Apartment-Hotel M120

I stayed here for a couple of weeks and enjoyed the modern architecture of the hotel, while still offering "Bavarian coziness". The rooms have a small balcony to enjoy the sun, and the nearby Gasthof offers breakfast and dinner almost next door. ||what made the stay special was the friendliness of the owner, letting me borrow a bicycle whenever I needed, or keeping luggage over the weekend so I didn't have to schlepp it back & forth. ||While Unterfoehring is quiet at night, a city bus links the hotel every 10 min with the U Bahn, so you are in the center in ½ hour. If you fancy, you can even jog or bike along the river all the way downtown, and always in the park.

My partner, his brother and father recently stayed at this hotel. Upon return, our credit card was charged 500 euros for damages. These damages weren't caused by my family and to make matters worse..the minimal damage would never have cost such a high amount to repair anyway?. After asking for proof that this damage would have cost such a high amount, they produced an invoice dated 2 weeks after the credit charge?! How did they know how much to charge before a tradesman had gave repair quote??? Complete breakdown of trust! Absolutely gutted that this treatment is allowed with no proof whatsoever. Manager is refusing to resolve. Terrible terrible service

Ein schönes, offenes, modernes Apartment Hotel mit der Möglichkeit eines Tiefgaragenstellplatzes. Das Frühstücksangebotar war - vor allem für den günstiges Preis - sehr gut. Unser Hund war auch Willkommen, lediglich das Frühstück mussten wir im Außenbereich mit Hund einnehmen, was aber selbstverständlich ist. Wenn wir wieder in der Gegend sind, kommen wir wieder.

Also ehrlich Mal, das Hotel ist eine reine Katastrophe Unverlegte Rohrleitungen an der Decke Unsauber geputzte räume - man sieht den Staub und auch das dort sehr dürftig geputzt wurde Nichtmal in der DDR war es damals so... Auch die Leute an der Rezeption sind eher mies drauf als ansprechend freundlich..

Tolles Apartmenthaus an zentraler Lage in Unterföhring. Schöne Zimmer, bequeme Betten, tolles Badezimmer mit seperatem WC, Küchenzeile mit allem notwendigen inkl. einer Nespresso Maschine und Kapseln für 2 Tage! Tägliche Reinigung, super freundlich, Lift von der TG direkt in jeden Stock! Wir fühlen uns immer wieder wohl dort!

Gute Zimmer mit kleiner Küche. Besteck Teller Gläser alles vorhanden. Wie eine Ferienwohnung mit täglicher Reinigung des Zimmers/Apartments. Vorderen Zimmer im Block A recht laut an der Straße der hintere Teil B ist deutlich ruhiger. Frühstück im Gasthof möglich. 2min zu Fuß die Straße entlang. Sehr nette Wirtin. In circa 10min zu Fuß am Bahnhof und 20min mit der S-Bahn bis in die Innenstadt
