Apartments & Rooms Petra - Apartments Zadar

We had a lovely time spent here, we had a wonderfully kind host, Petra, who helped us with grilling and even surprised us. The location is really good, there is free parking in the garden, a shop across the street, restaurants nearby (walking distance) and the beach is literally 5 minutes away on foot. Our room was clean, modern and we had a big terrace with a view onto the sea.🤗

The apartments were beautifully decorated and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Zadar is a charming city and these apartments provided the perfect base for exploring.

Fantastic stay at this hotel, largely thanks to the exceptional hospitality of a staff member. She is incredibly kind and always willing to help. Her recommendations on local attractions were spot on and made our trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Location was adequate, parking was spacious but the place was not fully booked. Room on the small side with a medium size balcony. Overall it was good value for the money. Where they felt short was the service and responsiveness of the administration (owner). So it was never mentionned but after the stay was marked as "in" that they would only accept cash. Had I knew I would have planned more euros from back home at a decent rate or just book a different hotel. In the end it just seems like a strategy by the owner to avoid third party cost at the expense of the client who generally expect to be able to pay with a credit card nowadays. This is a lack of transparency in my opinion.

I was shocked at how friendly the host of the property was (Luka). I went to Zadar alone for a short trip and one evening I spent my time talking with the host and other guests. And I've enjoyed it a lot 😁 Also the room I received had a totally refreshed bathroom after the renovation, such as from the 5 star hotel. Definitely can recommend this place, especially if you are traveling alone 👏

Great place, totally recommend! Apartment was clean, well-cared with a beautiful sea view. Opposite the apartments there is a shop, which is very convenient. Check-in and check-out very convenient, without any problems and a very nice owner. :)

We had a very very good time. The lady is unbelievable friendly and always ready to help. Even tho we saw the photos, we were still amazed by how clean and nice the room and building were. There is a store that’s literally in front and the beach is at a max 5 mins walk. Thank you so much for the great time!

Friendly hostess who takes the time for you and knows everything. We had booked for 2 nights but later added 3 nights. Within walking distance of the beach and a fifteen minute drive from the sandy beach. Old Town is also a 20 minute drive away. Enough restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Parking is private. We would like to visit again in the future!
