Hotel clean and in good location. However the hotel prioritised a conference over us paying guests. Bar shut during our stay, one of the reasons we booked this hotel. Breakfast squeezed into restaurant, not enough seating and no room to get food, queued for ages. No seats in reception even, all pushed out of way, so with 7 of us nowhere to meet.

Decent and clean , staff helpful , with nice breakfast. Bonus with a nice restaurant attached with a 10%discount. |Rooms are a bit basic but gave us what we needed. |Good location with trams outside and 5 minutes away from train station which goes to airport.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. The room was nice and spacious. But we had found everyday some kind of bug (I don’t know the name of the bug) on the floor mostly in the bathroom. The staff were nice and breakfast was good. The place were the breakfast were little crowed so was little uncomfortable to not have a place to sit right away but needed to wait. Wellness was basic but sufficient. But the steam sauna wasn’t good - the floor was cold, the water standing all over the floor and it was not very hot there (I was in much better steam saunas), this one was not good at all. And in the showers it stinks unbearable. Probably not enough maintenance going on there.

Have just returned from a lovely 4 night stay with family at this hotel. The location was great - only five to ten minutes walk from the Jewish Quarter which is packed with cafes, restaurants, and bars, and ten minutes by tram to the Old Town. There's a tram stop right by the hotel. ||The rooms were spacious, clean and comfy, and the hotel offers an excellent self-service breakfast with extensive continental and cooked options. ||The reception staff were all very friendly and helpful, with particular praise to Weronika who helped me book a trip to the Wieliczka Salt Mine (a must-see when you're in Krakow), showed me how to use the local tram booking app, and answered lots of other questions too. She was great. ||My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Lwowksa 1 and have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone thinking of visiting Krakow.

Stayed 3 nights here.. I little out of the way in terms of the main square but you get to experience the ghetto and the Jewish quarter where there are some nice eateries and bars… there is a tram stop directly opposite the hotel, although we just used bolt or walked… the last night of our stay we went to the bar at 9:30 and was told the bar was closed and if we wanted to have drinks we was to take them to our rooms which was awkward. This made us feel not welcome. We appreciate that you close at 10pm and respect that but there was still food coming out of the kitchen whilst we was there… We ended up ordering the drinks and going back to our room, other than that a pleasant stay. Breakfast was OK with plenty of options mostly continental style.

Excellent hotel for the price. Short walking distance to the lovely city square, castle and old town. Even closer to trains for getting around. A very solid choice for anyone visiting Krakow.

Location is perfect. Perfect is also friendly staff. Regular cleaning, nice design - but one star down for very terrible gym. On booking it seems like hotel has a nice gym, but thats not true. Traffic is loud
