As mentioned at the beginning of the review our worst experience of breakfast came on our last full day of our 11 day stay. We arrived for breakfast at 9am, as per all the previous days only to be told by the receptionist that breakfast was at 9:30am! We advised we've had breakfast at 9am all the previous days, only to be told abruptly again that it was 9:30. There was no apology and you could almost see the delight on her face as she told us there was nothing that could be done as the person making breakfast didn't arrive until 9;30. So unprofessional and she was so unhelpful. We asked her name and she wrote it down on a piece of paper, but it was ineligible! Another small point regarding service was my partner bought a pint of beer only to notice the glass was dirty, with lipstick marks. The glass was returned to the barman, who got a new glass but proceeded to pour the drink from the dirty glass into the new clean glass! Why a new drink wasn't poured I don't know. My partner just walked away without a drink. We also hired a car whilst we were there with the hotel charging Euros 10 per night to park in their underground car park. This is something you should be aware. Overall a comfortable and enjoyable stay was ruined by a couple of incidents which really should not happen

If your after cheap n cheerful this place is ideal, stags n hens especially an ideal spot. Close to strip and old town plenty eating spots around with supermarkets. Not somewhere I'd take kids as just a small pool n not much there but just booked to go back with partner next year as went with 2 friends this year and was more then happy with it. Was only on 3rd floor but decentbenough view for us.

We spent our holiday in this hotel from 21st December 2022 till 1st January 2023. The hotel was comfortable and clean and staff were friendly. Hotel is located in the best possible location in the old town so we were able to visit and access anywhere easily and by a short walking distance. Our room on level 16 had a wonderful view. After checking out we were thinking to find a negative point about the hotel, but we didn’t find any. We wish to thank Juan and say we wont forget your amazing coffees. Special thanks also to Angela and Cristina not only for their exceptional customer care skills as hotel receptionist, but also for all their kind advises regarding the local culture and tourist attractions. These staff are a credit for the hotel and we wish them having a year full of happiness and health in 2023. This hotel is highly recommended.

Cleaned at least 3 times a week fresh towels when cleaned bedding on request. Staff really pleasant and friendly, bar area pool area and reception always clean and pleasant. Stayed for 2 months 7th Jan until 4th of March back next year tells its own story. Would recommend to anyone lovely location lovely hotel. Regards to all staff look forward to seeing you next year.
