Where to start, on arrival only one reception staff that I found quite abrupt but she did have a group of 14 to check in on her own. There seems to be a lack of staff so you can wait a while to be served at the bar if they are making food due to being understaffed. The pool area was kept fairly clean, the pool was cleaned on 2 of the days we was there but does look a weird colour not very inviting. The rooms well mine at least was appalling, floors dirty, beds uncomfortable and the worst part of our stay was cockroaches running about our apartment. We had barely any sleep as you can hear them in the walls too (we did actually see one coming out of a crack in the wall in the living room door frame) we informed the lady on reception and was told she would get maintenance to take a look, this wasn’t done to my knowledge or at least when we was in the room, I again on check out told the lady on reception how dreadful our stay had been and was again told maintenance will look into the cockroaches. I think they are already very aware of cockroaches being an issue, staff are very rude at this hotel especially if you complain. I do not recommend this hotel and would say AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!
