Aparthotel La Era Park

Very nice hotel! Staff are lovely and very attentive. Shout out to Cristina on reception, always welcoming and happy to help! The pool and the bar next to the pool are nice and the sun was on the pool all day. The room was newly refurbished and most have lovely sea views.

Great friendly staff. Lovely breakfast. Rooms huge, understated balcony. Would return with no issues. Pool front and back brilliant.

Absolutely fantastic. I heard it was 2 star. No way. It is a 5 star all day long. The apartments have everything you need. Beds, storage, kitchen with microwave, pots and pans and living room. It's better than my own place. The bar staff and reception was very helpful. Amstel beer is only 3 euro so cannot complain. I went for a stag do but would go again in the future. Highly recommended.

Went for a hen do and this place was perfect!!!! Rooms decent (hardly in them anyway) Pools perfect .... the small pool nice and chilled Drinks and food there really cheap and actually really nice for the price! Staff were lovely!!!! Perfect for a hen/stag do

Where to start, on arrival only one reception staff that I found quite abrupt but she did have a group of 14 to check in on her own. There seems to be a lack of staff so you can wait a while to be served at the bar if they are making food due to being understaffed. The pool area was kept fairly clean, the pool was cleaned on 2 of the days we was there but does look a weird colour not very inviting. The rooms well mine at least was appalling, floors dirty, beds uncomfortable and the worst part of our stay was cockroaches running about our apartment. We had barely any sleep as you can hear them in the walls too (we did actually see one coming out of a crack in the wall in the living room door frame) we informed the lady on reception and was told she would get maintenance to take a look, this wasn’t done to my knowledge or at least when we was in the room, I again on check out told the lady on reception how dreadful our stay had been and was again told maintenance will look into the cockroaches. I think they are already very aware of cockroaches being an issue, staff are very rude at this hotel especially if you complain. I do not recommend this hotel and would say AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Worst hotel ever Unless you like to have no sleep this hotel is for you. So noisy unbelievable, no consideration for other guests. Full of young men who like to hear their own voice. Would not recommend this place at all. Doors slamming, walls so thin, heard every conversation either side. Definitely needs a refurbishment so dated. No house keeping Pool filthy Cockeroachs in shower Freezing at night Avoid you have been warned

Considering the cost it was better than expected as its a stag n hen place .. rooms clean, tidy areas and staff great . Pool area great and easy to access .. I suppose it depends on other groups how you enjoy your time. Would go back

Stopped here in February as part of a stag do, Got what you paid for, nothing special but the hotel/rooms themselves were clean, pool area at the time looked like it had been left to go a funny colour, wether it's a seasonal thing am not sure, but wasn't intended to use it at that time of year, one thing I can say is that the views are really good looking over the sea front, easy walk down hill to the main strip, but a long hill walk back up (especially after a night out a few beers down) would recommend to get something comfy on your feet, the reception and bar staff were very friendly tho couldn't take anything away from that, would happily return with a group of friends but not the best hotel for family stay.
