For us, the best hotel in the city and we've stayed in krakow 25+ times. Location is excellent, just buy a tram pass and you're in the square within 15 minutes and Jewish area in 10 minutes. Spa is great and breakfast is excellent

Just back from a 3 night stay and could not recommend this hotel enough. Room was beautiful and reception staff so helpful and nice. They gave us a packed lunch for our Auschwitz visit which was really nice of them. Beautiful area and only a 15 min walk up the main square over the bridge, would definitely return.

This hotel is one of the cleanest we've stayed in. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. Our apartment is spacious and comfortable with lovely clean crisp white sheets and towels. House keeping is done daily and there is a well stocked up fridge should you want a drink. (small charge applies)

We had a pleasant stay at Lwowska 1. The highlight was definitely the breakfast – great variety and something for every taste.. The location is another big plus: a great starting point for trips around the city, with the old town within walking distance and the train station just 300 meters away. Overall, a solid choice for a comfortable stay in Krakow!

As a family of 4 we stayed in room 126, which is an apartment-style room. It was huge; 2 very large rooms, 2 toilets, 1 bathroom, a large seating/dining area, and a kitchenette with fridge and dishwasher, and decent air-con too. I booked through Booking.com, and the hotel have been in constant touch by messenger since booking, making sure that we have everything we need for our trip including our airport transfers, and organising our guided tours around Krakow (including a trip to Auschwitz)|On our arrival the check-in staff were very efficient and friendly, and took time to explain all the Hotel’s facilities and opening times. Breakfast here is definitely worth having. There were far too many things to list, and the menu had different items every day, but there is definitely something for everyone (including our fussy 8yo), and lots of it. The hotel is very clean, our room was serviced daily, all the communal areas and breakfast restaurant were spotless too.|Things I would say are worth knowing: the hotel isn’t in the centre, it’s roughly a half hour walk in to the old town; there aren’t that many places to eat around the hotel, although I would recommend the excellent restaurant that’s within the hotel; there is a tram-stop outside Lwowska1, which is really handy for getting cheaply into the city centre, but the trams do run very late, and early (if you’re a light sleeper); there are lots of little convenience stores in and around the area which are great for cheap drinks and snacks.|Overall, we had a great time in Krakow, with some great weather, good food, good times, and Lwowska1 made our trip easier, and more enjoyable.

A beautiful small hotel not far from the center with an excellent interior and spacious rooms. The breakfast was plentiful and everything was fresh every morning. The hotel service was good, although we had a small problem with booking and payment, but we managed to solve it in the end.

This hotel needs some interior designers. From pics seems so very nice place, but in reality is missing so much quality material of everything there. Breakfast truly everage, everyday the same and quality not so fresh.. from sweets only croissant?.. I would say that they have 2-3 stars.. isn't hotel with 4.. But the hotel workers are nice a helpful. Will I come back to this hotel? Surely not.

Overall I loved my stay at the hotel, the bed was nice, the staff where friendly, the breakfast was delicious, location was good and the room was nice. However, the only thing I would complain about was that the carpet had quite a few stains, although I don’t believe they are biological it was still a bit gross.
