I've stayed here twice, and both times were very comfortable extended stays. Shower has good pressure and good drainage. Air conditioner you can control and works great. Windows open for fresh air. Nespresso coffee machine. Good wifi. And the staff always friendly.

What a hidden gem. Are you ready to wake up to fresh bakery smell, walk down the stairs and get some delicious breakfast? This place is within the city center but away from the hustle and bustle. We love the one bedroom suites as they are very spacious with modern, functional furnishings including kitchenette with all items needed for a weeklong stay. Good sized bathrooms too. The office staff is very friendly and responsive with anything you need. Be aware that this is not a traditional hotel with front desk and daily housekeeping.

I stayed here when booking a last minute weekend break in Leipzig. I was expecting just an average city apartment but it was so great I could have just moved in! ||||Location: Great location within a two minute walk to the main shopping street and super close to the nearest tram station. However, the area is quiet and relaxed. ||||Apartment: Clean, nice layout, great furnishings and the kitchen had just about everything you'd need from a coffee maker to a tea kettle to pots to salt. With only a proper oven missing (they even had a dishwasher!), you can cook quite a bit. There is a large TV as well as cable internet. ||||Price: For a whole apartment of that size the price of 90 euros a night seemed like a good deal. ||The price varies for how long you stay. ||||Overall, great concept and great stay!

The aprtments are very good size. Separate bedroom and nice combined living room/kitchen. All amenities are in the apartment. Th biggest advantage is the location - just in the middle of the city centre (although there are more than one city centre in Leipzig). In the same building is Macis both supermarket, backeri and restaurant, all organic and stonethrows away a number of great restaurants. Although it is on a very busy street (especially at night) the closed windows make a quiet night. It can be a bit difficult to find if you come by car. Some GPS tell you to stop in Ratsfreischulstrasse (where you can walk through a building to Markengraffstrasse). You can go by car to Burgplatz and turn right and right and then you are in front of the hotel. Unfortunately the hotel does not offer parking, but convenientely you can park in the basement of Petersbiggen, 50 steps away from the hotel at 20 Euro per 24 hours.

We stayed here a week. A few days before arrival they mail you a code that opens the front door to the building and another one that opens a box that contains the (one) swipe card to your apartment, so it helps to not be a technical zero. You understand that the office is only open during office hours, which is just as well because the ladies there were not especially friendly. The apartment was clean and contained everything it should have. They cleaned it half way and changed the towels, though not the sheets. Our apartment faced an internal courtyard, which meant there was no view, but the apartment was very quiet. It had a small bedroom and a sitting and dining room with kitchenette. Toilet and shower were fine. Location is very central. The parking garage was close by, but the price stated by the Quartier M staff was an "underestimate".

The apartments are situated in the city center, just a few 100m away from the S-Bahn/train station where line 5 brings you directly to the airport. Shops and restaurants are not just around the corner but in the complex as well. The apartments are nicely furnished and squeaky clean and the kitchen Is sufficiently equipped with all you need for a quick meal. All in all I spent almost two month here and really missed the place when I had to move to a hotel in between due to a booking error on my side. Thanks to the very nice staff I could move back to enjoy the views from the lovely roof terrace on the top floor. The apartment I had on second floor also has a sweet little balcony overlooking a not very busy street. ||Extras: washing machine and dryer in the basement, beautifully restaurated entry hall, reliable Wifi, a comfy couch for guests and ample space to store your stuff even for a longer stay. And again: great ladies in charge, that obviously do their job with pride and pleasure.

Even though we stayed for a long weekend we decided to stay here. You feel like you are living in Leipzig since it is not a hotel room. The apartment was spacious, kitchen was a real one. You can really cook. Dishwasher, refrigerator, pan, plates, knifes, coffee machine, kettle, microwave etc is available. A starter kit is provided. So if you arrive late you can have a cup of tea/ coffee and a little toblerone chocolate. A bottle of water was provided as well. The only thing we missed was a sponge and salt. Downstairs only a couple of steps and you are in a organic market where you can buy everything you need (vegetables, fruit, cheese, ham, honey, coffee, snacks etc) . They have also a bakery which is open on Saturdays as well. It was very convenient. If you don’t feel like cooking you can go to Macis the restaurant downstairs which is running the organic market. The restaurant has also room service. You can find further information here: http://www.macis-leipzig.de/ ||||In the room you can find information about restaurants, markets etc.||||Bathroom was clean and fine. The hairdryer was of good quality (in some places you regret washing your hair since it takes ages to dry them, fortunately this was not the case in this apartment). Wifi connection was perfect. Bed was comfortable and it was very quiet in the night which was great. ||||If you arrive later than 6 pm, make sure to call the reception in advance to get the codes to enter the building and your room. Once you enter the code and get in you see a nice old elevator. The real one is on the left side, so if you have heavy luggage don’t worry you don’t have to climb all the stairs only a few steps until the elevator. The reception is on the first floor. Go in and you will see a box where have to use your second code. A lid will open and you can get your room keys. Once you have your room keys you don’t need to enter the building code anymore. Just hold your keys on the sensor the building door opens. ||||The markt place and Thomas Church are nearby. We came with the S-bahn from the airport with backpacks and it was an easy walk.

The apartment was the fourth that we rented on our trip (the second in Germany) and the best overall. It is a little small, but very quiet and well located. Fairly boring modern decor, but you will be out and about most of the time, and it is perfectly OK. We were within 12 minutes' walk of the opera, Gewandhaus, St Thomaskirche and so on. Maybe 15 minutes from the Hauptbanhof. It was very clean and the kitchen was about the best equipped of the four, with full stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and lots of cutlery and crockery. Just bring washing detergent as, unlike other places, this isn't provided. However, things we had to ask for (or provide ourselves) in other places such as dishwasher tablets and coffee filters were included in a welcome pack that also contained mineral water and some mini chocolates. There is a nice cafe and organic supermarket in the same building that comes in handy, and a bigger supermarket nearby. There are also lots of restaurants, kebab places and so on. Only drawback I can think of is that temperature control can only be achieved by closing off radiators and opening windows (which have that natty two-way opening design). Ask for a quiet rear apartment with separate bedroom.
